Background
At present, an electric locomotive mainly uses a motor as a power source and transmits the power source to wheels through a transmission device so as to drive a vehicle to move forward. To increase the torque or reduce the speed of the motor, the motor is usually coupled to the transmission of a reduction gear set. Based on the workload, the operating speed, and the requirement to maintain the motor at its optimum operating efficiency, the motor and the reduction gear set must be properly matched to achieve better operating characteristics. In addition, the motor needs to be matched with a proper controller (device). The controller (device) is used for detecting the output rotating speed of the motor and transmitting a control signal in real time to control the rotating speed of the motor.
Conventionally, the motor, the reduction gear set and the controller are independent components or devices, so the volume sum of each component or device is large, and the electric vehicle needs a larger installation space to smoothly install and position each component or device.
Furthermore, the components or devices are connected by wires (wires) for detection and control, but the independent components and devices expose the wires, so that the wires interfere with the installation behavior obviously.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a power assembly of an electric locomotive, which can integrate an electric motor, a driven gear and a control element in the same locomotive body, thereby forming three machines into a whole to reduce the volume, and lead a wire rod to be integrated in the locomotive body to reduce the interference during installation, so as to solve the defects of overlarge volume and obvious exposure of the wire rod of the traditional power assembly of the electric locomotive.

The first assembling space is provided with a first gear chamber communicated with a second gear chamber, the transmission gear of the electric motor is accommodated in the first gear chamber, and the driven gear is accommodated in the second gear chamber.
The first gear chamber has a first shaft hole therethrough, the second gear chamber has a second shaft hole therethrough, an end of the output shaft of the electric motor passes through the first shaft hole, and an end of the gear shaft of the driven gear passes through the second shaft hole.
The power assembly of the electric locomotive further comprises a shaft cover, the shaft cover is assembled in the second assembling space, and one end of the output shaft of the electric motor is pivoted on the shaft cover.
The power assembly of the electric locomotive further comprises a cover plate which is arranged on one side of the base and used for sealing the second assembly space.
The machine body comprises a connecting seat which is assembled at one side of the base and corresponds to the first assembling space, the connecting seat is provided with a through hole, and one end of the electric motor penetrates through the through hole.
The power assembly of the electric locomotive further comprises a shell cover, the shell cover is installed on the connecting seat and used for sealing the through hole, and one end of the electric motor is accommodated in the shell cover.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: the electric motor, the transmission gear and the control element are arranged in the machine body to form a three-in-one form, so that the whole volume can be obviously reduced. In addition, the control element is electrically connected with the electric motor, so that the control element and the electric motor are arranged in the same machine body, wires for connecting the control element and the electric motor can be integrated in the machine body, and interference of the wires on the assembly of the power assembly is reduced.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, an electric motor 40, a driven gear 50 and a control element (not shown) are installed inside a body 10 to form a three-in-one type according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the body 10 of the present embodiment includes a base 20. The base 20 has a separating layer 22 inside, and the separating layer 22 has a first assembling space 24 on one side and a second assembling space 26 on the other side. The first mating space 24 has a first gear chamber 28 in communication with a second gear chamber 30. Next, the first gear chamber 28 has a first shaft hole 32 therethrough, and the second gear chamber 30 has a second shaft hole 34 therethrough.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the electric motor 40 of the present embodiment has an output shaft 42, and a transmission gear 44 is coupled to an end of the output shaft 42. The electric motor 40 is installed in the machine body 10, and particularly, the transmission gear 44 is located in the first gear chamber 28 of the first assembling space 24 of the base 20. One end of the output shaft 42 passes through the first shaft hole 32.
The driven gear 50 of the embodiment disclosed has a gear shaft 52 mounted axially thereon. The driven gear 50 is located in the second gear chamber 30 of the first assembling space 24 and engages with the transmission gear 44, and one end of the gear shaft 52 passes through the second shaft hole 34, so that the gear shaft 52 passes through the bottom of the base 20, i.e. one end of the gear shaft 52 passes through the machine body 10.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the body 10 disclosed in the present embodiment further includes a connecting base 60 in addition to the base 20. The connecting seat 60 is assembled on one side of the base 20 and corresponds to the first assembling space 24. The connecting base 60 has a through hole 62. One end of the electric motor 40 passes through the through hole 62 of the connecting base 60. A cover 70 is further installed on the connecting base 60 and is used for sealing the through hole 62, such that one end of the electric motor 50 is accommodated inside the cover 70. In addition, one end of the driven gear 50 can be pivotally installed on the connecting seat 60.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the present embodiment further includes a control device 80. The control device 80 is a combination of circuit board and electronic device or other similar device. The control element 80 is installed in the second assembling space 26 and electrically connected to the electric motor 40. In addition, a cover plate 90 is disposed on one side of the base 20 for enclosing the second assembly space 26.
Referring to fig. 7, since one end of the output shaft 42 of the electric motor 40 passes through the first shaft hole 32 and is located in the second assembling space 26, a shaft cover 92 can be disposed in the second assembling space 26, and one end of the output shaft 42 of the electric motor 40 is pivoted to the shaft cover 92. The control element 80 may be located on one side of the shaft cap 92. The two ends of the output shaft 42 can be matched with the bearings 100 installed in the housing cover 70 and the bearings 102 installed in the first shaft hole 32, so that the transmission gear 44 can stably rotate. Furthermore, the two ends of the gear shaft 52 of the driven gear 50 can be combined with the bearing 104 installed in the second hole 34 and the bearing 106 installed in the connecting seat 60, so that the driven gear 50 can be driven by the transmission gear 44 to generate stable rotation. One end of the gear shaft 52 penetrates the machine body 10, so that a belt pulley 110 can be installed at the position where the gear shaft 52 penetrates the machine body 10, thereby transmitting the torque generated by the electric motor 40.
Since the electric motor 40, the transmission gear 50 and the control element 80 are mounted in the machine body 10 to form a three-in-one form, the overall volume can be significantly reduced. In addition, the control element 80 is electrically connected to the electric motor 40, so that the control element 80 and the electric motor 40 are installed in the same machine body 10, and wires (not shown) for connecting the control element 80 and the electric motor 40 can be integrated inside the machine body 10. Because the wire is not exposed, the interference generated by the wire can be reduced when the electric component is installed, so that the power component is installed more quickly and conveniently.

