一种图像块的运动信息的预测方法,所述运动信息用于帧间预测,包括:获取待处理图像块所在图像中的至少一个已确定运动矢量图像块的运动信息,所述至少一个已确定运动矢量图像块包括与所述待处理图像块不邻接的已确定运动矢量图像块;获取第一标识信息,所述第一标识信息用于从所述至少一个已确定运动矢量图像块的运动信息中确定目标运动信息;根据所述目标运动信息,预测所述待处理图像块的运动信息。
