In people's daily life, there are a wide variety of shared resources, such as WiFi resources, power resources, book resources, office resources, and so on. In the prior art, the management mechanism of the shared resource usually relies on manual implementation when managing the shared resource. In the present embodiment, the terminal 10 refers to a device capable of providing a resource reservation operation to a user and having a communication function. The implementation of the terminal 10 may vary in different application scenarios. For example, in some scenarios, the terminal 10 may be represented by a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer device, or the like on the user side, and the user may initiate a reservation operation for a resource to be used through a plug-in, an application program, a browser, or the like provided by the terminal 10. In other scenarios, the terminal 10 may be embodied as an operable device provided at a resource location or a resource management location, such as a corporate door access device for a user to perform a resource reservation operation, or a stand-alone device for initiating a resource reservation operation.
In the resource reservation system 100, the resource management device 20 is a device capable of providing a resource management function, a resource reservation function, a resource usage management function, and a communication function. Preferably, the resource management device 20 can perform reservation and usage management of a physical resource sharable in a specific area. For example, the specific region may be, but is not limited to: office areas, library areas, production areas of factories, gymnasiums, multimedia exhibition halls, stadiums and other areas provided with physical resources. In some application scenarios, the target resource is a shared workstation, and the authority control device 50 of the shared workstation may be implemented as an electronic workstation card. This electron station tablet can be based on ink screen, LCD screen or LCD screen and realize, and this embodiment does not do the restriction. When the usage right of the target resource is opened, the resource management device 20 may control the electronic station board associated with the shared station to display the prompt information that has been reserved by the user; the prompt information may include resource description information, user information, and reservation requirements corresponding to the shared workstation. For example, an electronic workstation tile may display the following: 9 month 1, station number N001 is reserved by user H. When the usage right of the target resource is recovered, the resource management device 20 may clear the prompt information displayed by the electronic station board.
In other application scenarios, the target resource is a power resource. The right management device 50 for power resources may be implemented as an intelligent power outlet. When the usage right of the target resource is opened, the resource management device 20 may control the smart power socket associated with the power resource to be in a power-on state for use by the user. Upon withdrawing the usage right of the target resource, the resource management device 20 may switch the smart socket to a power-off state.
In still other application scenarios, the target resource is an appliance, such as a light, an air conditioner, a computer, a projector, a washing machine, and so forth. The authority management control device 50 of the electric appliance device may be implemented as an intelligent switch. When the usage right of the target resource is opened, the resource management device 50 may control the intelligent switch associated with the electrical device to be in an on state. Upon withdrawing the usage right of the target resource, the resource management device 20 may switch the smart switch to the off state.
It should be understood that the target resources described in the foregoing embodiments are only used for exemplary illustration of the sharable physical resources provided in the embodiments of the present application, and in other embodiments, the target resources may further include a field (e.g., an exhibition hall, a sports hall, an auditorium, etc.), various types of equipment, decorative materials, books, and the like, and are not described in detail.
The resource reservation system 100 provided in the foregoing embodiments can be applied to a variety of different application scenarios, and in one application scenario, a company or a production unit can share surplus office resources, such as workstations, electric power, networks, computers, conference rooms, etc., as sharable physical resources to internal employees. For example, in daily work, employees of a company can reserve a conference room, an exhibition hall, and the like of the company through a resource reservation system. For example, when the employees of the company go out from the main company to the branch company, the workstations, computers or networks of the branch company can be reserved through the resource reservation system, so that the reserved office resources can be quickly utilized to enter the working state after the branch company is reached, and the efficiency is improved.
In another scenario, a company or production organization may share the surplus office resources to outside personnel. For example, when the office resources are insufficient, company a1 can reserve and use the surplus office resources of company a2 by the resource reservation system to realize reasonable utilization of the resources.
In another scenario, the user can make an appointment with the fitness equipment of the gym through the resource appointment system to avoid the situation that the equipment is occupied when the fitness equipment is used.
The above-listed scenarios are only provided for exemplary illustration of application scenarios of the resource reservation system, and it should be understood that in practice, the resource reservation system 100 may be deployed in any scenario involving resource reservation, so as to achieve more reasonable resource management and resource allocation.
It should be noted that, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the resource management device 20 may also perform charging on the usage process of the sharable physical resource, for example, perform charging on the usage time, usage amount or consumption amount of the sharable physical resource as a charging principle, so as to provide the paid usage service of the sharable physical resource, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a resource reservation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method, when executed on a terminal side, may include the steps shown in fig. 4:
step 401, responding to the resource reservation operation of the user, and acquiring the identity information and the resource use requirement of the user.
Step 402, generating a resource reservation request according to the identity information and the resource use requirement.
Step 403, sending a resource reservation request to the resource management device, so that the resource management device reserves a resource for the user in the physical resource in the specific area.
Step 404, receiving a reservation result returned by the resource management device when determining that the available physical resource meeting the resource reservation request exists in the physical resources in the specific area.
Alternatively, the resource management device may, according to the resource reservation request, return a reservation result when determining that an available physical resource satisfying the resource reservation request exists in the managed sharable physical resources, and record a reservation relationship formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource. In this way, the terminal can reserve the shared resource to the resource management device.
In the embodiment, the terminal can directly interact with the user, and sends the resource reservation request to the resource management device in response to the resource reservation operation of the user, so that the resource management device reserves the resource for the user in the physical resource in the specific area, and the convenience of reserving the physical resource for the user is greatly improved. Further optionally, after receiving the reservation result returned by the resource management device, the terminal may further output the reservation result, so that the user can know the resource reservation condition in time.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a resource reservation method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method, when executed on a resource management device side, may include the steps shown in fig. 5:
step 501, receiving a resource reservation request sent by a terminal.
And 502, when determining that the available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area, allocating target resources for the user from the available physical resources and returning a reservation result to the terminal.
Step 503, opening the use authority of the target resource after the user passes the identity verification, so that the user can use the reserved physical resource.
