本发明公开了一种复合床单面料,包括面料基布、导湿抗菌层、薄膜隔水层、增强层和毛毡底层;所述毛毡底层、增强层、薄膜隔水层、导湿抗菌层、面料基布从里层到面层方向依次层叠设置;所述面料基布为高支高密织布;所述导湿抗菌层为丙纶织布;所述丙纶织布由丙纶纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成;所述面料基布和丙纶织布通过纱线缝合进行层叠复合连接;所述薄膜隔水层为微孔防水薄膜;所述增强层为涤纶四面弹面料;所述毛毡底层为羊毛毡布。本发明单向透湿性好,吸湿排汗性能好,不易滋生细菌,抗菌防臭性能好,耐磨性好,弹性好,使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别涉及一种复合床单面料。
背景技术
目前,纺织面料已经成为人们日常生活中的常用物品,市面上的面料绝大部分是单层结构,例如,由棉以及聚酯纤维材质制成,这些面料都具有一定的缺陷,例如,棉制品的排湿性能不如人意,聚酯纤维的保暖吸汗性能差。单一结构的面料已经很难满足人们的需求。如床单面料,现有的床单面料以单层纯棉面料或棉麻混纺面料为主,虽然亲肤性好,柔软舒适,但是抗菌性能差,吸湿排汗性能差,湿气易透过床单,使床垫滋生细菌或螨虫,甚至发霉,同时抗皱性能差,挺括性差,易出现滑移,无法平整的贴覆在床面上。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种复合床单面料,采用多层复合结构,弥补单层结构床单的不足,通过不同功能层之间的协同配合,解决了现有的床单面料综合性能差,抗菌性能差,吸湿排汗性能差,湿气易透过床单,使床垫滋生细菌或螨虫,甚至发霉,同时抗皱性能差,挺括性差,易出现滑移,无法平整的贴覆在床面上的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种复合床单面料,包括面料基布、导湿抗菌层、薄膜隔水层、增强层和毛毡底层;所述毛毡底层、增强层、薄膜隔水层、导湿抗菌层、面料基布从里层到面层方向依次层叠设置;所述面料基布为高支高密织布;所述导湿抗菌层为丙纶织布;所述丙纶织布由丙纶纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成;所述面料基布和丙纶织布通过纱线缝合进行层叠复合连接;所述薄膜隔水层为微孔防水薄膜;所述增强层为涤纶四面弹面料;所述毛毡底层为羊毛毡布。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述薄膜隔水层为TPU薄膜或PTFE薄膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述面料基布由天丝或棉麻混纺纱线经纬编织而成;所述面料基布的经密为532根/10cm,纬密为397根根/10cm;所述面料基布采用1/1平纹组织结构。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述丙纶纤维纱线为8.3tex/72f。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述面料基布涂覆有拒水整理剂涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述毛毡底层的厚度为0.8-2.5mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述导湿抗菌层、薄膜隔水层、增强层和毛毡底层之间通过微孔透气热熔胶热压粘附。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述薄膜隔水层表面涂覆有纳米银涂层;所述纳米银涂层位于所述导湿抗菌层所在一侧。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述薄膜隔水层和增强层之间还设置有水刺无纺布;所述水刺无纺布由竹粘胶纤维制成;所述水刺无纺布的厚度为0.12-0.36mm;所述薄膜隔水层、水刺无纺布和增强层通过热压粘粘复合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述面料基布和导湿抗菌层之间通过氨纶纤维纱线缝合连接。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,在导湿抗菌层和增强层之间设置薄膜隔水层可以实现单向透湿,保证床单面料和床垫之间的干爽,不易滋生细菌,同时床单面料吸湿排汗性能好,丙纶几乎不吸湿,但芯吸能力较强,导湿性能好,导湿抗菌层可以将床单面料正面排汗处的水汽迅速传导,提高蒸发面积,并且由于丙纶不吸湿,能够保持薄膜隔水层两侧的压差,实现单向透湿,进而通过导湿抗菌层实现快速蒸发;此外,导湿抗菌层抗菌防臭性能好,汗臭不残留、耐磨性好,弹性好。本发明还设置有增强层,能够保证面料的拉伸强度,不易变形,而毛毡底层具有良好的隔热保暖性能,挺括服帖性好,使床单面料不易褶皱,易整理,避免滑移,使用效果好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种复合床单面料,作为一种新型家纺床单面料。