Abstract

一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板及其制备方法,属于建筑板材技术领域,现有建筑板材成本高、质量重及制备工艺复杂的问题,粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰45~55%,珍珠岩20~30%,粘合剂15~25%,锯末3~8%;粘合剂包括氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁,质量比为1:0.9~1.3;氯化镁水溶液的波美度为23~25°。布置模具,在模具底部铺设玻璃纤维网格布;称取基材;将基材倒入模具内,均匀抹平;在基材顶部铺设玻璃纤维网格布,挤压成型,得粉煤灰轻质隔墙板。本发明在减少了材料的基础上,力学性能又没有损失,具有良好的力学性能和隔热保温性能。

一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑板材技术领域,具体涉及一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前建筑行业,ALC板材很受宠爱。ALC是(Autoclaced Lightweight Concrete)的缩写,中文名称为蒸压轻质加气混凝土。是以硅砂、水泥、生石灰、石膏为原料,用铝粉为发泡剂,经一系列工艺过程(配料、配筋、发泡、切割)最后经高温、高压蒸汽养护获得的多孔硅酸盐制品。其实不管是ALC板还是AAC板还是NALC板都是蒸压加气混凝土板的简称。
但是该板材在制备过程中,需要用到水泥、钢筋等材料,增加了成本及重量,而且制备工艺中需要发泡蒸压的工艺,增加了成本及风险。
发明内容
本发明针对现有建筑板材成本高、质量重及制备工艺复杂的问题,提供一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰45~55%,珍珠岩20~30%,粘合剂15~25%,锯末3~8%;其中粘合剂包括氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁,质量比为1:0.9~1.3;所述氯化镁水溶液的波美度为23~25°。
优选地,一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰50%,珍珠岩25%,粘合剂20%,锯末5%。
一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步,根据生产要求布置模具,涂抹脱模剂,在模具底部铺设一层玻璃纤维网格布;
第二步,按比例称取基材各组份,搅拌均匀;
第三步,将基材倒入模具内,并均匀抹平;
第四步,在基材顶部铺设一层玻璃纤维网格布,挤压成型,即可得粉煤灰轻质隔墙板。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1. 本发明的板材没有用到钢筋和水泥,只用粉煤灰和锯末废料为主料,既减轻了质量又节省了成本,便于搬运、便于操作施工。
2. 本发明的制备工艺无须发泡蒸压的工艺,只需挤压成型,制备方法成本低,安全性高。
3. 本发明的板材在减少了材料的基础上,力学性能又没有损失,具有良好的力学性能和隔热保温性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰50%,珍珠岩25%,粘合剂20%,锯末5%。
当天气温度在0℃以下时,楼板、墙板和抹R的氯化镁水溶液的波美度均为25°,楼板的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:(1.15~1.25),墙板的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:(1.1~1.2),抹R的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:(1.2~1.3)。
当天气温度在1~10℃之间时,楼板、墙板和抹R的氯化镁水溶液的波美度均为24°,楼板的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:1.05,墙板的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:1,抹R的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:1.1。
当天气温度在10℃以上时,楼板、墙板和抹R的氯化镁水溶液的波美度均为23°,楼板的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:0.95,墙板的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:0.9,抹R的氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁的质量比为1:1。
实施例2
一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰45%,珍珠岩22%,粘合剂25%,锯末8%。

粉煤灰轻质隔墙板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步,根据生产要求布置模具,涂抹脱模剂,在模具底部铺设一层玻璃纤维网格布;
第二步,按比例称取基材各组份,搅拌均匀;
第三步,将基材倒入模具内,并均匀抹平;
第四步,在基材顶部铺设一层玻璃纤维网格布,挤压成型,即可得粉煤灰轻质隔墙板。
其中,所述模具由铝合金条按照生产厂部要求的型号规格紧固在工作台面上,注意铝合金条应紧,尺寸应准确,对角线应相等。紧固铝合金条的 之间的距离在600-800mm为宜,配制的药液的使用量确保在规定的时间内使用完毕(冬季15分钟之内,夏季10分钟之内一定要用完,严禁超时作业)。将调好的原料倒入做好的铝合金模具内并用铁板将原料均匀抹平,铝合金模具内周边部位应相对少擀些原料,避免原料溢出。

1.一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰45~55%,珍珠岩20~30%,粘合剂15~25%,锯末3~8%;其中粘合剂包括氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁,质量比为1:0.9~1.3;所述氯化镁水溶液的波美度为23~25°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉煤灰轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:包括两层玻璃纤维网格布和位于玻璃纤维网格布之间的基材,所述基材包括如下质量份数的组分:粉煤灰50%,珍珠岩25%,粘合剂20%,锯末5%。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的粉煤灰轻质隔墙板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
第一步,根据生产要求布置模具,涂抹脱模剂,在模具底部铺设一层玻璃纤维网格布;
第二步,按比例称取基材各组份,搅拌均匀;
第三步,将基材倒入模具内,并均匀抹平;
第四步,在基材顶部铺设一层玻璃纤维网格布,挤压成型,即可得粉煤灰轻质隔墙板。
