When the means for controlling the inflow of water (which may include, for example, a water level detector disposed in the tank, a solenoid valve disposed at the second water inlet 32, and a controller for coordinating the operation of the water level detector and the solenoid valve, etc.) fails, and the second water inlet 32 continues to supply water so that the water in the water storage chamber 15 exceeds the highest water level line, the excess water will enter from the overflow port 21 at the top end of the overflow pipe 2 and flow along the inner channel of the overflow pipe 2 to the water outlet 22, as shown in fig. 7, and finally fall into the toilet tank.
Because the second water outlet 31 is higher than the overflow port 21, the second water outlet 31 is not submerged in water, but is located in the air layer above the overflow port 21, so that when negative pressure occurs in the water supply pipeline connected with the second water inlet 32, water in the water tank 1 cannot flow back, thereby avoiding water source pollution. The overflow pipe 2 can exhaust air and play an overflow role, and water can be directly discharged into the toilet water tank during overflow without being connected with other pipelines, so that the water tank disclosed by the invention is simpler and more attractive in appearance and more convenient to assemble.
When water is pumped, water in the water storage cavity 15 flows into the heating cavity 13 through the water pumping pipe 5 under the action of the water pump, flows along the heating flow channel 131 in the winding shape and is rapidly heated by the ceramic heating plate 7, and finally passes through the water outlet cavity 16, the water passing channel 41 of the end cover and the water pump in sequence as shown in fig. 9 to be output.
Because the water tank 1 is provided with the heating cavity 13, the water tank of the invention can integrate the heating devices in the prior art, thereby not only reducing the parts and assembly steps of the heating devices and saving the cost, but also leading the overall structure of the sanitary cleaning device applying the water tank to be simpler and reducing the occupied space.
The heating path 131 in the serpentine shape increases the heating path of water in the heating chamber 13, so that the water is uniformly and fully heated in the heating chamber 13, and the ceramic heating plate 7 is completely immersed in the water, thereby improving the heating efficiency of the ceramic heating plate. The heating flow path 131 surrounds the first heating surface 71 and the second heating surface 71 of the ceramic heating sheet 7, so that the cross-sectional area of the heating flow path 131 is larger, and the heating flow path is less likely to be clogged with scale even after long-term use.
Referring to fig. 10-14, a sanitary water supply device according to the present invention includes a water pump 6 and a heating device according to the present invention as described in the first embodiment, wherein water entering the water storage chamber 15 is pumped to the heating chamber 13 by the water pump 6 and then outputted. Specifically, the water pump 6 is disposed at the downstream side of the heating device, that is, the first water outlet 1312 of the heating flow channel is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump 6.
In this embodiment, the water pump 6 is disposed between the two protective covers 8 and 9, and the water inlet end of the water pump 6 is connected to the other end of the water passage 41 of the end cover 4 through one of the protective covers 8.
When water is pumped, under the action of the water pump 6, water in the water storage cavity 15 flows into the heating cavity 13 through the water pumping pipe 5, flows along the heating flow channel 131 in the serpentine shape to be rapidly heated by the ceramic heating plate 7, and finally is output through the water outlet cavity 16, the water passing channel 41 of the end cover and the water pump 6 in sequence, as shown in fig. 12-14.
Referring to fig. 15, the sanitary washing apparatus of the present invention includes a spray unit 10 for spraying washing water, and further includes a sanitary water supply apparatus of the present invention according to the first embodiment, the spray unit 10 is disposed at the downstream side of the water pump 6, that is, the spray unit 10 is connected to the water outlet end of the water pump 6 to spray the washing water pumped by the water pump 6, so as to realize hip washing or bidet washing.
In this embodiment, the other end of the water pumping pipe 5 is higher than the self-cleaning water outlet 101 of the spray washing device 10. In the spray washing process, when the sudden power failure/water cut-off phenomenon occurs, the residual water in the water tank 1 is discharged due to the siphon phenomenon formed by the height difference delta h between the other end of the water pumping pipe 5 (the other end of the water pumping pipe is a water suction port) and the self-cleaning water outlet 101 of the spray washing device, as shown in fig. 15, so that the problem that the equipment is stopped due to the sudden power failure/water cut-off and the residual stored water in the water tank cannot be discharged is avoided.
