本发明是一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,属于面料技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯纤维以聚氨酯为原料经干法纺丝或湿法纺丝制得的合成纤维。聚氨酯纤维是聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的简称,又称聚氨酯弹性纤维,中国称氨纶,具有类似橡胶丝的高弹性回复率和高断裂伸长,其弹性伸长400%-700%,当伸长为500%~600% 时弹性回复率为97%~98%,但强度较低,只有8.8cN/dtex,而莫代尔纤维是一种纤维素纤维,与人造棉一样同属纤维素纤维,是纯正的人造纤维。由产自欧洲的灌木林制成木质浆液后经过专门的纺丝工艺制作而成,莫代尔产品因为它本身具有的很好的柔软性和优良的吸湿性但其织物挺括性差的特点,现在大多用在内衣的生产。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,包括荧光层以及弹力层,所述荧光层粘贴固定在弹力层上端面,包括以下步骤:
首先,选取30-65重量份的锦纶丝纤维、35-70重量份的涤纶丝纤维、40-75重量份的莫代尔纤维以及25-60重量份的聚氨酯纤维;
锦纶丝纤维的制取:将锦纶丝纤维放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为5-10min,温度为50-60℃,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30-35min,然后对锦纶丝纤维取出,从而制得附有有机荧光物质的锦纶丝纤维;
涤纶丝纤维的制取:将涤纶丝纤维放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为10-15min,温度为55-65℃,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为40-55min,然后对锦纶丝纤维取出,从而制得附有有机荧光物质的锦纶丝纤维;
莫代尔纤维的制取:将灌木废屑放入水洗机内,然后进行水洗以及过滤,从而制得木质浆液,然后将木质浆液放入螺杆挤出机内挤出,然后经过喷丝板进行喷出,从而制得莫代尔纤维;
聚氨酯纤维的制取:将聚氨酯原料溶于有机溶剂二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺或二甲基亚砜中,得到纺丝溶液,经湿法纺丝成纤,再通过含有脂肪二胺扩链剂的水溶液,得到具有弹性的聚氨酯纤维;
然后,以锦纶丝纤维加捻作为经编机的经线,经线密度为20-40根/cm,以涤纶丝纤维加捻作为经编机的纬线,纬线密度为10-20根/cm,然后通过交织编织从而制得荧光层,然后以莫代尔纤维加捻作为经编机的经线,经线密度为15-30根/cm,以聚氨酯纤维加捻作为经编机的纬线,纬线密度为8-15根/cm,然后通过交织编织从而制得弹力层;
然后,将荧光层以及弹力层均放入洗衣机内进行水洗,实现除油的目的,然后取出进行晾晒,然后通过射频磁控溅射技术将纳米级无机抗菌材料喷射到弹力层下端面,从而在弹力层下端面制得透湿薄膜层,厚度为10-15μm;
再然后,在荧光层与弹力层之间涂抹抗菌粘合剂,并将荧光层以及弹力层放入压制辊内进行挤压成型;
最后,将荧光层以及弹力层取出,并放入抗菌柔软剂内进行浸泡,从而提高其柔软性能,然后取出晾晒,然后进行收卷整理。
进一步地,所述选取30重量份的锦纶丝纤维作为经编机的经线,选取70重量份的涤纶丝纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得荧光层,然后选取40重量份的莫代尔纤维作为经编机的经线,选取60重量份的聚氨酯纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得弹力层。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,包括荧光层以及弹力层,荧光层粘贴固定在弹力层上端面,包括以下步骤:
首先,选取30-65重量份的锦纶丝纤维、35-70重量份的涤纶丝纤维、40-75重量份的莫代尔纤维以及25-60重量份的聚氨酯纤维;
锦纶丝纤维的制取:将锦纶丝纤维放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为5-10min,温度为50-60℃,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30-35min,然后对锦纶丝纤维取出,从而制得附有有机荧光物质的锦纶丝纤维;

