As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present invention is created as a sheller comprising a sheller opening device 100, a sheller pressing roll device 200 and a sheller curling device 300, the sheller opening device 100 being provided at the rightmost end, the sheller pressing roll device 200 being provided at the left side of the sheller opening device 100 with its center line aligned with the sheller opening device 100, the sheller curling device 300 being provided at the leftmost end, the sheller curling device 300 comprising a drum 50, the drum 50 being aligned with the sheller pressing roll device 200.
The decoiler 100 comprises a right side device 1, a left side device 2, a track cylinder 3, a base 4, a cylinder base 5 and a forward and backward rotating device 6, wherein the right side device 1 and the left side device 2 are respectively arranged on the base 4, the right side device 1 comprises a right guide rail assembly 11 and a right side frame 131, the left side device 2 comprises a left guide rail assembly 21, a left side frame 231 and a left rotating shaft 232, the forward and backward rotating device 6 is arranged on the left side of the left side device 2 and is connected with the left rotating shaft 232, the cylinder base 5 is totally divided into two groups, each group is divided into two groups, a first group is arranged in a cavity formed by the base 4, the right guide rail assembly 11 and the right side frame 131, the other group is arranged at the bottom of the right side frame 131, the second group is arranged in a cavity formed by the base 4, the left guide rail assembly 21 and the left side frame 231, the other group is arranged on the base 4, the other group is arranged at the bottom of the left side track 231, the other group is totally divided into two groups, and the cylinder base 1 and the other cylinder base 1 are hinged with the other cylinder base 5.
The forward and reverse rotation device 6 comprises a first gear 61, a second gear 62, a third gear 63, a fourth gear 64, a gear rack 65, an adjusting sleeve 66, a gear shaft 67, a switching rod 68 and a motor 69, wherein the gear rack 65 is arranged on the left side of the left side frame 231, the adjusting sleeve 66 is arranged on the left rotating shaft 232, the first gear 61 is connected with the adjusting sleeve 66, the first gear 61 and the second gear 62 are arranged in an external meshed mode, the second gear 62 and the third gear 63 are arranged on two sides of the gear rack 65 in an external meshed mode through the gear shaft 67, the third gear 63 and the fourth gear 64 are arranged in an external meshed mode, the gear shaft 67 penetrates through the fourth gear 64 and the gear rack 65 and is connected with a power output shaft of the motor 69, one end of the switching rod 68 is fixed on an outer wall bracket of the left side frame 231, one end of the switching rod is arranged on the adjusting sleeve 66, and the switching rod is compact in structure, small in occupied space, reliable in work, easy to maintain and long in service life.
The switching lever 68 is a manual operating lever, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient switching, low cost and effective manufacturing cost saving.
The diameter of the first gear 61 is larger than that of the second gear 62, the diameter of the third gear 63 is larger than that of the fourth gear 64, the speed of a rotating shaft is effectively reduced, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is stable when the forward and backward rotation device 6 works, and strip steel is stable in rewinding.
The right side device 1 comprises a right guide rail assembly 11, a right adjusting shaft assembly 12 and a right fastening shaft assembly 13, wherein the right guide rail assembly 11 comprises a right guide rail support 111, a right guide rail slideway 112, a right sealing plate 113 and a right reinforcing rib 114, the right guide rail support 111 is arranged on the base 4, the right guide rail slideway 112 is arranged at one end of the right guide rail support 111 far away from the base 4, a notch of the right guide rail slideway 112 is upward, the right sealing plate 113 is arranged on the right guide rail slideway 112, and the right reinforcing rib 114 is uniformly arranged at the outer side of the right guide rail support 111, so that the bearing capacity of the right guide rail support 111 is effectively improved;

The rubber sleeve 247 is wrapped and arranged in the concave rolling surface groove of the pinch roller 244, two end faces of the rubber sleeve 247 are aligned with the inner tangent plane of the concave groove of the pinch roller 244, and meanwhile, the radial height of the rubber sleeve 247 after being installed is larger than the height of the tangent plane flange of the pinch roller 244, so that the pinch roller 244 is effectively ensured, when rubber is stressed and compressed in the force application process, the strip steel cannot touch the flange of the pinch roller 244, and unnecessary damage to the surface of the strip steel caused by the pinch roller 244 is avoided.

The front press roller assembly 82 includes a first front press roller 821, a second front press roller 822, a front press roller seat 824 and two front press roller cylinders 823, the front press roller seat 824 is two in total, each of the two front press roller seats 824 is slidably mounted on two side walls of the press roller frame 7 and connected to two ends of the first front press roller 821, the second front press roller seat 824 is located under the first front press roller seat and mounted on the press roller frame 7 and connected to two ends of the second front press roller 822, the front press roller cylinders 823 are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the first front press roller seat 824, and the distance between the first front press roller 821 and the second front press roller 822 can be adjusted by controlling the front press roller cylinders 823.
