In order to further improve the safety of the nail gun in use, the nail gun can be further provided with a power switch 27, the power switch 27 is a main loop switch, the power switch 27 is arranged above the trigger 21, the power switch 27 is communicated after the trigger 21 is triggered, so that the whole loop of the nail gun is communicated, the nail gun can normally work only after the power switch 27 is closed, and the use safety of the nail gun can be further ensured.
In order to further improve the use convenience of the nail gun, the nail gun can also be provided with an MCU and a change-over switch 28 which can freely change over the single-shot or continuous-shot mode of the nail gun, and the change-over switch 28 is electrically connected with the MCU, so that the nail gun can be freely changed over between the single-shot mode and the continuous-shot mode to realize different working requirements, thereby improving the working efficiency of the nail gun; specifically, when the switch 28 is switched to the continuous striking mode, the trigger 21 is not released, and the safety ejector rod 135 is not pressed to trigger the safety switch 131, so that continuous striking of the nail gun can be realized; when the switch 28 is switched to the single-shot mode, the trigger 21 is pulled and presses the safety post 135 to trigger the safety switch 131, so that a single nailing operation is performed, and even if the trigger is not pulled and presses the safety post 135 again, the nail gun only completes one nailing operation, and if a second nailing operation is required, the nail gun can perform the second nailing operation only by pulling the trigger 21 again.
In order to ensure the reliability of the triggering of each switch, the trigger switch 23, the power switch 27, the change-over switch 28 and the safety switch 131 can be all set to be microswitches, so that the matching and the structural design of the microswitches and the mechanical structure are facilitated, and the reliability of the triggering of the microswitches and the mechanical structure is high, thereby ensuring the reliability and the stability of each action.
It can be understood that the unlocking push rod can also be fixed on the first piston through screws or interference or clamping or riveting or pasting or injection molding or welding.
It can be understood that the trigger elastic piece can also be an elastic piece or an elastic block, so that the resetting of the trigger can also be well realized.
It can be understood that a hinged plate can be fixedly arranged at the upper end of the nail-outlet seat plate, the nail-outlet seat plate is hinged with the hinged plate, namely, the nail-outlet seat plate comprises a detachable hinged plate.
It can be understood that only the nail seat plate can be a metal nail seat plate; or, only the nail-out cover plate is a metal nail-out cover plate.
It can be understood that only the latch hook and the movable button may be integrally formed; or, only the hook and the guide rail plate are integrally formed.
It will be appreciated that the nail gun may also be powered by a power cord.
Other embodiments of the present invention than the preferred embodiments described above will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the present invention, and various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A nail gun with reliable work comprises a shell, a trigger, a motor, a first air cylinder, a second air cylinder, a crank, a connecting rod, a nailing component and a nail feeding component, wherein the second air cylinder is positioned in the first air cylinder, a first piston is arranged in the first air cylinder, a second piston is arranged in the second air cylinder, the connecting rod is in transmission connection with the first piston, the motor is in transmission connection with the crank through a transmission mechanism and drives the first piston to axially move in the first air cylinder through the connecting rod, a circulation air channel is arranged between the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder, the nail gun is characterized by comprising a trigger switch, a trigger ejector rod capable of triggering the trigger switch after the trigger is triggered is arranged on the trigger, the transmission mechanism comprises a speed reducer, a transmission shaft in transmission connection with the speed reducer and a cam sleeved on the transmission shaft, a self-locking ejector rod is arranged between the cam and the trigger switch, the cam pushes the self-locking ejector rod to trigger switch and enables the trigger ejector rod to be separated from the trigger switch when the cam moves to a high point, and the self-locking ejector rod is separated from the trigger switch when the cam moves to a low point;
the nailing component comprises a fixed seat, a firing pin, a nail outlet seat plate and a nail outlet cover plate, the lower end of the nailing component is provided with a nail outlet, and the firing pin is connected with the second piston;
the upper end in the first cylinder is provided with a lock catch assembly for locking the second piston at the highest point, the first piston is provided with an unlocking ejector rod, the unlocking ejector rod is fixed with the first piston through a bolt, the first piston moves upwards to drive the unlocking ejector rod to move upwards, the unlocking ejector rod pushes the lock catch assembly to be separated from the second piston, so that the second piston is released, and the second piston moves downwards under air pressure to enable the firing pin to strike the gun nail;
the second piston comprises a piston core and a piston sleeve sleeved on the piston core, and the upper end of the piston core is provided with a bayonet matched with the locking assembly;
the upper end in the first air cylinder is provided with an installation seat, an installation groove is formed in the installation seat, the lock catch assembly is arranged in the installation groove, the bottom of the installation seat is provided with a notch for the unlocking ejector rod to extend into, and the unlocking ejector rod penetrates through the notch to be matched with the lock catch assembly to act;
a guide sleeve is arranged between the upper end of the piston core and the top wall of the second cylinder, the guide sleeve is provided with a hollow cavity, the hollow cavity of the guide sleeve is communicated with the inner cavity of the second cylinder, an airflow hole is arranged on the mounting seat and is communicated with the inner cavity of the first cylinder, an air guide hole communicated with the airflow hole is arranged on the guide sleeve and is communicated with the hollow cavity of the guide sleeve, the airflow hole, the air guide hole and the hollow cavity of the guide sleeve form the circulating air passage together so as to communicate the first cylinder with the second cylinder,
the first piston moves to compress gas in the first cylinder and the flow path delivers the compressed gas flow to the second cylinder.

The nail gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein the trigger is provided with a rotating shaft, the trigger rod is provided with a rotating hole, and the trigger rod is sleeved on the rotating shaft through the rotating hole so as to enable the trigger rod to move along with the trigger and trigger the trigger switch.

The nail gun as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pivot is further sleeved with a torsion spring for deflecting the trigger rod, the trigger rod is provided with a slot, one end of the torsion spring is clamped in the slot of the trigger rod, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the stop of the trigger.
4. The nailer of claim 3, wherein the cam includes a tab thereon, the tab contacting the lower end of the trigger ram when the cam moves to the high point to deflect the trigger ram and disengage the trigger switch.
5. The nailer of claim 4, wherein the lower end of the trigger ram is provided with a guide ramp to facilitate actuation of the cam.
6. The nailer of claim 4, wherein the boss is located on a side of the cam adjacent the speed reducer, the boss being of unitary construction with the cam.
7. The nail gun of claim 1, wherein the self-locking ejector rod is provided at a lower end thereof with an engaging portion which engages with the cam, and the engaging portion has a trapezoidal shape with a small top and a large bottom.
8. The nailer of claim 1, wherein said housing includes a first housing and a second housing, the first and second housings being snap-fit to one another to form said housing.
9. The nailer of claim 1, wherein a trigger spring is provided in said housing for automatically resetting the trigger.
10. The nailer of claim 1, further comprising an MCU and a switch for freely switching between single shot and continuous shot modes of the nailer, the switch being electrically connected to the MCU.