the electric motor is arranged in the machine body and is provided with an output shaft, the output shaft is combined with a transmission gear, and the transmission gear is positioned in the first assembly space;
the driven gear is arranged in the machine body, a gear shaft is axially arranged on the driven gear, the driven gear is positioned in the first assembling space and is meshed with the transmission gear, and one end of the gear shaft penetrates out of the machine body; and
a control element installed in the second assembling space and electrically connected to the electric motor;
the first assembling space is provided with a first gear chamber and a second gear chamber, and the first gear chamber is communicated with the second gear chamber; the transmission gear is positioned in the first gear chamber of the first assembly space, and the shape of the first gear chamber corresponds to that of the transmission gear; the driven gear is positioned in the second gear chamber of the first assembly space, and the shape of the second gear chamber corresponds to that of the driven gear;
the electric motor further comprises a shaft cover, the shaft cover is assembled in the second assembling space, and one end of the output shaft of the electric motor is pivoted on the shaft cover.

The power unit of an electric locomotive according to claim 1, wherein said first gear chamber has a first shaft hole therethrough, said second gear chamber has a second shaft hole therethrough, an end of said output shaft of said electric motor passes through said first shaft hole, and an end of said gear shaft of said driven gear passes through said second shaft hole.
3. The power module of claim 1, further comprising a cover disposed on a side of the base for enclosing the second assembly space.
4. The power module of an electric motorcycle of claim 1, wherein the body includes a coupling seat assembled at one side of the base corresponding to the first assembling space, the coupling seat having a through hole through which one end of the electric motor passes.
5. The power assembly of claim 4, further comprising a cover mounted on the connecting base for sealing the through hole, and an end of the electric motor is received in the cover.
