A part of the modified canvas is randomly selected for testing, the heat conductivity coefficient of the modified canvas in the embodiment is 0.66W/(m.DEG C), while the heat conductivity coefficient of the traditional polyester canvas is 0.25W/(m.DEG C), and the heat conductivity coefficient is improved by 1.64 times.
According to the invention, the industrial-grade nano graphene sheet water-based slurry is used for modifying the polyester canvas, the weaving process of the polyester canvas and the content of the impregnation liquid are adjusted, and the heat conductivity of the modified polyester canvas is greatly improved. The modified terylene impregnated canvas has great improvement in the aspect of heat conductivity, and the dispersion performance of glue solution is also improved. Provides a better idea for the application scene of the polyester canvas.

Claims (8)

1. A production method of graphene modified polyester impregnated canvas is characterized by comprising the following production steps:
step one, weaving
Respectively taking the polyester industrial filaments as warps and wefts, and weaving by adopting a plain weaving process to obtain polyester grey cloth;
step two, dipping
And putting the polyester gray fabric into a glue dipping tank for dipping treatment, wherein the glue dipping tank comprises a first-bath glue dipping tank and a second-bath glue dipping tank, RFL dipping liquid is contained in the first-bath glue dipping tank, graphene water-based slurry is contained in the second-bath glue dipping tank, the gray fabric passes through the first-bath glue dipping tank and the second-bath glue dipping tank respectively, and is coiled into the modified canvas after two-bath drying and two-bath shaping.
2. The production method of the graphene modified polyester gum dipping canvas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warp density of the polyester grey cloth is 150-250 pieces/10 cm, and the weft density is 80-130 pieces/10 cm; the warp threads are 800-1500D, and the weft threads are 500-1200D.
3. The production method of the graphene modified polyester impregnated canvas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass content of RF in the one-bath impregnation tank is 22-25%, and the ratio of RF: the weight ratio of L is 1: 5-8.
4. The production method of the graphene-modified polyester impregnated canvas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the graphene aqueous slurry contains 3.5-5% by weight of graphene.

The method for producing graphene modified polyester impregnated canvas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is silicone resin, silicone oil or nano silicon dioxide powder; the modified resin is polyamide resin or vinyl resin; the flame retardant is magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide or talcum powder.

The method for producing graphene modified polyester impregnated canvas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester grey cloth is further subjected to one-bath drying and stretching drying after one-bath impregnation; after the polyester grey cloth is subjected to two-bath gum dipping, the polyester grey cloth is subjected to two-bath drying, two-bath shaping and low-temperature cooling treatment;
wherein the temperature of the front drying oven is controlled to be 110-130 ℃ in the primary drying process, the temperature of the rear drying oven is controlled to be 120-150 ℃, and the temperature of the oven in the stretching drying process is controlled to be 180-195 ℃; and controlling the temperature of the oven in the two-bath drying process to be 150-170 ℃, controlling the temperature of the oven in the two-bath shaping process to be 200-220 ℃, and coiling the modified canvas after air cooling treatment.
8. The production method of the graphene modified polyester impregnated canvas as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mass ratio of the dispersing agent, the nano alumina powder, the quartz powder, the modified resin and the flame retardant is 6:4:2: 5-8: 1.
