The oil sump 63 located at the rear side of the filter screen body 61 is partially provided with an oil drip hole 64, an oil cup 7 is arranged below the rear side of the fume collecting hood 1, and the oil drip hole 64 is located above the oil cup 7, so that grease collected from the machine case 2, the fan system 4 and the filter screen 6 can be received in the oil sump 63 of the filter screen 6, and is dripped into the oil cup 7 from the oil drip hole 64 through the fume collecting plate 3 (the oil drip hole is also formed in the fume collecting plate 3), so as to avoid polluting a cooking bench or a cooker.
The inverted cone-shaped filter screen 6 can enable the negative pressure area to be more concentrated because an oil cup is not required to be arranged in the central area, the structure with the small upper part and the large lower part is beneficial to the effect of the cage smoke on the lampblack gas, so that the gas flow is concentrated at the inlet of the double air inlet channel fan at the upper end, and the lampblack absorbing effect is better.