It should be noted that, in step 502, the execution sequence of the two operations of returning the reservation result to the terminal and allocating the target resource to the user from the available physical resources is not limited. For example, the reservation result may be returned to the terminal, and then the target resource may be allocated to the user from the available physical resources. For another example, the target resource may be allocated to the user from the available physical resources, and then the reservation result may be returned to the terminal. Of course, both operations may also be performed in parallel.
In some exemplary embodiments, in step 502, there may be an available physical resource satisfying the resource reservation request among physical resources sharable within the specific area.
In some exemplary embodiments, a manner of allocating a target resource for a user from available physical resources comprises: the target resource is allocated to the user in advance from the available physical resources before the user arrives at the resource site. Further optionally, the method further comprises: and returning the description information of the target resource to the terminal by carrying the description information in the reservation result.
In some exemplary embodiments, a manner of allocating a target resource for a user from available physical resources comprises: when the user reaches the resource field, responding to the resource use request of the user, and allocating the target resource for the user from the available physical resources.
In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: responding to a resource use request of a user, and determining the position information of the user according to user information around sharable physical resources; and determining the resource matched with the position information of the user from the available physical resources as a target resource.
In some exemplary embodiments, the resource reservation request includes: resource usage time. In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: receiving identity information of a user sent by a terminal; and recording the reservation relation formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource.
In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring identity information of a user requesting to use resources, which is sent by an identity verification terminal arranged on a resource site; and when the identity information of the user requesting to use the resource, which is sent by the identity verification terminal, is consistent with the identity information of the user in the reservation relation, determining that the user passes the identity verification.
In the embodiment, when the resource reservation request of the terminal is received, the available physical resource matched with the resource reservation request is determined, and reservation and use management are performed on the available physical resource, so that an intelligent sharable physical resource reservation mode is realized, and the sharable physical resource can be effectively used and managed.
It should be noted that the execution subjects of the steps of the methods provided in the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the methods. For example, the execution subjects of step 201 to step 204 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 201 and 202 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 203 may be device B; and so on.
In addition, in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations are included in a specific order, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be executed out of the order presented herein or in parallel, and the sequence numbers of the operations, such as 201, 202, etc., are merely used for distinguishing different operations, and the sequence numbers do not represent any execution order per se. Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the terminal includes: memory 601, processor 602, identity information acquisition means 603, communication component 604, display 605, audio component 606, and power component 607.
The memory 601 is used for storing computer programs and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the terminal. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the terminal, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, etc.
The memory 601 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 602, coupled to the memory 601, for executing the computer programs in the memory 601 to: responding to the resource reservation operation of the user, acquiring the resource use requirement of the user and acquiring the identity information of the user through the identity information acquisition device 603; sending a resource reservation request to the resource management device through the communication component 604 to cause the resource management device to reserve resources for the user in the physical resources in the specific area; the resource management device returns a reservation result upon determining that there is an available physical resource in the particular region physical resource that satisfies the resource reservation request via the communication component 604.
Further optionally, the identity information obtaining device 603 may include a magnetic card recognition device, a human face collecting device, a fingerprint collecting device, an iris collecting device, an account password inputting device, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further optionally, the communication component 604 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication component resides and other devices. The device in which the communication component is located may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
Further optionally, the display 605 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In this embodiment, the display 605 can be used to show the reservation result sent by the resource management device.
Further optionally, audio component 605 may be configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals. For example, the audio component 605 may be configured to prompt the user for a specific operation step when the user initiates a resource reservation operation, and may be further configured to output a reservation result in a form of voice when receiving the reservation result sent by the resource management device.
Further optionally, a power supply component 607 for providing power to various components of the device in which the power supply component is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
The terminal of the embodiment can directly interact with the user, and sends the resource reservation request to the resource management device in response to the resource reservation operation of the user, so that the resource management device reserves the resource for the user in the physical resource in the specific area, and the convenience of reserving the physical resource for the user is greatly improved. Further optionally, after receiving the reservation result returned by the resource management device, the terminal may further output the reservation result, so that the user can know the resource reservation condition in time.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program is capable of implementing the steps that can be executed by the terminal in the foregoing method embodiments when executed.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a resource management device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the resource management apparatus includes: memory 701, processor 702, communication components 703, display 704, and power components 705.
A memory 701 for storing a computer program and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the resource management device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the asset management device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and the like.
The memory 701 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 702, coupled to the memory 701, for executing the computer program in the memory 701 for: receiving a resource reservation request sent by a terminal through a communication component 703; when determining that available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area, allocating target resources for the user from the available physical resources, and returning a reservation result to the terminal through the communication component 703; and opening the use permission of the target resource after the user passes the identity verification so that the user can use the reserved physical resource.
Further optionally, the processor 702 is specifically configured to: among sharable physical resources within a particular region, there are available physical resources that satisfy a resource reservation request.
Further optionally, when performing reservation and usage management on the available physical resources, the processor 702 is specifically configured to: allocating target resources for the user from the available physical resources, and returning the description information of the target resources to the terminal; and opening the use permission of the target resource so as to provide the user with the target resource.
Further optionally, when allocating the target resource for the user from the available physical resources, the processor 702 is specifically configured to: the target resource is allocated to the user in advance from the available physical resources before the user arrives at the resource site.