The parts which are not involved in the sanitary cleaning device of the invention are the same as or can be realized by the prior art. For example, a liquid level detector for controlling the highest water level, the lowest water level, etc. is disposed in the water storage chamber of the water tank.
Example two
Referring to fig. 16 to fig. 19, a heating device of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that: the bottom end of the water inlet pipe 3 extends to the outside of the water tank 1, so that the second water inlet 32 is positioned outside the water tank 1. The bottom end of the overflow pipe 2 also extends out of the water tank 1, so that the water outlet 22 is located outside the water tank 1.
In this embodiment, the water tank 1 also includes an upper shell 11 and a bottom plate 12, and the overflow pipe 2 and the water inlet pipe 3 are integrally injection-molded at a half waist of the upper shell 11 and attached to an inner side surface of the upper shell 11. The top end of the water storage cavity 15 is open and covered by the end cover 4.
In this embodiment, the ceramic heating plate 7 also forms a heating flow passage 131 in a serpentine shape in the heating chamber 13 in cooperation with the partition plate 42.
When water is supplied, the water enters from the second water inlet 32, flows upwards along the inner channel of the water inlet pipe 3, and finally flows out from the second water outlet 31 of the water inlet pipe 3 and falls into the water storage cavity 15, as shown in fig. 18. During the water inlet process, the air in the water storage cavity 15 is gradually squeezed and discharged from the overflow pipe 2. When the device for controlling the inflow of water (which generally includes the level detector disposed in the tank, the solenoid valve disposed at the second water inlet 32, and the controller coordinating the operation of the level detector and the solenoid valve) fails, and the second water inlet 32 continues to supply water, so that the water in the water storage chamber 15 exceeds the highest water level, the excess water will enter from the overflow port 21 at the top end of the overflow pipe 2 and flow to the water outlet 22 along the inner channel of the overflow pipe 2, as shown in fig. 19, and finally fall into the toilet tank.
When water is pumped, under the action of a water pump connected with the water passage 41 of the end cover, water in the water storage cavity 15 flows into the heating cavity 13 through the water pumping pipe 5, flows along the heating flow passage in the winding shape to be rapidly heated by the ceramic heating plate 7, and is finally output through the water pump.
Referring to fig. 20, a sanitary water supply apparatus according to the present invention includes a water pump 6 and a heating apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention, wherein water entering the water storage chamber 15 is pumped to the heating chamber 13 by the water pump 6 and then outputted. Specifically, the water pump 6 is fixed outside the water tank 1 and communicated with the other end of the water passage 41 of the end cover 4
When water is pumped, under the action of the water pump 6, water in the water storage cavity 15 flows into the heating cavity 13 through the water pumping pipe 5, flows along the heating flow channel 131 in the winding shape to be rapidly heated by the ceramic heating sheet 7, and finally is output through the water outlet cavity 16, the water passing channel 41 of the end cover and the water pump 6 in sequence.
The sanitary washing device comprises a spraying device for spraying washing water and the sanitary water supply device disclosed by the embodiment II, wherein the spraying device is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump and sprays the washing water pumped by the water pump, so that hip washing or woman washing is realized.
EXAMPLE III
The heating device of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that: the body is not a water tank, but is separate from the water tank.
The sanitary water supply device comprises a water tank, a water pump and the heating device of the third embodiment of the invention, wherein water entering the water tank is pumped to the heating cavity and is output through the water pump. Specifically, the water tank is disposed on the upstream side of the heating device, and the water pump is disposed on the downstream side of the heating device.
The sanitary washing device comprises a spraying device for spraying washing water and the sanitary water supply device disclosed by the third embodiment of the invention, wherein the spraying device is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump and sprays the washing water pumped by the water pump, so that hip washing or woman washing is realized.
The above embodiments are only used to further illustrate the heating device, the sanitary water supply device and the sanitary washing device of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1.
