Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the additive premix for reducing drip loss of pork, and the composite premix for pigs, the concentrate for pigs, the compound feed for pigs, and the like using the additive premix will be described in detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the additive premix feed for reducing drip loss of pork may include the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3-5 parts of selenomethionine, 6-10 parts of vitamin E, 6-15 parts of vitamin C, 1-2.5 parts of butyl hydroxy anisole (namely BHA), 7-10 parts of ethoxyquinoline, 10-25 parts of potassium bicarbonate and 10-20 parts of magnesium chloride.
In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the additive premix feed may be obtained by mixing a carrier and an additive component.
Wherein the carrier may comprise one or more of zeolite powder, calcium carbonate and defatted rice bran.
The additive component may include, in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of selenomethionine, 6-10 parts of vitamin E, 6-15 parts of vitamin C, 1-2.5 parts of butyl hydroxy anisole, 7-10 parts of ethoxyquinoline, 10-25 parts of potassium bicarbonate and 10-20 parts of magnesium chloride.
Wherein the mass ratio of the carrier to the additive components can be 12.5-57: 43 to 87.5.
In the two exemplary embodiments of the invention, selenomethionine is the main chemical component of selenium element existing in animal bodies, the selenomethionine added in the invention can be artificially synthesized, the selenomethionine can supplement trace element selenium required by animals like sodium selenite and sodium selenate and participate in the synthesis of selenoprotein, but only the selenomethionine can be directly combined on the body protein to meet the requirement of the animals on selenium, and can be cooperated with vitamin E to participate in the antioxidation of animal bodies.
Vitamin E can prevent the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acid in organism tissue, prevent the oxidative damage of organism cells caused by unstable and destructive free radicals generated by organism or environment, interact with selenium to be a cell antioxidant, protect fat-soluble part by vitamin E in cells, protect water-soluble part by glutathione peroxidase related to selenium, and jointly construct an intracellular antioxidant system.
Considering that vitamin C has chemical reaction with potassium bicarbonate, acid-base reaction can be avoided after coating, and as a further preference, the vitamin C can be coated vitamin C. The coated vitamin C has strong stability, high temperature resistance, high humidity, high pressure and high heat resistance, is still very stable during cooking, puffing and granulating, also has high bioavailability, and can be completely released by the action of phosphate in animal bodies after being fed by pigs, so that the vitamin C can be fully absorbed by animals. The vitamin C has important functions of resisting stress and maintaining immunity, and can reduce drip loss of pork caused by stress.
The potassium element in the potassium bicarbonate is a macroelement in an animal body and is also an essential element for maintaining the life activities of animals, the physiological action of the potassium element mainly shows that the potassium element maintains the ion balance in the animal body, is an activator of various enzymes, and can also keep the emergency performance of neuromuscular and the coordination of normal myocardial contraction movement, the potassium element in the pig feed is too low, the fed pigs are easy to have weak and stiff muscles, cells are easy to produce acidosis, and the water content of pork is reduced. The potassium bicarbonate can be digested and metabolized in pig body, and can neutralize acid, relieve heat stress, promote gastric acid secretion, and increase feed intake.
Magnesium is an important constituent element in the enzymatic reaction of energy and protein metabolism, and the reduction of magnesium ions can cause excessive active oxygen and oxide in pig bodies, accelerate redox reaction, cause free radical deposition, oxidize organism tissues, damage the stability of cell membranes, cause drip loss of pork and influence the color of the pork. The feed ration added with magnesium can reduce the secretion of adrenalin, thereby relieving glycolysis reaction caused by stress before slaughtering. The feed added with magnesium can change color and reduce drip loss of pork and PSE meat.
The ethoxyquin has good antioxidation effect on grease and vitamins in the feed, can stabilize the components of vitamin E and coated vitamin C, and is a feed antioxidant with good effect and low price.
The butyl hydroxy anisole is a fat-soluble antioxidant, which can not only prevent the oxidation of grease in feed raw materials from generating compounds such as acid, ketone, aldehyde, alcohol and the like, but also prevent the compounds from generating a large amount of free radicals and metabolizing oxygen in the metabolic process to cause great damage to cell membranes, thereby causing serious drip loss of pork; meanwhile, the butyl hydroxy anisole has good effect on the oxidation resistance of animal fat, and can effectively prolong the shelf life of the pork.
The invention also provides a compound premix feed for pigs, a concentrated feed for pigs and a compound feed for pigs.
For example, the additive premix feed may be added to 4% of a composite premix feed for pigs in an amount of 5 to 10%.
The additive can be added into 25% of concentrated feed for pigs according to the proportion of 0.4-0.8%.
