Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,包括如下步骤:(1)原料选择;(2)纤维预处理;(3)纺纱;(4)编织;(5)后整理。本发明具有如下优点:1)构思新奇,编织方法简便,容易操作,可实施性强;2)采用非保暖性原料编织成空气层结构,赋予面料良好的保暖性能,同时降低了面料成本;3)将四种具有功能不同的原料混纺并编织成面料,使面料兼具保暖、时尚、保健、亲肤等种优异性能与一体;4)该方法编织的面料在满足保暖性能的基础上,还具有多种综合性能,实用性强,可满足现代消费者对服装面料的追求,市场前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,特别是涉及一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法。
背景技术
目前,业界提高面料保暖性能的主要方法是在面料成分中加入具有保暖性能的成分,比如动物毛或动物绒等,其中应用最多的为羊毛、羊绒,这类面料确实具有良好的保暖性能,但是由于使用价格较高的动物毛或动物绒为原料,使该类面料及其制备而成的服装价格也均较高;另外,该类保暖面料为取得更好的保暖效果,通常采用纯动物毛或动物绒制备而成,由于成分单一,因此,其功能性也较为单一,不能满足现在人们对服装面料保暖性能、适宜的价格及综合保健性能等多方面综合性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其织造的保暖面料能够满足现代人们对保暖服装面料综合性能的要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择:选择大豆蛋白纤维、涤纶纤维、玉蚕纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维作为混纺针织毛衫的原料;
(2)纤维预处理:向步骤(1)中的原料表面分别喷洒含有抗静电剂和防滑剂的预处理液,然后再喷涂一层纺织润滑油,用塑料薄膜覆盖闷置24h,然后用开毛机开松;
(3)纺纱:包括梳毛、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻和蒸纱工序,使步骤(2)中预处理后的大豆蛋白纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维混纺为第一纱线,将涤纶纤维和玉蚕纤维混纺为第二纱线;
(4)编织:在双面针织大圆机上,采用固定的织针排列、三角排列和穿纱方式将步骤(3)中的第一纱线和第二纱线编织成两片单面织物,再通过套口、平车和机缝工序制备成空气层坯布;
(5)后整理;将步骤(5)中的坯布经柔软处理、开幅、水洗、烘干和定型步骤制备成成品复合纤维保暖面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述大豆蛋白纤维的细度为3.13~3.42dtex,平均长度为80mm;所述涤纶纤维的细度为4.13~4.42dtex,平均长度为60mm;所述玉蚕纤维的细度为2.38~2.88dtex,平均长度为40mm;所述麦饭石粘胶纤维的细度为1.71~1.93dtex,平均长度为40mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述预处理液为含有质量分数为0.5~0.6%的抗静电剂和0.2~0.3%的防滑剂的水溶液。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述第一纱线中大豆蛋白纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维的混纺比例为75~85%∶15~25%;所述第二纱线中涤纶纤维和玉蚕纤维的混纺比例为60~70%∶30~40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一纱线的规格为16.9tex;所述第二纱线的规格为14.6tex。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述双面针织大圆机的规格为:24针/30mm,路数60F,筒径755mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述织针排列为针盘织针的排序为AB,所述针筒织针的排序为AAAAAABBBBBB,采用罗纹对位,12枚织针一个循环;所述三角排列为24F一个循环;所述穿纱方式为全路数穿入第一纱线,在针盘织针成圈的路数中衬入第二纱线。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述编织工艺为:第一纱线的穿纱张力为2.5cN,第二纱线的穿纱张力为4.5cN;弯纱深度为5.16mm;线圈长度为16.08mm;织机转速为28r/min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述制备的复合纤维保暖面料的规格为:幅宽190mm,克重245g/m2。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,具有如下优点:
1)构思新奇,编织方法简便,容易操作,可实施性强;
2)采用非保暖性原料编织成空气层结构,赋予面料良好的保暖性能,同时降低了面料成本;
3)将四种具有功能不同的原料混纺并编织成面料,使面料兼具保暖、时尚、保健、亲肤等种优异性能与一体;
4)该方法编织的面料在满足保暖性能的基础上,还具有多种综合性能,实用性强,可满足现代消费者对服装面料的追求,市场前景广阔。

实施例1
一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)原料选择:选择大豆蛋白纤维、涤纶纤维、玉蚕纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维作为混纺针织毛衫的原料;所述大豆蛋白纤维的细度为3.13~3.42dtex,平均长度为80mm;所述涤纶纤维的细度为4.13~4.42dtex,平均长度为60mm;所述玉蚕纤维的细度为2.38~2.88dtex,平均长度为40mm;所述麦饭石粘胶纤维的细度为1.71~1.93dtex,平均长度为40mm;
