羊毛纤维是羊的皮肤的变形物,保暖性极佳,多用于秋冬季节的服装,羊毛纤维具有弹性好,吸湿性强、保暖性好等优点,是最早开发冰杯广发实用的天然纺织原料之一,具有优良的纺织加工性能,羊毛制品具有柔和的光泽、丰富而富有弹性的手感、良好的悬垂性、保温保湿性以及耐污性等优点。
近年来,随着科学技术的突飞猛进,各种电器、电子设备极大普及,电磁辐射成为了继空气污染、水污染和噪声污染后的第种污染源。它不仅会对广播电视等通讯设备产生干扰,还会影响人体健康,人体长期暴露在电磁辐射环境中,神经***、心血管***、内分泌***、生殖***、免疫***等都会受到不同程度的伤害。
随着大众消费者对健康方便的担忧,使得各种衣物开始具有防辐射功能,屏蔽织物的出现和发展,距今己经历了个阶段从制定标准到世纪年代以前,屏蔽织物从无到有,逐步发展,屏蔽织物的使用仅限于军工科研、医疗卫生和厂矿企业世纪一年代,屏蔽织物开始进入百姓家,发展迅速、品种增多、数量增大世纪年代以后,继续快速发展,质量优化,数量激增,新品不断涌现。现己形成了一个涉及电子工业、纺织工业、生物医学和检测监督为一体的新兴产业。
在专利号CN103238957B的实用新型专利中,公开了一种防电磁辐射抗静电羊毛衫,主要由金属丝和羊毛纤维纺织按照一定比例混纺而成,具有防辐射抗静电功能,但是该实用新型存在穿着体验不好,对于人体来说太过于坚硬,舒适度太差,难以进入市场。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种能够防止电磁辐射的羊毛制品,以解决上述提出问题。
本发明的实施例中提供了一种能够防止电磁辐射的羊毛制品,其包括如下质量百分比的原料:
羊毛纤维10~20%;
改性聚酯纤维30~40%;
镀银长丝25~35%;
竹浆纤维20~35%;
所述改性聚酯纤维将镀银长丝包覆形成包芯纱,所述包芯纱与羊毛纤维以及竹浆纤维混纺成具有防电子辐射功能的面料;
所述改性聚酯纤维为一种具有电磁屏蔽效果抗洗涤的改性聚酯纤维,该改性聚酯纤维通过如下方法得到:首先通过添加填料A,制备聚酯纤维中间体;聚酯纤维中间体经腐蚀处理;然后利用磁控溅射在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积金属复合膜,得到所述的聚酯纤维。

本发明还提供了该羊毛制品的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,配置氯仿/甲醇溶剂,将羊毛纤维浸入该溶剂中,并利用索氏萃取器对羊毛纤维进行回流萃取,萃取时间控制在2~2.5h,萃取完成之后将羊毛纤维利用去离子水进行洗涤,之后烘干;
S2,配置离子液体,将离子液体加温至50℃,将S1中的羊毛纤维浸入离子液体中,搅拌反应20~25min,反应完成之后先利用乙醇洗涤,之后利用去离子水洗涤,如此反复两次进行洗涤,之后烘干;
S3,配置蛋白酶处理液,将蛋白酶处理液加温至40℃,将S2中的羊毛纤维浸入蛋白酶处理液中,搅拌反应30~40min,反应完成之后将温度升值100℃,保持10~15min,之后利用去离子水洗涤,之后烘干;
S4,将经过S2处理的羊毛纤维浸入还原处理剂内,还原处理剂的PH控制在8~8.4之间,浴比设置为1:45,在常温下对羊毛纤维进行搅拌,使其与还原处理剂充分反应,反应时间控制在30~45min,反应完成之后利用去离子水对羊毛纤维进行漂洗,共漂洗2次,每次10min,漂洗完成之后对羊毛纤维进行烘干操作;
S5,配置改性聚酯纤维;
S6,配置包芯纱,将镀银长丝、改性聚酯纤维以及羊毛纤维通过赛络纺包芯纱工艺制备防辐射包芯纱,以镀银长丝作为芯线,羊毛纤维以及改性聚酯纤维作为包覆线,其中镀银长丝的细度控制在35D,包覆线的密度控制在15~18tex;
S7,将S6中的防辐射包芯纱与竹浆纤维进行混纺,并采用罗纹组织结构进行织造,得到防电子辐射羊毛制品。

首先通过添加填料A,制备聚酯纤维中间体;聚酯纤维中间体经腐蚀处理;然后利用磁控溅射在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积金属复合膜,得到所述的聚酯纤维。现有技术中,通常是直接在聚酯纤维表面通过化学镀、化学气相沉积、金属喷镀等方法使得聚酯纤维表面金属化,以此达到电磁屏蔽的效果,然而,上述技术方案存在金属膜与基材结合不紧密的技术缺点,常常导致金属膜脱落。本申请技术方案中,通过在聚酯纤维中间体中添加填料A,该填料A中包括金属粒子,然后再磁控溅射金属复合膜,能够使得金属复合膜与聚酯纤维基材结合度大大提高,产生了意料不到的技术效果,简单实用。所述聚酯纤维中间体为非织造布。具体的,所述聚酯纤维中间体经腐蚀处理为:将聚酯纤维中间体经稀盐酸腐蚀处理;所述稀盐酸浓度为0.35mol/L,所述处理时间为2h;具体的,所述利用磁控溅射在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积金属复合膜为:利用磁控溅射依次在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、氟碳复合膜Ⅱ和Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ。