The pinch roller assembly 83 comprises a first pinch roller 831, a second pinch roller 832 and a pinch roller seat 833, wherein the total number of the pinch roller seats 833 is two, the first pinch roller seat 833 is fixedly installed on the side walls of two sides of the roller frame 7 and is connected with two ends of the first pinch roller 831, and the second pinch roller seat 833 is located under the first pinch roller seat and is installed on the roller frame 7 and is connected with two ends of the second pinch roller 832.
The rear press roller assembly 84 comprises a first rear press roller 841, a second rear press roller 842, a rear press roller seat 844 and two rear press roller cylinders 843, wherein the total number of the rear press roller seats 844 is two, each group of the rear press roller seats 844 is two, the first group of the rear press roller seats 844 are slidably mounted on two side walls of the press roller frame 7 and are connected with two ends of the first rear press roller 841, the second group of the rear press roller seats 844 are located under the first group of the press roller frames 7 and are connected with two ends of the second rear press roller 842, the rear press roller cylinders 843 are fixedly connected with the upper ends of the first group of the rear press roller seats 844, and the distance between the first rear press roller 841 and the second rear press roller 842 can be adjusted by controlling the rear press roller cylinders 843.
The adjusting roller assembly 85 comprises two guide cross shafts 851, an adjusting screw 852, an adjusting block 853, an adjusting wheel 854, a cross beam 855 and a fixing block 856, wherein the guide cross shafts 851 are fixedly installed on the press roller frame 7 and horizontally aligned in parallel, the cross beam 855 is located right above the guide cross shafts 851 and fixedly installed on the press roller frame 7, the fixing block 856 penetrates through and is fixed at the middle position of the cross beam 855, the adjusting screw 852 is horizontally arranged in parallel with the guide cross shafts 851, the left end of the adjusting screw 852 is fixed on the left wall of the press roller frame 7, the right end of the adjusting screw 852 penetrates through the right wall of the press roller frame 7 and is connected with the adjusting wheel 854, each adjusting block 853 through hole penetrates through the guide shaft and the adjusting screw 852 to be connected with two ends of the fixing block 856 in a sliding mode, and the running stability of the adjusting block 853 can be well guaranteed, and smooth operation of the adjusting roller assembly 85 is ensured.
Rolling bearings are mounted at the joints of the two ends of the adjusting screw 852 and the press roller frame 7, the operation is reliable, the starting performance is good, the adjusting screw 852 and the adjusting block 853 can be better ensured to operate normally in a matched mode, the adjusting block comprises two cylinders 8531 and two sliding blocks 8532, and the two cylinders 8531 are symmetrically and fixedly mounted at the upper ends of the sliding blocks 8532.
The diameter size of the cylinder 8531 is larger than the width size of the sliding block 8532, so that the strip steel is positioned at the lower end of the cylinder 8531, the strip steel can be well limited, and the strip steel can stably move forward.
The guide-in plate 91 comprises a lifting plate 911, an upper baffle 912, a first oil cylinder 913, two first supports 914 and a lower flat plate 915, wherein the lifting plate 911 is positioned at the rightmost end of the press roll frame 7, the central lines of the two first supports 914 are oppositely arranged, one support is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the lifting plate 911, one support is fixedly arranged on the press roll frame 7, two ends of the first oil cylinder 913 are respectively hinged with the first supports 914, two sides of the lower flat plate 915 are fixedly arranged on the press roll frame 7, the right end of the lower flat plate 915 is hinged with the lifting plate 911, the upper baffle 912 is positioned at the upper part of the lower flat plate 915 and is fixedly arranged on the press roll frame 7, the lifting or dropping of the lifting plate 911 can be realized due to the existence of the first oil cylinder 913, and the lower flat plate 915 form an acute angle, so that a feed inlet is in a horn mouth structure which is changed into a big and small, and strip steel can conveniently enter the press roll assembly 8.
The sheller coiling device 300 comprises a coiling base 10, a speed reducer 20, a motor assembly 30, a discharging push plate 40, a winding drum 50 and a protection frame assembly 60, wherein the speed reducer 20 is installed at the upper end of the coiling base 10, the input shaft side of the speed reducer 20 is positioned at the rear side of the coiling base 10, the motor assembly 30 is connected with the speed reducer 20, the discharging push plate 40 is installed at the top end of the speed reducer 20, the winding drum 50 is connected with the output shaft of the speed reducer 20, the protection frame assembly 60 is arranged at the left end of the coiling base 10, the protection frame comprises a magnet 603, and the side, provided with the magnet 603, of the protection frame faces the coiling base 10 and is opposite to the winding drum 50 in position.
