Abstract
本发明涉及防水卷材领域,提出一种防水卷材及其制备方法。上述防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将聚四氟乙烯、增粘树脂、石墨烯、纤化玻璃丝等原料搅拌均匀后,经挤出、压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将其与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层;在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后制得复合半导体CIS电池片;采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接制得防水卷材。上述防水卷材中能够吸收太阳能并储存。同时,具有阻燃、耐高温和高强度等特点,增强了防火性能,拓展了其应用范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材领域,具体而言,涉及一种防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
防水卷材是建筑、城市建设、道路建设重要的物质基础,作为防水材料一个重要分支,防水卷材的性能、质量等将直接影响到基础设施建设的品质和使用寿命。屋顶用的防水卷材由于长期的日晒雨淋造成容易老化破坏等问题,同时,作为屋顶用的防水卷材在功能多样性上也有待提高。屋顶是太阳能利用的有效场所,在现今的社会中,人们已经在屋顶大量的放置太阳能热水器的太阳能板,以提高太阳能的利用率,加之全球能源的紧张状态,能源的环保和高效利用受到很多人的关注。如何在防水的过程中同时利用太阳能加大防水的利用效率和功能,进一步充分利用屋顶太阳能成为一个值得研究的价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水卷材,其具有复合半导体CIS电池片,能够吸收太阳能并储存。上述防水卷材具有聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层,提高了其力学性能。同时,在制备过程中还加入具有阻燃、耐高温和高强度等特点的金属纤维吸声层,进一步增强了防火性能,拓展了其应用范围。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种防水卷材及其制备方法,上述防水卷材在制备过程中加入复合半导体CIS电池片,使得防水卷材用在房顶时能够吸收太阳能并储存。上述防水卷材具有聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层,提高了其力学性能。同时,在制备过程中还加入具有阻燃、耐高温和高强度等特点的金属纤维吸声层,进一步增强了防火性能,拓展了其应用范围。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。
本发明提出一种防水卷材,其包括:从上至下依次设置的PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层。
本发明还提出一种防水卷材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层:按照重量份计,将20~24份聚四氟乙烯、1~2份增粘树脂、2~2.6份抗老化剂、2~4份石墨烯、2~4份纤化玻璃丝、0.4~1份抗老化助剂搅拌均匀后,经挤出、压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将聚四氟乙烯层与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层;
制备复合半导体CIS电池片:在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后,制得复合半导体CIS电池片;
合并封装:采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接,并经过辊压和高压釜处理,使各层组件紧密粘合,制得防水卷材。
本发明实施例的防水卷材及其制备方法的有益效果是:在制备过程中加入复合半导体CIS电池片,使制得的防水卷材在防水的同时能够有效吸收太阳能并储存,增加了防水卷材的功能,有效的利用了自然界的能源。上述防水卷材具有聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层,提高了其力学性能。同时,在制备防水卷材的过程中还加入了金属纤维吸声层,上述金属纤维吸声层不仅具有吸收声音的功能,同时具有阻燃、耐高温和高强度等特点,能够进一步增强防水卷材的防火性能,大大的拓展了其性能。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
复合半导体CIS是一种化学式为CulnSe2的半导体材料,属于薄膜太阳能电池材料,是传统硅晶太阳能电池的改进。薄膜光电技术的良好发展克服了非晶硅厚度和光电转化效率不能同时兼顾的缺点,同时具有轻薄、光电转化效率较高的优点。
金属纤维同时具有有机和无机纤维独特的性能和广泛的用途。金属纤维具有良好的阻燃、导热、耐高温和高强度性能,而且制造方法较简单,***格便宜。
聚四氟乙烯,俗称“塑料王”,由四氟乙烯经聚合而成的高分子化合物,具有优良的化学稳定性、耐腐蚀性、密封性、高润滑不粘性、电绝缘性和良好的抗老化耐力。
丙纶是聚丙烯纤维的商品名称,它是由丙烯作原料经聚合、熔体纺丝制得的纤维,具有优良的强度、初始模量高、弹性优良、耐磨性好,但其耐光性较差,热稳定性也较差,易老化,不耐熨烫。但可以通过在纺丝时加入防老华剂,来提高其抗老化性能。
下面对本发明实施例的一种防水卷材及其制备方法进行具体说明。
本发明提供了一种防水卷材,包括:从上至下依次设置的PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层。复合半导体CIS电池片属于薄膜太阳能电池,将上述电池片加入防水卷材中,能够吸收太阳能并储存,作为防水卷材,复合半导体CIS电池片能够大大提高防水卷材的应用。金属纤维吸声层具有阻燃、耐高温和高强度等特点,能够提高材料的防火性能。聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层是一种符合塑料,具有较好的力学性能。
