Abstract
The invention relates to a fan shock absorber based on a magneto-rheological effect. The device mainly utilizes the magneto-rheological effect to absorb shock of a fan and mainly comprises a lower shell, a damper, an upper shell, a first lead channel, a nut, a bolt, a second lead channel, a sealing ring, a protective sleeve, a piston rod, an enameled wire, a spring, magneto-rheological fluid and a damper shell; the damper shell and the lower shell are connected through threads for installation; the enameled wire is arranged on the piston rod, and copper wires at two ends of the enameled wire sequentially pass through the second lead channel and the first lead channel; the spring is arranged at the bottom end of the piston rod and the bottom hole of the damper shell; the top of the piston rod is assembled with the upper shell in a transition fit mode; the bolt is in threaded connection with the nut and the upper shell. The invention realizes the shock absorption of the fan by using the damping force controllable by the magnetic field of the magnetorheological fluid, and the response time of the shock absorption is millisecond level and the effect is obvious.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fan shock absorbers, in particular to a fan shock absorber based on a magneto-rheological effect.
Background
Fans have been widely used in various industrial fields as a general machine. However, the fan belongs to one type of rotary machinery, has a large volume and has an obvious vibration problem in the use process. In order to solve the problem of premature equipment damage caused by vibration during the rotation of the fan, patent No. 2017214131708 proposes a solution using a damping spring shock absorber, which mainly uses a spring to absorb shock, but because the spring itself has the disadvantages of fixed stiffness, slow response, easy fatigue damage, etc., the method for implementing the fan shock absorber using the damping spring still needs to be further improved. The magnetorheological fluid belongs to an intelligent material of magnetic control fluid, has the characteristics of variable viscosity, controllable mechanical property and millisecond response, and can be better applied to the field of fan shock absorption. The invention is provided for improving the further damping effect of the fan.

In order to effectively solve the technical problems described above, the present invention is implemented as follows: the device comprises a lower shell 1, a damper 2, an upper shell 3, a first lead channel 4, a nut 5, a bolt 6, a second lead channel 7, a sealing ring 8, a protective sleeve 9, a piston rod 10, an enameled wire 11, a spring 12, magnetorheological fluid 13 and a damper shell 14; 3 threaded holes are formed in the lower shell 1; the 3 dampers 2 are fixedly connected with the lower shell 1 through 3 threads; a first lead channel 4 is designed in the upper shell 3; a second lead channel 7 is designed in the piston rod 10; the first lead channel 4 and the second lead channel 7 are communicated with each other; the damper 2 consists of a damper shell 14, a piston rod 10, a sealing ring 8, a protective sleeve 9, an enameled wire 11, a spring 12 and magnetorheological fluid 13; the enameled wire 11 is arranged on the piston rod 10, and copper wires at two ends of the enameled wire 11 sequentially pass through the second lead channel 7 and the first lead channel 4 and are finally led out of the upper shell 3; the protective sleeve 9 is arranged outside the enameled wire 11 and used for protecting the enameled wire; the magnetorheological fluid 13 is filled in a closed area formed by the damper shell 14, the lower shell 1, the spring 12, the piston rod 10, the protective sleeve 9 and the sealing ring 8; the sealing ring 8 is arranged between the piston rod 10 and the damper shell 14 and is mainly used for preventing the leakage of the magnetorheological fluid 13; the spring 12 is arranged at the bottom end of the piston rod 10 and at the bottom hole of the damper shell 14 and is mainly used for resetting the piston rod 10; the top of the piston rod 10 is assembled with the upper shell 3 in a transition fit mode; the bolt 6 is in threaded connection with the nut 5 and the upper shell 3.
The fan shock absorber based on the magneto-rheological effect has the positive effects that: the damping device realizes the damping of the fan by utilizing the damping force of the magnetorheological fluid with controllable magnetic field, the response time of the damping is millisecond level, and the damping device adopts a mode of jointly damping by a plurality of dampers, so that the damping device has the advantages of more obvious damping effect, longer service life and the like compared with damping by a damping spring.

The working principle of the specific implementation mode of the fan shock absorber based on the magneto-rheological effect is as follows: when the fan needs to avoid shock, the fan base can be arranged between the bolt 6 and the nut 5; when the shock absorber bears the downward pressure of the fan base, the enameled wire 11 inside the damper 2 is immediately electrified and generates a magnetic field, the magnetorheological fluid 13 is converted from Newtonian fluid into non-Newtonian fluid, the viscosity is high rapidly, so that the damping force applied when the piston rod 10 moves downward is increased rapidly, the directions of the damping force and the spring force are upward, the downward pressure is counteracted, the shock absorption effect is achieved, and the response time is millisecond.
