Background
The ceramic processing generally refers to the forming processing of industrial special ceramics, and can be divided into the following steps according to different processing modes: mould shaping sintering processing and mechanical shaping processing, mould shaping sintering processing: the method is an initial processing of ceramic products, and is a processing of batching ceramic powder according to a certain formula proportion, molding by a mold, sintering and shaping to meet the requirements of established shape and performance parameters, and mechanical molding processing: the secondary processing of ceramic products is to use a special tool to perform precise mechanical processing on ceramic blanks, and the procedures of drawing, cleaning and the like need to be performed on the ceramic appearance in the ceramic processing production process.
However, the traditional ceramic processing equipment is not convenient for rapidly adjusting the processing working surface of the ceramic utensil, and is not convenient for accommodating the scraps cleared up by the ceramic utensil, the ceramic utensil is easy to scrape and damage the ceramic utensil by contacting with ceramic waste residues, and the accommodated waste residues are not convenient and flexible enough. In view of this, the present invention provides a ceramic processing apparatus having the following features:
(1) according to the ceramic processing equipment, the angle adjusting structure is matched with the workbench, so that the angle of the processed ceramic appliance can be conveniently and rapidly adjusted, the ceramic appliance damage caused by moving the ceramic appliance in the processing process is avoided, meanwhile, the limiting structure is matched with the angle adjusting structure, so that the angle adjusting structure can be conveniently and rapidly limited, and the operation flexibility is greatly improved.
(2) According to the ceramic processing equipment, the angle adjusting structure is used, so that scraps at the bottom end of the ceramic appliance can be conveniently and quickly cleaned, the ceramic appliance is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the ceramic scraps are in contact with the ceramic appliance in the production and processing processes, and the production and processing quality of the ceramic appliance is greatly improved.
(3) According to the ceramic processing equipment, the filtering structure is connected with the workbench in a sliding mode, the filtering structure is arranged at the bottom end of the angle adjusting structure, waste chips and waste water in the ceramic production and processing process can be conveniently and rapidly stored, and the storage and treatment efficiency and the quality of the waste chips are improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides ceramic processing equipment, an angle adjusting structure is matched with a workbench for use, so that the angle of a processed ceramic appliance can be conveniently and rapidly adjusted, the ceramic appliance damage caused by moving the ceramic appliance in the processing process is avoided, meanwhile, a limiting structure is matched with the angle adjusting structure for use, so that the angle adjusting structure can be conveniently and rapidly limited, and the flexibility of operation is greatly improved; the angle adjusting structure is used for conveniently and rapidly cleaning the scraps at the bottom end of the ceramic appliance, so that the damage of the ceramic appliance caused by the contact of the ceramic scraps and the ceramic appliance in the production and processing process is avoided, and the production and processing quality of the ceramic appliance is greatly improved; sliding connection between filtration and the workstation, filtration locate angle modulation structure's bottom, the sweeps and the waste water in the quick ceramic manufacture course of accomodating of being convenient for have improved the processing efficiency of accomodating of sweeps and quality thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a ceramic processing device comprises a limiting structure, a supporting plate, a workbench, an angle adjusting structure and a filtering structure; the top end of the workbench is provided with the angle adjusting structure for adjusting the ceramic appliance, the bottom end of the workbench is provided with the supporting plate for limiting the angle adjusting structure, the supporting plate is connected with the workbench through a bolt, and the supporting plate is abutted against the angle adjusting structure; the supporting plate is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the angle adjusting structure; the workbench is provided with a filter structure used for being matched with the angle adjusting structure to store scraps, and the filter structure is detachably connected with the workbench.
Specifically, the top end of the workbench is provided with a storage groove of a quadrangular frustum pyramid structure for storing wastewater and scraps; the accommodating groove is of a quadrangular frustum pyramid structure, so that ceramic scraps and waste water can be conveniently accommodated in the process of producing and processing ceramic appliances, secondary cleaning is avoided, and the accommodating and processing efficiency of the ceramic scraps of the ceramic appliances is greatly improved.
Specifically, the angle adjusting structure comprises a guide sleeve, a guide groove, a rubber plate, a storage chamber, a guide shaft, a transmission sleeve, a support sleeve and a limit groove, wherein the support sleeve is fixed on the support plate, the disc-shaped transmission sleeve is rotatably connected with the support sleeve through the guide shaft, the top end of the transmission sleeve is not capped and is provided with a storage chamber for containing waste residue and waste water, the storage chamber is penetrated through the workbench and extends to the interior of the transmission sleeve, the transmission sleeve is rotatably connected with the workbench, the transmission sleeve is provided with the guide sleeve which is communicated with the storage chamber and is provided with a cylindrical structure for drainage and is provided with a groove with a regular hexagon structure, the guide sleeve is penetrated through the guide shaft, the guide sleeve is in threaded connection with the guide shaft, and a plurality of fan-shaped rubber plates for supporting ceramic appliances are distributed on the top surface of the transmission sleeve in a circumferential array manner relative to the guide sleeve, the guide grooves are formed by surrounding a fan-shaped structure between two adjacent rubber plates and the transmission sleeve, the depth of each guide groove is gradually increased from the edge of the transmission sleeve to the center of the circle, and a plurality of limiting grooves are circumferentially arrayed on the bottom end of the guide shaft in the circumferential direction; firstly, the workbench is installed in a ceramic processing workshop, the level of the workbench is adjusted, the guide sleeve is screwed to enable the top surface of the guide sleeve to be lower than the guide groove, a ceramic appliance is placed on the rubber plate, the ceramic appliance on the rubber plate is finely processed, waste water and waste chips in the processing process enter the guide groove from the rubber plate and then enter the filtering structure through the guide sleeve, the rubber plate is frequently cleaned in the processing process, the processed ceramic waste chips are prevented from contacting with the ceramic appliance to influence the processing quality, when the processing of a ceramic plane facing one end of an operator is finished, the limiting structure is pressed, the limiting structure does not conflict with the limiting groove, the guide shaft can rotate, the transmission sleeve is rotated, the angle of the ceramic appliance on the rubber plate is adjusted, and then the limiting structure is loosened, the limiting structure is right the limiting groove is limiting, so that the transmission sleeve can not rotate, the angle adjustment of the ceramic appliance on the rubber plate is more convenient, the ceramic appliance is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the ceramic appliance is carried, and the production and processing quality and the production and processing efficiency of the ceramic appliance are greatly improved.

The angle adjusting structure 5 is matched with the workbench 3 to be used, so that the angle of the processed ceramic appliance can be adjusted conveniently and quickly, the ceramic appliance damage caused by moving the ceramic appliance in the processing process is avoided, meanwhile, the limiting structure 1 is matched with the angle adjusting structure 5 to be used, so that the angle adjusting structure 5 can be limited conveniently and quickly, and the flexibility of operation is greatly improved; the angle adjusting structure 5 is convenient to rapidly clean the scraps at the bottom end of the ceramic appliance, so that the damage of the ceramic appliance caused by the contact of the ceramic scraps and the ceramic appliance in the production and processing process is avoided, and the production and processing quality of the ceramic appliance is greatly improved; sliding connection between 6 and the workstation 3 of filtration, filtration 6 locate angle modulation structure 5's bottom, are convenient for quick sweeps and the waste water of accomodating among the ceramic manufacture course of working, have improved the efficiency of the processing of accomodating of sweeps and quality thereof.