本发明还提供了一种防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层:按照重量份计,将20~24份聚四氟乙烯、1~2份增粘树脂、2~2.6份抗老化剂、2~4份石墨烯、2~4份纤化玻璃丝、0.4~1份抗老化助剂搅拌均匀后,经挤出、压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将聚四氟乙烯层与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层;聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层是一种符合塑料,具有较好的力学性能。在制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层的过程中加入增粘树脂、抗老化剂、石墨烯和抗老化助剂,能够有效提高复合层的抗老化性能和粘接性能。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层步骤中,挤出操作的温度为168~174℃。在上述温度范围内挤出,聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层不会因为温度太高受到损坏,且在后续的压延过程中上述温度不至于太低有助于成型。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,增粘树脂为酚醛树脂、沥青树脂和松香树脂中的一种。增粘树脂为酚醛树脂、沥青树脂和松香树脂中的一种时,材料的粘接性能较为优异。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,抗老化剂为二苯胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和茶多酚中的一种。抗老化剂为二苯胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和茶多酚中的一种时,制得的聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层抗老化性能优异。
制备复合半导体CIS电池片:在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后,制得复合半导体CIS电池片;
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,制备复合半导体CIS电池片步骤中,CIS电池薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
制备预置膜:将CIS颗粒溶于有机溶剂中,通过超声充分分散形成墨水,取墨水滴在清洗并干燥好的铝箔上,待墨水流平后在70~74℃温度下真空干燥,形成预置膜;在传统的生产工艺中要求半导体在真空室内沉积,而采用上述的墨水方式进行生产能够在露天下进行,速度更快,成本更低,生产工艺更加简单。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,制备预置膜步骤中,有机溶剂为PVP、乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶液。采用PVP、乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶液作为有机溶剂时,得到的墨水效果最好。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,PVP、乙醇和乙二醇混合溶液的体积比为2:3:5。PVP、乙醇和乙二醇按照2:3:5的体积比制得的混合溶液作为有机溶剂时,得到的墨水效果最好。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,制备预置膜步骤中,超声的强度是100~120Hz。在分散过程中,施加上述强度的超声,能够有效将CIS颗粒分散,并在一定程度上减小颗粒的团聚情况,使得得到的墨水性能更加优异。
干燥烧结:将预置膜在H2S中以1~2℃/s的升温速率升温至530~540℃,并保温40~80min烧结成CIS电池薄膜。在H2S氛围下进行干燥烧结,能够有效的提高电池片的光电转化率。上述升温速率、保温时间和保温温度确保成膜的稳定性。
合并封装:采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接,并经过辊压和高压釜处理,使各层组件紧密粘合,制得防水卷材。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种上述防水卷材,其包括:从上至下依次设置的PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层。
本实施例还提供一种上述防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层:将22kg聚四氟乙烯、1.5kg沥青树脂、2.3kg抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、3kg石墨烯、3kg纤化玻璃丝、0.7kg硫代二丙酸双月桂酯在搅拌器中搅拌均匀后,经171℃温度下挤出、并在150℃压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将上述聚四氟乙烯层与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶层;
制备复合半导体CIS电池片:复合半导体CIS电池片从上至下依次包括氧化锌、硫化镉、CIS电池薄膜和铝箔等几层,具体制备过程包括以下步骤:
制备预置膜:将CIS颗粒溶于有机溶剂中,并通过110Hz的超声强度充分分散形成墨水。上述有机溶剂为体积比为2:3:5的PVP、乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶液。取墨水滴在清洗并干燥好的铝箔上,待墨水流平后在72℃温度下真空干燥1h,形成预置膜;
干燥烧结:将上述制得的预置膜在H2S气氛中以1.5℃/s的升温速率升温至535℃,并保温60min烧结成CIS电池薄膜;
在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后,制得复合半导体CIS电池片。
合并封装:采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接,并经过辊压和高压釜处理,使各层组件紧密粘合,制得防水卷材。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种上述防水卷材,其包括:从上至下依次设置的PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层。
本实施例还提供一种上述防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层:将20kg聚四氟乙烯、2kg酚醛树脂、2kg二苯胺、4kg石墨烯、4kg纤化玻璃丝、0.5kg水杨酸异戊脂在搅拌器中搅拌均匀后,经174℃温度下挤出、并在145℃压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将上述聚四氟乙烯层与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶层;
制备复合半导体CIS电池片:复合半导体CIS电池片从上至下依次包括氧化锌、硫化镉、CIS电池薄膜和铝箔等几层,具体制备过程包括以下步骤:
制备预置膜:将CIS颗粒溶于有机溶剂中,并通过100Hz的超声强度充分分散形成墨水。上述有机溶剂为体积比为2:3:5的PVP、乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶液。取墨水滴在清洗并干燥好的铝箔上,待墨水流平后在74℃温度下真空干燥1h,形成预置膜;
干燥烧结:将上述制得的预置膜在H2S气氛中以1℃/s的升温速率升温至530℃,并保温80min烧结成CIS电池薄膜;