本发明采用层叠复合结构,包括面料基布1、导湿抗菌层2、薄膜隔水层3、增强层4和毛毡底层5。毛毡底层5、增强层4、薄膜隔水层3、导湿抗菌层2、面料基布1从里层到面层方向依次层叠设置。面料基布1为高支高密织布。导湿抗菌层2为丙纶织布。丙纶织布由丙纶纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成。面料基布1和丙纶织布通过纱线缝合进行层叠复合连接。优选的,面料基布1和导湿抗菌层2之间通过氨纶纤维纱线缝合连接,具有强度高,弹性好,导湿性好的优点。薄膜隔水层3为微孔防水薄膜。优选的,薄膜隔水层3为TPU薄膜或PTFE薄膜。增强层4为涤纶四面弹面料。毛毡底层5为羊毛毡布。毛毡底层5的厚度可以为0.8-2.5mm。具体的,导湿抗菌层2、薄膜隔水层3、增强层4和毛毡底层5之间通过微孔透气热熔胶热压粘附。
为了保证面料的舒适性,面料基布1优选由天丝或棉麻混纺纱线经纬编织而成。同时,面料基布1的经密可以控制在532根/10cm,纬密可以控制在397根根/10cm。面料基布1采用1/1平纹组织结构,表面平整,触感舒适,透气性好。
本发明中,丙纶纤维纱线为8.3tex/72f,采用超细的丙纶丝,通过芯吸效应,能够很好的保证导湿性能。
为了减小表面张力,提高床单面料的拒水性能,在面料基布1涂覆有拒水整理剂涂层。
为了提高床单面料的抗菌性能,在薄膜隔水层3表面涂覆有纳米银涂层;纳米银涂层位于导湿抗菌层2所在一侧。
为了提高毛毡底层5的抗菌性能,在薄膜隔水层3和增强层4之间还设置有水刺无纺布。水刺无纺布由竹粘胶纤维制成。水刺无纺布的厚度为0.12-0.36mm。薄膜隔水层3、水刺无纺布和增强层4通过热压粘粘复合。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,在导湿抗菌层2和增强层4之间设置薄膜隔水层3可以实现单向透湿,保证床单面料和床垫之间的干爽,不易滋生细菌,同时床单面料吸湿排汗性能好,丙纶几乎不吸湿,但芯吸能力较强,导湿性能好,导湿抗菌层2可以将床单面料正面排汗处的水汽迅速传导,提高蒸发面积,并且由于丙纶不吸湿,能够保持薄膜隔水层3两侧的压差,实现单向透湿,进而通过导湿抗菌层2实现快速蒸发;此外,导湿抗菌层2抗菌防臭性能好,汗臭不残留、耐磨性好,弹性好。本发明还设置有增强层4,能够保证面料的拉伸强度,不易变形,而毛毡底层5具有良好的隔热保暖性能,挺括服帖性好,使床单面料不易褶皱,易整理,避免滑移,使用效果好。

1.一种复合床单面料,其特征在于,包括面料基布、导湿抗菌层、薄膜隔水层、增强层和毛毡底层;所述毛毡底层、增强层、薄膜隔水层、导湿抗菌层、面料基布从里层到面层方向依次层叠设置;所述面料基布为高支高密织布;所述导湿抗菌层为丙纶织布;所述丙纶织布由丙纶纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成;所述面料基布和丙纶织布通过纱线缝合进行层叠复合连接;所述薄膜隔水层为微孔防水薄膜;所述增强层为涤纶四面弹面料;所述毛毡底层为羊毛毡布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,所述薄膜隔水层为TPU薄膜或PTFE薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,所述面料基布由天丝或棉麻混纺纱线经纬编织而成;所述面料基布的经密为532根/10cm,纬密为397根根/10cm;所述面料基布采用1/1平纹组织结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,所述丙纶纤维纱线为8.3tex/72f。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,在所述面料基布涂覆有拒水整理剂涂层。
6.根据权利要求4所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,所述毛毡底层的厚度为0.8-2.5mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,所述导湿抗菌层、薄膜隔水层、增强层和毛毡底层之间通过微孔透气热熔胶热压粘附。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,在所述薄膜隔水层表面涂覆有纳米银涂层;所述纳米银涂层位于所述导湿抗菌层所在一侧。
9.根据权利要求7所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,在所述薄膜隔水层和增强层之间还设置有水刺无纺布;所述水刺无纺布由竹粘胶纤维制成;所述水刺无纺布的厚度为0.12-0.36mm;所述薄膜隔水层、水刺无纺布和增强层通过热压粘粘复合。
10.根据权利要求7所述的复合床单面料,其特征在于,所述面料基布和导湿抗菌层之间通过氨纶纤维纱线缝合连接。
