The capsule polishing and screening machine can quickly and effectively polish and screen capsules, remove unqualified products and sterilize and disinfect the capsules, so that the processing quality of the capsules is improved.

A capsule polishing, sterilizing and screening machine comprises a feeding box 10, an ultraviolet lamp tube 20, a blanking polisher 30, a screening mechanism 40, an air extractor 60, a vibration mechanism 70 and a collection box 80; the feeding box 10 comprises a box body, a feeding hopper 11 arranged above the box body and a material channel 12 obliquely arranged in the box body; the upper end and the lower end of the material channel 12 are respectively communicated with the feed hopper 11 and the discharging polisher 30; the ultraviolet lamp tube 20 is arranged above the material channel 12; the screening mechanism 40 is arranged below the discharging polishing machine 30 and is communicated with the discharging polishing machine 30; the air suction device 60 is communicated with the interior of the screening mechanism 40; the screening mechanism 40 is mounted on the vibration mechanism 70; the collection bin 80 is disposed at the outlet end of the screening mechanism 40. The air extracting device 60 comprises an air extracting fan 61, a main air extracting pipe 62 arranged at the output end of the air extracting fan 61, and a first air extracting pipe, a second air extracting pipe and a third air extracting pipe which are communicated with the main air extracting pipe 62; a screening disc with small holes is arranged at the bottom of the material receiving disc 41, a medicine powder collecting layer is formed between the screening disc and the bottom of the material receiving disc 41, and the first exhaust pipe is communicated with the medicine powder collecting layer; the second exhaust pipe is communicated with the side wall of the blanking pipe 50; and the third exhaust pipe is communicated with the side wall of the annular blanking channel.
