Please refer to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle head assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of fig. 1.
The head assembly 1 of the present embodiment includes a stem 10, a stem 20, a fixing ring 30, an anti-lock device 40, two oil pipes 50, 60, a handle grip 70, a fixing cover 80 and a cover 90.
One end of the vertical faucet stem 10 is fixed to the faucet post 20, and the vertical faucet stem 10 has an accommodating space 11, an assembling opening 12 and an elongated slot 13. The assembling opening 12 and the long groove 13 are both communicated with the accommodating space 11, the assembling opening 12 is located at one end of the vertical faucet stem 10 far away from the faucet post 20, and the long groove 13 extends from the assembling opening 12 to the faucet post 20.
The fixing ring 30 includes a first engaging portion 31, a second engaging portion 32 and a connecting portion 33. The second engaging portion 32 surrounds the first engaging portion 31, and two opposite ends of the connecting portion 33 are connected to the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32, respectively. In this embodiment, the two oil pipes 50, 60 are respectively connected to the oil outlet 43 and the oil inlet 42 of the anti-lock brake device.
The first piston 44 and the second piston 45 are slidably located in the oil pressure adjustment chamber 41. When the wheel sensor of the bicycle detects that the wheel of the bicycle is locked during braking, the second piston 45 is pushed by a driver (not shown), for example, the second oil path 451 of the second piston 45 is first connected to the first oil path 441 of the first piston 44, so that the first oil path 441 is blocked from the oil outlet 43, and the oil pressure cannot be transmitted to the oil pressure caliper. Then, the second piston 45 is continuously pushed by the driver to push the first piston 44 to move a distance together. In addition, an oil pipe 60a connected to the oil inlet and an oil pipe 50a connected to the oil outlet are connected to adjacent sides of the anti-lock brake device 40a, respectively.

5. The vehicle head assembly with the anti-lock device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a cover, wherein the cover is mounted on the vertical bar and covers a portion of the elongated slot.

The vehicle head assembly with the anti-lock brake device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the anti-lock brake device has an oil pressure adjusting chamber, an oil inlet, an oil outlet, a first piston and a second piston, the oil inlet and the oil outlet are connected to the oil pressure adjusting chamber, the oil outlet corresponds to the elongated slot, the oil pipe passes through the elongated slot to connect to the oil outlet, the first piston and the second piston are slidably located in the oil pressure adjusting chamber, the outer diameter of the first piston is larger than that of the second piston, the first piston has a first oil passage, the first oil passage is connected to the oil inlet and the oil outlet, the second piston is used to block the first oil passage and the oil outlet, and push against the first piston to increase an oil storage volume of the oil pressure adjusting chamber.
7. The vehicle head assembly with the anti-lock brake device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second piston has a second oil passage for engaging the first oil passage to block the first oil passage from the oil outlet.
8. The vehicle head assembly of claim 6, wherein the anti-deadlock device further comprises a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the first elastic member is disposed on the first piston and is used for applying an elastic force to the first piston in a direction toward the second piston, the second elastic member is disposed on the second piston and is used for applying an elastic force to the second piston in a direction away from the first piston.
9. The vehicle head assembly with the anti-lock brake device of claim 6, wherein the outer diameters of the opposite ends of the first piston are the same.
10. The vehicle head assembly with the anti-lock brake device of claim 6, wherein the outer diameters of the opposite ends of the second piston are the same.
11. The vehicle head assembly with the anti-lock brake device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the oil inlet is closer to the handle grip than the oil outlet.
12. The vehicle head assembly with the anti-locking device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising an axial fixing member, wherein the axial fixing member includes a ring body portion and an axial extending portion, the axial extending portion protrudes out of the ring body portion along an axial direction of the ring body portion, the ring body portion is sleeved on the anti-locking device and penetrates through the assembling hole to be located in the accommodating space, and the axial extending portion is located in the elongated slot.
