本发明公开了一种智能箱包的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、选取材料;S2、PC料的烘干;S3、ABS树脂塑料的烘干;S4、ABS树脂塑料的熔化;S5、加入色料;S6、PC料的熔化;S7、加入色料;S8、制备成品混合料;S9、注塑成型;S10、安装电子器件;S11、制得成品箱包;采用ABS树脂塑料和PC料的混合原料,在保证结构强度和抗冲击性能的同时解决了生产工艺中的注塑难点有利于降低箱包注塑的废品率,更好的控制生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能箱包的生产工艺。
背景技术
作为出行主要装备,箱包在旅程中的作用极其重要,为行李提供出色的保护是第一要务。因此,要求其不仅具有容纳性,同时还要有防挤压、防水、防碰撞等功能,尤其是箱包要容纳行李,因此最大限度的降低箱包本身的重量也是人们所追求,然而现有的技术中,制成箱包的前期因为冷却的时间不一致,从而使形成的箱包厚度不均匀,对箱包的质量影响较大,导致较高的制造失败率,给企业带来较大的生产成本压力,因此,开发一种智能箱包的生产工艺是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述情况不足,旨在提供一种能解决上述问题的技术方案。
一种智能箱包的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、选取材料:选取ABS树脂塑料和PC料;
S2、PC料的烘干:将S1中选取的PC料放置于烘干机中进行烘干处理,使PC料中的含水量降到0.02%以下,制得干燥的PC料;
S3、ABS树脂塑料的烘干:将S1中选取的ABS树脂塑料放置于烘干机中进行烘干处理,使ABS树脂塑料中的含水量降到0.03%以下,制得干燥的ABS树脂塑料;
S4、ABS树脂塑料的熔化:将S3中制得的干燥ABS树脂塑料放置于熔化炉中进行高温熔化,制得ABS树脂塑料胶体;
S5、加入色料:将S4中制得的ABS树脂塑料胶体倒置于混合搅拌机中,然后逐步加入色料,均匀搅拌混合,制得ABS树脂塑料混合物;
S6、PC料的熔化:将S2中制得的干燥PC料放置与熔化炉中进行高温熔化,制得PC料胶体;
S7、加入色料:将S6中制得的PC料胶体倒置于混合搅拌机中,然后逐步加入色料,均匀搅拌混合,制得PC料混合物;
S8、制备成品混合料:将S5中制得的ABS树脂塑料混合物和S7中制得的PC料混合物全部倒置于混合搅拌机中,均匀搅拌混合,制得成品混合料;
S9、注塑成型:将S8中制得的成品混合料倒置于注塑机,通过注塑机把成品混合料注塑到箱包模具中,制得半成品箱包;
S10、安装电子器件:将S9中制成的半成品箱包通过电子组装机进行电子器件安装;
S11、制得成品箱包:将S10中完成电子器件安装的半成品箱包依次送入缝合机,制得成品箱包。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述S2中烘干机的内部工作温度为56-98℃之间。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述S3中烘干机的内部工作温度为63-89℃之间。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述S5中搅拌机的搅拌速度为700r/min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述S8中搅拌机的搅拌速度为650r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用ABS树脂塑料和PC料的混合原料,在保证结构强度和抗冲击性能的同时解决了生产工艺中的注塑难点有利于降低箱包注塑的废品率,更好的控制生产成本。

本发明实施例中,一种智能箱包的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、选取材料:选取ABS树脂塑料和PC料;
S2、PC料的烘干:将S1中选取的PC料放置于烘干机中进行烘干处理,使PC料中的含水量降到0.02%以下,制得干燥的PC料;
S3、ABS树脂塑料的烘干:将S1中选取的ABS树脂塑料放置于烘干机中进行烘干处理,使ABS树脂塑料中的含水量降到0.03%以下,制得干燥的ABS树脂塑料;
S4、ABS树脂塑料的熔化:将S3中制得的干燥ABS树脂塑料放置于熔化炉中进行高温熔化,制得ABS树脂塑料胶体;
S5、加入色料:将S4中制得的ABS树脂塑料胶体倒置于混合搅拌机中,然后逐步加入色料,均匀搅拌混合,制得ABS树脂塑料混合物;
S6、PC料的熔化:将S2中制得的干燥PC料放置与熔化炉中进行高温熔化,制得PC料胶体;
S7、加入色料:将S6中制得的PC料胶体倒置于混合搅拌机中,然后逐步加入色料,均匀搅拌混合,制得PC料混合物;
S8、制备成品混合料:将S5中制得的ABS树脂塑料混合物和S7中制得的PC料混合物全部倒置于混合搅拌机中,均匀搅拌混合,制得成品混合料;
S9、注塑成型:将S8中制得的成品混合料倒置于注塑机,通过注塑机把成品混合料注塑到箱包模具中,制得半成品箱包;
S10、安装电子器件:将S9中制成的半成品箱包通过电子组装机进行电子器件安装;
S11、制得成品箱包:将S10中完成电子器件安装的半成品箱包依次送入缝合机,制得成品箱包。
所述S2中烘干机的内部工作温度为56-98℃之间。
所述S3中烘干机的内部工作温度为63-89℃之间。
所述S5中搅拌机的搅拌速度为700r/min。
所述S8中搅拌机的搅拌速度为650r/min。

1.一种智能箱包的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、选取材料:选取ABS树脂塑料和PC料;
S2、PC料的烘干:将S1中选取的PC料放置于烘干机中进行烘干处理,使PC料中的含水量降到0.02%以下,制得干燥的PC料;
S3、ABS树脂塑料的烘干:将S1中选取的ABS树脂塑料放置于烘干机中进行烘干处理,使ABS树脂塑料中的含水量降到0.03%以下,制得干燥的ABS树脂塑料;
S4、ABS树脂塑料的熔化:将S3中制得的干燥ABS树脂塑料放置于熔化炉中进行高温熔化,制得ABS树脂塑料胶体;
S5、加入色料:将S4中制得的ABS树脂塑料胶体倒置于混合搅拌机中,然后逐步加入色料,均匀搅拌混合,制得ABS树脂塑料混合物;
S6、PC料的熔化:将S2中制得的干燥PC料放置与熔化炉中进行高温熔化,制得PC料胶体;
S7、加入色料:将S6中制得的PC料胶体倒置于混合搅拌机中,然后逐步加入色料,均匀搅拌混合,制得PC料混合物;