Further optionally, the communication component 703 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. Further optionally, the display 704 comprises a screen, which may comprise a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Further optionally, a power supply component 705 for providing power to various components of the device in which the power supply component is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
In this embodiment, when receiving a resource reservation request from a terminal, a resource management device determines an available physical resource matching the resource reservation request, and performs reservation and usage management on the available physical resource, thereby implementing an intelligent physical resource reservation mode, and facilitating effective management on the usage of the physical resource.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program can implement the steps that can be performed by the resource management device in the foregoing method embodiments when executed.

Claims (30)

1. A resource reservation system, comprising: a terminal and a resource management device;
the terminal is used for responding to the resource reservation operation of the user and sending a resource reservation request to the resource management equipment;
the resource management device is configured to receive the resource reservation request, allocate a target resource to the user from the available physical resources, return a reservation result to the terminal, and open a usage right of the target resource after the user passes identity verification, so that the user uses the target resource when determining that the available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the resource management device is specifically configured to: determining that there is an available physical resource that satisfies the resource reservation request among physical resources sharable within the particular region.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the resource management device, when allocating the target resource to the user, is specifically configured to:
allocating in advance a target resource for the user from the available physical resources before the user arrives at a resource site.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the resource management device is further configured to:
and returning the description information of the target resource to the terminal by carrying the description information of the target resource in the reservation result.
5. The system according to claim 2, wherein the resource management device, when allocating the target resource to the user, is specifically configured to:

6. The system of claim 5, further comprising: a sensor associated with the physical resource;
the sensor is used for detecting user information around sharable physical resources related to the sensor and sending the user information to the resource management equipment;
the resource management device is specifically configured to respond to the resource usage request of the user, determine the location information of the user according to the user information reported by the sensor, and determine a resource matched with the location information of the user from the available physical resources as a target resource.

The system of claim 2, wherein the resource reservation request comprises: the time of use of the resource; the resource management device is specifically configured to: and opening the use permission of the target resource when the resource use time indicated by the resource reservation request is reached.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising: a sensor associated with the shareable physical resource; the sensor is used for detecting user information around sharable physical resources related to the sensor and sending the user information to the resource management equipment;
the resource management device is specifically configured to open the usage right of the target resource when the resource usage time indicated by the resource reservation request is reached and it is determined that the location information of the user is within the usage range of the target resource according to the user information reported by the sensor.
9. The system of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising: a rights management device associated with the shareable physical resource;
when the resource management device opens the usage right of the target resource, the resource management device is specifically configured to:
and opening the use permission of the target resource through the permission management and control equipment associated with the target resource.

12. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the reservation terminal is further configured to obtain identity information of the user and send the identity information of the user to the resource management device;
the resource management device is further configured to record a reservation relationship formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource.
13. The system of claim 12, further comprising: the identity verification terminal is arranged on a resource site;
the identity verification terminal is used for acquiring identity information of a user requesting to use the resource and sending the identity information to the resource management equipment;
the resource management device is specifically configured to determine that the user passes the identity verification when the identity information of the user requesting to use the resource, which is sent by the identity verification terminal, is consistent with the identity information of the user in the reservation relationship.
14. A resource reservation system, comprising: a terminal and a resource management device;
the terminal is used for responding to the resource reservation operation of the user and sending a resource reservation request to the resource management equipment;
and the resource management equipment is used for receiving the resource reservation request, returning a reservation result to the terminal when determining that available resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the managed resources, and reserving and using the available resources for the user to use the reserved resources.
15. A resource reservation method is applicable to a terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to resource reservation operation of a user, and acquiring identity information and resource use requirements of the user;
generating a resource reservation request according to the identity information and the resource use requirement;
sending a resource reservation request to a resource management device so that the resource management device reserves resources for the user in physical resources in a specific area;
and receiving a reservation result returned by the resource management equipment when determining that the available physical resource meeting the resource reservation request exists in the physical resources.
16. A resource reservation method is suitable for a resource management device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a resource reservation request sent by a terminal;
when determining that available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area, allocating target resources for the user from the available physical resources and returning a reservation result to the terminal; and
and opening the use permission of the target resource after the user passes the identity verification so as to allow the user to use the target resource.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein determining that there are available physical resources in the particular region that satisfy the resource reservation request comprises:
there is an available physical resource that satisfies the resource reservation request among physical resources sharable within the specific area.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein allocating target resources for a user from the available physical resources comprises:
allocating in advance a target resource for the user from the available physical resources before the user arrives at a resource site.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
and returning the description information of the target resource to the terminal by carrying the description information of the target resource in the reservation result.
20. The method of claim 17, wherein allocating target resources for a user from the available physical resources comprises:
and when the user reaches a resource field, responding to a resource use request of the user, and allocating target resources for the user from the available physical resources.
21. The method of claim 20, wherein allocating a target resource for the user from the available physical resources in response to the user's resource usage request comprises:
responding to the resource use request of the user, and determining the position information of the user according to user information reported by a sensor associated with sharable physical resources;
and determining a resource matched with the position information of the user from the available physical resources as a target resource.
22. The method of claim 17, wherein the resource reservation request comprises: the time of use of the resource;
opening the use right of the target resource, comprising:
and opening the use permission of the target resource when the resource use time indicated by the resource reservation request is reached.
23. The method of claim 22, further comprising:
and when the resource use time indicated by the resource reservation request is up and the position information of the user is in the use range of the target resource, opening the use authority of the target resource.

receiving the identity information of the user sent by the terminal;
and recording the reservation relation formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource.

acquiring identity information of a user requesting to use resources, which is sent by an identity verification terminal arranged on a resource site;
and when the identity information of the user requesting to use the resource, which is sent by the identity verification terminal, is consistent with the identity information of the user in the reservation relation, determining that the user passes the identity verification.
27. A terminal, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a communication component;
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor is to execute the one or more computer instructions to: responding to resource reservation operation of a user, and acquiring identity information and resource use requirements of the user; generating a resource reservation request according to the identity information and the resource use requirement; sending a resource reservation request to the resource management device through the communication component so that the resource management device reserves a resource for the user in a physical resource in a specific area; and receiving a reservation result returned by the resource management device when determining that the available physical resource meeting the resource reservation request exists in the physical resources through the communication component.
28. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is capable of implementing the resource reservation method of claim 15 when executed.
29. A resource management device, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a communication component;
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor is to execute the one or more computer instructions to: receiving a resource reservation request sent by a terminal through the communication component; when determining that available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area, allocating target resources for the user from the available physical resources, and returning a reservation result to the terminal; and opening the use permission of the target resource after the user passes the identity verification so as to allow the user to use the target resource.
30. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is capable of implementing the resource reservation method of claims 16-26 when executed.