在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后,制得复合半导体CIS电池片。
合并封装:采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接,并经过辊压和高压釜处理,使各层组件紧密粘合,制得防水卷材。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种上述防水卷材,其包括:从上至下依次设置的PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层。
本实施例还提供一种上述防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层:将24kg聚四氟乙烯、1kg松香树脂脂、2.6kg茶多酚、2kg石墨烯、2kg纤化玻璃丝、0.4kg苯甲酸间苯二酚脂在搅拌器中搅拌均匀后,经168℃温度下挤出、并在140℃压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将上述聚四氟乙烯层与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶层;
制备复合半导体CIS电池片:复合半导体CIS电池片从上至下依次包括氧化锌、硫化镉、CIS电池薄膜和铝箔等几层,具体制备过程包括以下步骤:
制备预置膜:将CIS颗粒溶于有机溶剂中,并通过120Hz的超声强度充分分散形成墨水。上述有机溶剂为体积比为2:4:4的PVP、乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶液。取墨水滴在清洗并干燥好的铝箔上,待墨水流平后在70℃温度下真空干燥1.2h,形成预置膜;
干燥烧结:将上述制得的预置膜在H2S气氛中以2℃/s的升温速率升温至540℃,并保温40min烧结成CIS电池薄膜;
在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后,制得复合半导体CIS电池片。
合并封装:采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接,并经过辊压和高压釜处理,使各层组件紧密粘合,制得防水卷材。
对比例1
本实施例提供一种防水卷材及其制备方法,本实施例提供的防水卷材与实施例1提供的防水卷材的不同之处在于:防水卷材不包括聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层。
对比例2
本实施例提供一种防水卷材及其制备方法,本实施例提供的防水卷材与实施例1提供的防水卷材的不同之处在于:防水卷材不包括复合半导体CIS电池片。
试验例1 防水卷材检测
对实施例1~3和对比例1~2制得的防水卷材按照GB/T23457-2009标准进行检测,光电转化效率采用德国ZAHNER光电转化效率测试仪检测,并将结果列入表1中。

由表1中检测结果可知,实施例1~3制得的防水卷材在力学性能和光电转化效率上都具有较好的结果。对比例1与实施例1相比缺少聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层,从表1的结果中可以看出,缺少了聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层后,防水卷材的力学性能会受到影响。同时,光电转化效率不受影响。而实施例1和对比例2的结果对比中可以看出,在防水卷材中增加了复合半导体CIS电池片后,防水卷材具有了太阳能电池的功能。
综上所述,本发明涉及一种防水卷材及其制备方法,在上述防水卷材在制备过程中加入复合半导体CIS电池片,使制得的防水卷材在防水的同时能够有效吸收太阳能并储存,增加了防水卷材的功能,有效的利用了自然界的能源。上述防水卷材具有聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层,提高了其力学性能。同时,在制备防水卷材的过程中还加入了金属纤维吸声层,上述金属纤维吸声层不仅具有吸收声音的功能,同时具有阻燃、耐高温和高强度等特点,能够进一步增强防水卷材的防火性能,大大的拓展了其性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种防水卷材,其特征在于,其包括:从上至下依次设置的PVC软质水晶板、复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层:按照重量份计,将20~24份聚四氟乙烯、1~2份增粘树脂、2~2.6份抗老化剂、2~4份石墨烯、2~4份纤化玻璃丝、0.4~1份抗老化助剂搅拌均匀后,经挤出、压延制得聚四氟乙烯层,将所述聚四氟乙烯层与丙纶长丝无纺布一次复合制得聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层;
制备复合半导体CIS电池片:在CIS电池薄膜上依次沉积硫化镉和氧化锌后,制得复合半导体CIS电池片;
合并封装:采用密封胶粘剂将PVC软质水晶板、所述复合半导体CIS电池片、聚酯布层、金属纤维吸声层、所述聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层和基层依次粘接,并经过辊压和高压釜处理,使各层组件紧密粘合,制得防水卷材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,制备复合半导体CIS电池片步骤中,所述CIS电池薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
制备预置膜:将CIS颗粒溶于有机溶剂中,通过超声充分分散形成墨水,取所述墨水滴在清洗并干燥好的铝箔上,待所述墨水流平后在70~74℃温度下真空干燥,形成预置膜;
干燥烧结:将所述预置膜在H2S中以1~2℃/s的升温速率升温至530~540℃,并保温40~80min烧结成所述CIS电池薄膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,制备预置膜步骤中,所述有机溶剂为PVP、乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVP、所述乙醇和所述乙二醇混合溶液的体积比为2:3:5。
6.根据权利要求3所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,制备预置膜步骤中,所述超声的强度是100~120Hz。
7.根据权利要求2所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,制备聚四氟乙烯丙纶复合层步骤中,所述挤出操作的温度为168~174℃。
8.根据权利要求2所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂为酚醛树脂、沥青树脂和松香树脂中的一种。
9.根据权利要求2所述的防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗老化剂为二苯胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和茶多酚中的一种。
