本发明涉及一种低胆固醇高卵磷脂鸡蛋的生产方法,该方法包括如下步骤;配制中草药组合物,各组分为:党参、夜交藤、川断、首乌、白蔻、桑甚、连翘、地丁、地骨皮、瓜络;配制营养组合物,该营养组合物包括如下组分:大豆、蝇蛆粉;按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物1份,制得饲料A,用饲料A饲喂60日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物1份,制得饲料B,用饲料B饲喂125日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。本发明鸡蛋卵磷脂的含量约为1.65g/100g,且胆固醇含量低,具有现有的普通鸡蛋所无法实现的营养价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸡蛋的生产方法,特别涉及一种低胆固醇高卵磷脂鸡蛋的生产方法。
背景技术
卵磷脂,又称为蛋黄素,被誉为与蛋白质、维生素并列的“第三营养素”,人体所需的外源性胆碱90%是由卵磷脂提供。卵磷脂提供胆碱有两大益处:其一,不像游离胆碱会因肠道中微生物作用而降解成为甲胺;其次,是在肝以及其他纤维组织中由脑磷脂(PE)的连续甲基化获得胆碱,且这一合成过程需要一定时间,故当膳食胆碱不足时,体内尚存卵磷脂(PC)的内源资源即可补充人体需要。
卵磷脂具有乳化、分解油脂的作用,可增进血液循环,改善血清脂质,清除过氧化物,使血液中胆固醇及中性脂肪含量降低,减少脂肪在血管内壁的滞留时间,促进粥样硬化斑的消散,防止由胆固醇引起的血管内膜损伤。服用卵磷脂对高血脂和高胆固醇具有显著的功效,因而可预防和治疗动脉硬化症(高血压、心肌梗塞、脑溢血)。
卵磷脂是人体每一个细胞不可缺少的物质,如果缺乏,就会降低皮肤细胞的再生能力,导致皮肤粗糙、有皱纹。如能适当摄取卵磷脂,皮肤再生活力就可以保障,再加上卵磷脂良好的亲水性和亲油性,皮肤当然就有光泽了。另外,卵磷脂所含的肌醇还是毛发的主要营养物,能抑制脱发,使白发慢慢变黑。
胆固醇是动物体内最重要的固醇,大量存在于脑、神经组织、皮脂和胆汁中,胆固醇虽然在人体中各有其重要作用,但如果摄入量过多则会引起一系列的副反应,胆固醇代谢失调能引起动脉粥样硬化、高血压和胆石症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种低胆固醇高卵磷脂鸡蛋的生产方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种低胆固醇高卵磷脂鸡蛋的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
配制中草药组合物,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:党参20-40份,夜交藤20-40份,川断20-30份,首乌15-20份,白蔻10-20份,桑甚10-20份,连翘10-20份,地丁10-20份、地骨皮10-15份、瓜络10-15份;共研为末,40目过筛;
配制营养组合物,该营养组合物包括如下组分:大豆10-20份、蝇蛆粉15-25份。
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物1份,混合均匀后,制得饲料A,用饲料A饲喂80日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物1份,混合均匀后,制得饲料B,用饲料B饲喂100日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。
按照本发明方法喂食蛋鸡的过程中,鸡的精神、食欲不受影响,产蛋率、蛋重与同龄普通鸡无差异。用饲料B喂食15天后直至产蛋期的全过程,生产的鸡蛋与普通鸡蛋的各物质平均含量区别如下表所示:

本发明蛋卵磷脂的检测标准是按照PONY-BJXZSP390-2014A《食品中卵磷脂的测定》进行检测。
本发明所具有的有益效果为:
本发明鸡蛋卵磷脂的含量约为1.65g/100g,蛋黄中的卵磷脂是一种优良的乳化剂,可作为血管中清道夫,且胆固醇含量低,具有现有的普通鸡蛋所无法实现的营养价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种低胆固醇高卵磷脂鸡蛋的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
配制中草药组合物,包括8味中药,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:党参25份,夜交藤34份,川断24份,首乌18份,白蔻13份,桑甚12份,连翘12份,地丁15份、地骨皮12份、瓜络13份;共研为末,40目过筛;
配制营养组合物,该营养组合物包括如下组分:大豆14份、蝇蛆粉18份。
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物1份,混合均匀后,制得饲料A,用饲料A饲喂80日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物1份,混合均匀后,制得饲料B,用饲料B饲喂100日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。

配制营养组合物,该营养组合物包括如下组分:大豆10-20份、蝇蛆粉15-25份。
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物1份,混合均匀后,制得饲料A,用饲料A饲喂80日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物1份,混合均匀后,制得饲料B,用饲料B饲喂100日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。