聚氨酯纤维的制取:将聚氨酯原料溶于有机溶剂二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺或二甲基亚砜中,得到纺丝溶液,经湿法纺丝成纤,再通过含有脂肪二胺扩链剂的水溶液,得到具有弹性的聚氨酯纤维;
然后,以锦纶丝纤维加捻作为经编机的经线,经线密度为20-40根/cm,以涤纶丝纤维加捻作为经编机的纬线,纬线密度为10-20根/cm,然后通过交织编织从而制得荧光层,然后以莫代尔纤维加捻作为经编机的经线,经线密度为15-30根/cm,以聚氨酯纤维加捻作为经编机的纬线,纬线密度为8-15根/cm,然后通过交织编织从而制得弹力层;
然后,将荧光层以及弹力层均放入洗衣机内进行水洗,实现除油的目的,然后取出进行晾晒,然后通过射频磁控溅射技术将纳米级无机抗菌材料喷射到弹力层下端面,从而在弹力层下端面制得透湿薄膜层,厚度为10-15μm;
再然后,在荧光层与弹力层之间涂抹抗菌粘合剂,并将荧光层以及弹力层放入压制辊内进行挤压成型;
最后,将荧光层以及弹力层取出,并放入抗菌柔软剂内进行浸泡,从而提高其柔软性能,然后取出晾晒,然后进行收卷整理。
作为本发明的一个实施例:选取30重量份的锦纶丝纤维作为经编机的经线,选取70重量份的涤纶丝纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得荧光层,然后选取40重量份的莫代尔纤维作为经编机的经线,选取60重量份的聚氨酯纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得弹力层,具有高定形的效果,挺括、易洗快干,且弹力效果高。

作为本发明的一个实施例:选取50重量份的锦纶丝纤维作为经编机的经线,选取50重量份的涤纶丝纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得荧光层,然后选取50重量份的莫代尔纤维作为经编机的经线,选取50重量份的聚氨酯纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得弹力层,兼具高弹性,耐磨,质轻,高柔软性以及高吸湿导湿性。
作为本发明的一个实施例:纳米级无机抗菌材料为银离子抗菌剂。
作为本发明的一个实施例:抗菌粘合剂为一种季铵化硅烷粘合剂,抗菌柔软剂为一种阳离子聚合物抗菌剂。

然后,将荧光层以及弹力层均放入洗衣机内进行水洗,实现除油的目的,然后取出进行晾晒,然后通过射频磁控溅射技术将纳米级无机抗菌材料喷射到弹力层下端面,从而在弹力层下端面制得透湿薄膜层,厚度为10-15μm;
再然后,在荧光层与弹力层之间涂抹抗菌粘合剂,并将荧光层以及弹力层放入压制辊内进行挤压成型;
最后,将荧光层以及弹力层取出,并放入抗菌柔软剂内进行浸泡,从而提高其柔软性能,然后取出晾晒,然后进行收卷整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,其特征在于:所述选取30重量份的锦纶丝纤维作为经编机的经线,选取70重量份的涤纶丝纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得荧光层,然后选取40重量份的莫代尔纤维作为经编机的经线,选取60重量份的聚氨酯纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得弹力层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,其特征在于:所述选取65重量份的锦纶丝纤维作为经编机的经线,选取35重量份的涤纶丝纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得荧光层,然后选取75重量份的莫代尔纤维作为经编机的经线,选取25重量份的聚氨酯纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得弹力层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,其特征在于:所述选取50重量份的锦纶丝纤维作为经编机的经线,选取50重量份的涤纶丝纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得荧光层,然后选取50重量份的莫代尔纤维作为经编机的经线,选取50重量份的聚氨酯纤维作为经编机的纬线,然后经过交织编织,从而制得弹力层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,其特征在于:所述纳米级无机抗菌材料为银离子抗菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种色泽艳丽的高弹力功能面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌粘合剂为一种季铵化硅烷粘合剂,所述抗菌柔软剂为一种阳离子聚合物抗菌剂。