The width of the protective frame assembly 60 is larger than the axial length of the winding drum 50, so that enough areas can be reserved for protecting personnel when the strip steel is accidentally thrown.
The motor assembly 30 comprises a speed regulating motor 301, a belt 302 and a protective cover 303, one end of the belt 302 is connected to the output shaft of the speed regulating motor 301, the other end of the belt 302 is connected to the input shaft of the speed reducer 20, and the protective cover 303 is covered on the outer side of the belt 302 and is connected with the winding base 10.
The unloading push plate 40 comprises an unloading oil cylinder 401 and an unloading plate 402, the unloading oil cylinder 401 is fixedly arranged at the top of the speed reducer 20, and the unloading plate 402 is in threaded connection with the extending end of the unloading oil cylinder 401, so that the unloading plate 402 is convenient to detach and install.
The surface of the stripper plate 402 is a quenching surface, so that the wear resistance of the stripper plate is greatly improved, and the service life of the stripper plate 402 is effectively prolonged.
The protection frame assembly 60 comprises a protection frame 601, a sliding track 602, magnets 603 and transverse rods 604, wherein the protection frame 601 is hinged with the sliding track 602, after the hinge is taken off, the protection frame 601 can slide in the sliding track 602, if other equipment needs to be in the position of the protection frame under special conditions, the protection frame 601 can slide to a proper position along the sliding track 602 to avoid the path required by the advancing of other equipment, the transverse rods 604 are uniformly distributed and arranged on the inner side of the protection frame 601, the magnets 603 are multiple, the magnets 603 are arranged in the transverse rods 604 of each layer, and when strip steel is thrown to the transverse rods 604, the transverse rods 604 can attract and fix the strip steel, so that the damage of the strip steel to people is avoided, and the safety of the device is improved.
The glide track 602 is positioned below the ground with its upper plane level with the ground such that the glide track 602 does not become a roadblock on the ground.
In the actual working process, the strip steel is conveyed to a position between a right fixed shaft assembly and a left fastening shaft assembly 23 in the sheller uncoiling device 100 by a special feeding trolley, a track oil cylinder 3 is started, the right fixed shaft assembly and the left fastening shaft assembly 23 move to the optimal positions suitable for fastening strip steel coils, then the operation is started, a right rotating shaft 132 and a left rotating shaft 232 rotate along with the strip steel coils when the strip steel is uncoiled, when the strip steel coil has a deviation problem, the right adjusting shaft assembly 12 or the left adjusting shaft assembly 22 is adjusted, the strip steel coil returns to the normal uncoiling position, when the strip steel coil has the problems of loosening, frying and the like, the strip steel coil is tightly pressed by an adjusting pressing rod assembly 24, the uncoiled strip steel continuously moves forwards to enter a sheller press roller device 200, when the strip steel is to enter the sheller press roller device 200, firstly enters a bell mouth formed by an upper baffle 912, a guide roller 81 and a lower flat plate 915, the first cylinder 913 is controlled to rise to a proper angle so that the strip steel can smoothly enter the press roller assembly 8, the strip steel firstly contacts with the guide roller 81, the guide roller 81 rotates, the strip steel successfully enters the press roller assembly 8, when the thickness of the strip steel is larger, the distance between the front press roller assembly 82 and the distance between the rear press roller assembly 84 are increased, when the thickness of the strip steel is smaller, the distance between the front press roller assembly 82 and the distance between the rear press roller assembly 84 are reduced, when the width of the strip steel passing through the rolling mill is smaller, the adjusting wheel 854 is rocked so that the distance between the two adjusting blocks 853 is reduced to a proper distance so as to adapt to the width of the strip steel, when the width of the strip steel passing through the rolling mill is larger, the distance between the two adjusting blocks 853 is increased to a proper distance so as to adapt to the width of the strip steel, the strip steel starts to enter the rolling device 300 of the sheller after the strip steel comes out from the press roller device 200, the strip steel is firstly fixed on the winding drum 50, then start speed governing motor 301, the reel 50 begins to rotate and batches belted steel, when belted steel takes place unexpected and gets rid of the tail, protection frame assembly 60 can isolate people and belted steel, avoid belted steel to the injury of people, when belted steel touches protection frame assembly 60 simultaneously, can be attracted and fixed by lateral rod 604 on it, in this way, before closing the power, the continuous tail that gets rid of belted steel causes injury or destruction to personnel or equipment, coiling apparatus's security has been improved, when belted steel shelling treatment effect is not good, start motor 69, positive and negative turning gear 6 operation, positive and negative turning gear 6 drives left rotation axis 232 and makes a round, the belted steel is rewound to suitable position after, close motor 69, uncoiler normal operating forward, thereby realize belted steel shelling again and handled, the shelling effect of belted steel has effectively been guaranteed.