(2)纤维预处理:向步骤(1)中的原料表面分别喷洒含有抗静电剂和防滑剂的预处理液,然后再喷涂一层纺织润滑油,用塑料薄膜覆盖闷置24h,然后用开毛机开松;所述预处理液为含有质量分数为0.5~0.6%的抗静电剂和0.2~0.3%的防滑剂的水溶液;
(3)纺纱:包括梳毛、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻和蒸纱工序,使步骤(2)中预处理后的大豆蛋白纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维以75~85%∶15~25%的比例混纺成16.9tex的第一纱线,将涤纶纤维和玉蚕纤维以60~70%∶30~40%的比例混纺成14.6tex的第二纱线;
(4)编织:包括设备规格、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式和上机工艺;
其中,所述设备规格为:双面针织大圆机24针/30mm,路数60F,筒径755mm;
所述织针排列包括针盘织针排序和针筒织针排序,其中,针盘织针的排序为AB、针筒织针的排序为AAAAAABBBBBB,罗纹对位,12枚织针一个循环的织针排列;
所述三角排列如图1所示,24F一个完成的组织循环,共5个循环;
所述穿纱方式为:全路数穿入第一纱线,在针盘织针成圈的路数中衬入第二纱线;
所述上机工艺为:第一纱线的穿纱张力为2.5cN,第二纱线的穿纱张力为4.5cN;弯纱深度为5.16mm;线圈长度为16.08mm;织机转速为28r/min;
(5)后整理:将步骤(5)中的坯布经柔软处理、开幅、水洗、烘干和定型步骤制备成成品复合纤维保暖面料。
上述方法制备的复合纤维保暖面料的规格为:幅宽190mm,克重245g/m2。
大豆蛋白纤维是一种新型再生蛋白质纤维,其外观光洁,有丝光,手感柔软,悬垂适度,比重轻,吸湿透湿,强力高,弹性好,具有羊绒般的手感、蚕丝的光泽、棉花的吸湿透气和羊毛的保暖性,被誉为“人造羊绒”;玉蚕纤维是一种蛋白改性的纤维素纤维,具有极佳的柔软糯滑手感和舒适的吸湿导湿性,含有十几种人体所需要的氨基酸,具有特殊的亲肤效应,发射远红外线及激发负离子等诸多优点,特别适用于织造接触体肤的纺织品;麦饭石粘胶纤维具有远红外保健功能;涤纶纤维制备的织物挺括、滑爽、保形性好。
本发明将上述四种原料混纺制备具有空气层结构的面料,一方面在提高面料保暖性能的同时,降低了面料的成本;另一方面,采用不同功能的纤维原料混纺,提高了面料的综合性能,使其兼具保暖、时尚、保健、亲肤等种优异性能与一体,实用性强,可满足现代消费者对服装面料的追求,市场前景广阔。

Claims (9)
1.一种复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择:选择大豆蛋白纤维、涤纶纤维、玉蚕纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维作为混纺针织毛衫的原料;
(2)纤维预处理:向步骤(1)中的原料表面分别喷洒含有抗静电剂和防滑剂的预处理液,然后再喷涂一层纺织润滑油,用塑料薄膜覆盖闷置24h,然后用开毛机开松;
(3)纺纱:包括梳毛、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻和蒸纱工序,使步骤(2)中预处理后的大豆蛋白纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维混纺为第一纱线,将涤纶纤维和玉蚕纤维混纺为第二纱线;
(4)编织:在双面针织大圆机上,采用固定的织针排列、三角排列和穿纱方式将步骤(3)中的第一纱线和第二纱线编织成两片单面织物,再通过套口、平车和机缝工序制备成空气层坯布;
(5)后整理:将步骤(5)中的坯布经柔软处理、开幅、水洗、烘干和定型步骤制备成成品复合纤维保暖面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,所述大豆蛋白纤维的细度为3.13~3.42dtex,平均长度为80mm;所述涤纶纤维的细度为4.13~4.42dtex,平均长度为60mm;所述玉蚕纤维的细度为2.38~2.88dtex,平均长度为40mm;所述麦饭石粘胶纤维的细度为1.71~1.93dtex,平均长度为40mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述预处理液为含有质量分数为0.5~0.6%的抗静电剂和0.2~0.3%的防滑剂的水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述第一纱线中大豆蛋白纤维和麦饭石粘胶纤维的混纺比例为75~85%∶15~25%;所述第二纱线中涤纶纤维和玉蚕纤维的混纺比例为60~70%∶30~40%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述第一纱线的规格为16.9tex;所述第二纱线的规格为14.6tex。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述双面针织大圆机的规格为:24针/30mm,路数60F,筒径755mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合纤维保暖面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述织针排列为针盘织针的排序为AB,所述针筒织针的排序为AAAAAABBBBBB,采用罗纹对位,12枚织针一个循环;所述三角排列为24F一个循环;所述穿纱方式为全路数穿入第一纱线,在针盘织针成圈的路数中衬入第二纱线。
