Background
The existing harmonious locomotive C6 repair project requires a process bogie to pull the locomotive body when the locomotive body is transported, at present, the connecting device of the traction locomotive body mostly adopts a traditional hook structure, is not matched with the connecting hook of the harmonious locomotive, cannot be adjusted in height and cannot meet the running requirement of the locomotive body, and a process coupler connecting tool is required to be designed on the bogie for the traction locomotive body to complete the transportation of the locomotive body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a process coupler connecting device, which is welded together by square steel such as a beam, a longitudinal beam, a rib plate, a vertical plate and the like which are assembled, and is fixedly connected to form a process coupler tool frame which is arranged on a process bogie on a tractor, so that the coupler connection of a locomotive body is convenient, quick, safe and reliable, the operation of a dispatching operator can be better protected, and the transfer of the locomotive body in the operation process is convenient.

The rib plate is a steel plate with the thickness of 16mm, and the material is Q235B;
The coupler connecting seat adopts a steel plate with the thickness of 16mm, the material is Q235B, and the whole height of the coupler connecting seat is 350mm;
The distance between the cover plate and the inner cover plate is set to be the length required by the coupler connection, the size is 210mm, waist-shaped holes with the same size are formed in the center parts of the cover plate and the inner cover plate, and the size of the waist-shaped holes is larger than that of a coupler yoke key.
The technical coupler connecting device is arranged on the technical bogie of the tractor, when the technical bogie is connected with the car body, the technical coupler connecting device can be respectively adjusted in kidney-shaped holes of the cover plate or the inner cover plate according to different heights of various couplers, is suitable for various working conditions, and meanwhile, the coupler connecting seat adopts thicker steel plates, so that the device is ensured to be stable in the process of collision with the coupler, the coupler is reliably connected, and the safety operation of operators is protected.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: the whole process coupler connecting device occupies small space, has the characteristics of light weight, simple structure and convenient maintenance, is adjustable in connecting height, is suitable for vehicle body connection under various conditions, and improves the working efficiency.

The beam I1, the beam II 2, the beam I3 and the beam II 4 are square steel pipe structures, the square steel pipe size is 100mm multiplied by 5mm, the material is a low carbon steel section bar of Q235B, the beam I1 and the beam II 3 are assembled and welded to form an integral frame structure, the beam II 2 is arranged below the beam I1, the beam II 4 is arranged in the middle of the integral frame, the beam II 2 and the beam II 4 are fixed below the integral frame formed by the beam I1 and the beam I3 after being assembled and welded, the integral appearance structure is a two-layer platform structure, the length of the beam II 2 is 2078mm, the length of the beam I3 is 963mm, the integral height is 450mm, the distance between the assembled beam II 4 is 180mm, the fixing mode is welding permanent connection, the welding joint is fully welded during the assembly and welding, and the self weight is lightened while the structural stability is ensured.
The rib plates comprise a rib plate I5 and a rib plate II 6, the rib plates are steel plates with the thickness of 16mm, and the material is Q235B; the rib plate I5 is fixed at the joint of the beam II 2 and the longitudinal beam II 4 through welding, the rib plate II 6 is fixed at the joint of the beam I1 and the longitudinal beam II 4 through welding, and structural stability is enhanced through the connection of the rib plates.
The vertical plates 7, the cover plates 8 and the inner cover plates 9 jointly form a coupler connecting seat, the coupler connecting seat adopts a steel plate with the thickness of 16mm, the material is Q235B, the overall height of the coupler connecting seat is 350mm, the width of the coupler connecting seat is 300mm, the vertical plates 7 are symmetrically arranged on the longitudinal beams II 4, the cover plates 8 are arranged on the vertical plates 7 which are assembled, the inner cover plates 9 are arranged in a frame formed by the vertical plates 7 and the cover plates 8, and the distance between the cover plates 8 and the inner cover plates 9 is set to be the length required by coupler connection and the size of 210mm; the cover plate 8 and the inner cover plate 9 are provided with waist-shaped holes with the same size at the central parts, so that the height of the connecting coupler can be adjusted, the size of the waist-shaped holes is larger than that of the coupler yoke, the waist-shaped holes are used for positioning the coupler yoke, smooth connection of the coupler is ensured, the whole coupler connecting seat is fixed on the second longitudinal beam 4 through welding, the height from the first transverse beam 1 is 145mm, and the welded joint is fully welded, so that the stability of the whole structure is ensured.
The channel steel 10 is fixed on the first beam 1 through welding, so that the coupler connection is effectively ensured to be safe and reliable when the process bogie is connected with the car body.
When the tractor is used, the process car coupler connecting device is fixed on a process bogie of the tractor, and when the tractor body is transported, the car coupler penetrates through the kidney-shaped hole on the car coupler connecting seat, and is adjusted according to different heights of various car couplers, and the car coupler is positioned by the coupler yoke key, so that the tractor can drive the locomotive body to carry out transportation operation. The device ensures the stability of the coupler in the collision process, effectively ensures the safe and reliable coupler connection, improves the working efficiency and protects the safety operation of operators.

the square steel pipes of the cross beam and the longitudinal beam are 100mm multiplied by 5mm, and the material is Q235B low-carbon steel section bar.
