The first sleeving part 31 is sleeved on the anti-locking device 40 and penetrates through the assembling port 12 of the vertical faucet rod 10, so that the first sleeving part 31 and the anti-locking device 40 are both located in the accommodating space 11, the second sleeving part 32 is sleeved on the vertical faucet rod 10, and the connecting part 33 is located in the elongated slot 13. The oil pipe 50 passes through the elongated slot 13 and is installed in the anti-lock brake 40, and the oil pipe 60 is installed in the anti-lock brake 40 and is far from the faucet post 20 than the oil pipe 50.
In the embodiment, the head assembly 1 further includes a plurality of locking members 100, and the faucet stem 10 further has a fixing structure 14 located at the assembling opening 12, and the fixing structure 14 has a plurality of locking holes 141. The handle grip 70 is mounted on the assembly opening 12 of the vertical faucet stem 10, and the locking members 100 respectively pass through the fixing cover 80 and are locked in the locking holes 141 of the fixing structure 14, so that the handle grip 70 is fixed on the vertical faucet stem 10. The cover 90 is installed on the vertical stem 10 and covers part of the long groove 13, and the cover 90 does not interfere with the connection part 33 of the oil pipe 50 and the fixing ring 30.
The anti-lock device 40 has an oil pressure adjusting chamber 41, an oil inlet 42 and an oil outlet 43, a first piston 44, a second piston 45, a first elastic member 46 and a second elastic member 47. The oil inlet 42 and the oil outlet 43 are communicated with the oil pressure adjusting chamber 41, and the oil inlet 42 is closer to the handle grip 70 than the oil outlet 43. In this embodiment, the two oil pipes 50, 60 are respectively connected to the oil outlet 43 and the oil inlet 42 of the anti-lock brake device.
The first piston 44 and the second piston 45 are slidably located in the oil pressure adjustment chamber 41. In this embodiment, the outer diameters R1, R2 of the opposite ends of the first piston 44 are the same, and the outer diameters R3, R4 of the opposite ends of the second piston 45 are the same. Further, an outer diameter R1 of an end of the first piston 44 adjacent to the second piston 45 is greater than an outer diameter R3 of an end of the second piston 45 adjacent to the first piston 44. The first piston 44 has a first oil path 441, and the second piston 45 has a second oil path 451, and the first oil path 441 and the second oil path 451 are both communicated with the oil inlet 42 and the oil outlet 43.
The first elastic element 46 is disposed on the first piston 44, and the first elastic element 46 is used for applying an elastic force to the first piston 44 in a direction toward the second piston 45. The second elastic element 47 is disposed on the second piston 45, and the second elastic element 47 is used for applying an elastic force to the second piston 45 in a direction away from the first piston 44.
In the present embodiment, the oil pipe 60 is connected to, for example, an oil brake handle (not shown) of the bicycle, and the oil pipe 50 is connected to, for example, an oil caliper (not shown) of the bicycle. When a user presses the hydraulic brake handle to brake, the hydraulic pressure is sequentially transmitted to the hydraulic caliper from the oil inlet 42, the first oil path 441 of the first piston 44, the hydraulic pressure adjusting chamber 41, the oil outlet 43, and the oil pipe 50, so as to drive the hydraulic caliper to clamp a brake disc disposed on a wheel of a bicycle, thereby braking the bicycle.
Next, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating the second piston of fig. 3 pushing against the first piston.
When the wheel sensor of the bicycle detects that the wheel of the bicycle is locked during braking, the second piston 45 is pushed by a driver (not shown), for example, the second oil path 451 of the second piston 45 is first connected to the first oil path 441 of the first piston 44, so that the first oil path 441 is blocked from the oil outlet 43, and the oil pressure cannot be transmitted to the oil pressure caliper. Then, the second piston 45 is continuously pushed by the driver to push the first piston 44 to move a distance together. At this time, since the outer diameter R1 of the first piston 44 is greater than the outer diameter R3 of the second piston 45, after the first piston 44 and the second piston 45 move together for a distance, the space occupied by the displacement of the first piston 44 is greater than the space occupied by the displacement of the second piston 45, so that the oil storage volume a of the oil pressure adjusting chamber 41 is increased, and the oil pressure at the oil outlet 43 is a pressure relief space. Therefore, the oil pressure calipers can be slightly loosened to enable the wheels of the bicycle to recover rolling, so that the phenomenon that the wheels of the bicycle slide is prevented, and the braking safety of the bicycle is further improved.
During the movement of the first piston 44 and the second piston 45, the first piston 44 and the second piston 45 compress the first elastic element 46 and the second elastic element 47, respectively. When the wheel of the bicycle is returned to rolling, the driver stops operating, so the first elastic element 46 and the second elastic element 47 respectively drive the first piston 44 and the second piston 45 to return to the original positions. Thus, the first oil path 441 of the first piston 44 is communicated with the oil outlet 43, so that the oil pressure can be transmitted to the hydraulic caliper, and the hydraulic caliper can brake again. When the detector detects the deadlock of the wheels of the bicycle again, the above steps are repeated until the braking of the bicycle is finished.
In the embodiment, since the anti-lock device 40 is disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the handlebar stem 10, the anti-lock device 40 is not easy to be seen from the appearance of the bicycle, and the anti-lock device 40 does not affect the appearance of the bicycle, so that the aesthetic property of the bicycle is maintained.
Please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of another embodiment vehicle head assembly. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of yet another embodiment vehicle head assembly.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the anti-locking device 40a of the head assembly 1a is hung outside the stem 10a of the head assembly 1a via a clamping bracket 110 a. In addition, an oil pipe 60a connected to the oil inlet and an oil pipe 50a connected to the oil outlet are connected to adjacent sides of the anti-lock brake device 40a, respectively.
As shown in fig. 6, the anti-locking device 40b of the head assembly 1b of the present embodiment is hung on the handlebar grip 70b of the head assembly 1b through a clamping bracket 110 b. In addition, the oil pipe 60b connected to the oil inlet and the oil pipe 50b connected to the oil outlet are respectively connected to two adjacent sides of the anti-locking device 40b, and the extending directions of the oil pipe 50b and the oil pipe 60b are opposite.
In the above embodiments, the anti-locking device 40 is installed in the faucet stem 10 through the fixing ring 30, but not limited thereto. Please refer to fig. 7 and 8. Fig. 7 is an exploded view of a head assembly according to a second embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional schematic view of the headset of fig. 7.
In this embodiment, the anti-lock device 40 is installed in the stem 10 via the axial fixing member 30 c. In detail, the axial fixing member 30c includes an annular body portion 31c and an axial extension portion 32 c. The axial extension 32c protrudes from the ring body 31c in the axial direction of the ring body 31 c. The annular body 31c is sleeved on the anti-locking device 40 and passes through the assembling hole 12 to be located in the accommodating space 11, and the axial extending portion 32c is located in the long groove 13.
In the headstock assemblies of fig. 1 and 7, the oil outlet pipe is arranged through the long groove, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the oil outlet pipe can be hidden in the accommodating space of the vertical rod of the faucet. Therefore, the tap vertical rod can have no long groove for the oil outlet pipe to pass through, so that the attractiveness of the tap vertical rod can be improved. Similarly, the oil inlet pipe can be hidden in the accommodating space of the vertical stem of the faucet.
According to the bicycle head assembly, the anti-brake locking device is arranged in the accommodating space of the vertical rod of the handlebar, so that the anti-brake locking device is not easy to observe from the appearance of the bicycle, the appearance of the bicycle is not affected by the anti-brake locking device, and the attractiveness of the bicycle is maintained.