上述实施方式中,采用Cu-Ag复合膜、氟碳复合膜和Cu-Ag复合膜的结合方式,其能够使得聚酯纤维具备良好的电磁屏蔽效果。在上述方法中,关于聚酯纤维中间体,该聚酯纤维中间体是通过添加填料A,采用熔融混纺制备得到的。其中,聚酯纤维中间体中原料含量分别为:17%的填料A,余量为聚酯。
具体的,需要说明的是,上述的填料A包括CNT、CaCO3纳米粒子、Cu纳米粒子和Ag纳米粒子。在该实施方式中,Cu、Ag纳米粒子作为填料添加到聚酯纤维中间体中,一方面其能够与后续的金属复合膜形成紧密结合,大大增加了聚酯纤维中间体与金属复合膜的结合,解决了金属复合膜与基材结合不牢固的问题;在另一方面,该Cu、Ag纳米粒子还能够与所述金属复合膜共同构成电磁屏蔽网络,增加电磁屏蔽效率。该碳纳米管优选为单壁碳纳米管,采用单壁碳纳米管,其结构可看作由单层片状石墨卷曲而成,具有较高的表面能,对于与上述填料A中其它粒子的结合起到意料不到的有益效果。
优选地,填料A中,各物质的质量份数分别为:CNT 6份,CaCO3纳米粒子2份,Cu纳米粒子4份,Ag纳米粒子5份;填料A中,CaCO3纳米粒子、Cu纳米粒子和Ag纳米粒子的粒径依次为500nm、100nm、50nm。能够理解,该聚酯纤维中间体通过添加填料A,其中,CNT、CaCO3纳米粒子、Cu纳米粒子和Ag纳米粒子能够协同发挥作用,同时结合稀盐酸腐蚀处理与磁控溅射金属复合膜,能够保证聚酯纤维的电磁屏蔽效果抗老化性好,同时起到抗洗涤的作用。
在上述方法中,关于金属复合膜,所述Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、氟碳复合膜Ⅱ和Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ均是采用磁控溅射得到,其中,所述Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ厚度为200nm,氟碳复合膜Ⅱ厚度为100nm,Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ厚度为400nm。具体的,能够理解,上述Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ均是同时磁控溅射铜靶和银靶得到的;其中,Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ中Cu与Ag的摩尔比例分别为3:1、2:3。具体的,能够理解,上述氟碳复合膜Ⅱ是通过射频磁控溅射聚四氟乙烯靶材得到的,由于聚四氟乙烯经过磁控溅射后沉积到基底表面时,不完全是聚四氟乙烯大分子链的结构特征,而是由氟和碳所组成的多种化合物的混合物,因此其形成为氟碳复合膜。
下面为所述改性聚酯纤维的制备过程:
步骤1,按照质量比例,将纳米粒子混合均匀,经湿法研磨后,放入马弗炉中进行340℃煅烧50min,降温冷却后得到所述填料A;称取填料A与聚酯切片进行混合干燥;干燥在真空转鼓干燥机中进行,借助真空***将水分随空气一起抽除,干燥温度为130℃;干燥后的原料在螺杆挤出机作用下熔融后的熔体经熔体泵送至均质除杂搅拌器中进行均一化除杂处理,熔体在均质除杂搅拌器的停留时间为30min~90min;均质除杂后的聚酯熔体经熔体泵送至二级过滤器,过滤后的熔体经设置在管道上的混合熔体后进入纺丝箱体,纺丝箱温度控制在250~280℃;将纺丝后的纤维进行牵伸加工,即得聚酯纤维中间体;
步骤2,将聚酯纤维中间体经稀盐酸腐蚀处理;所述稀盐酸浓度为0.35mol/L,所述处理时间为2h;
步骤3、首先,将经腐蚀处理聚酯纤维中间体超声清洗10min,超声频率为30kHz,然后干燥;将聚酯纤维中间体放入磁控溅射仪中,抽真空至3.0×10-5Pa,打开氩气,调节插板阀,使压强位于1.5~5.0Pa之间,打开样品自传程序,预溅射15min,然后磁控溅射金属复合膜,溅射完毕后,将聚酯纤维中间体取出,经清洗干燥后,得到所述改性聚酯纤维。
测定本实施例所制备的改性聚酯纤维力学性能:单丝纤度为1.7dtex,断裂强度为3.9cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为36%;测试本实施例所制备的改性聚酯纤维在电磁波波段为30-1500MHz下的屏蔽效能,得到结果为63dB,电磁屏蔽效果佳;经洗涤200次后,屏蔽效能下降率为3%,具有良好的抗洗涤效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳方式,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种能够防止电磁辐射的羊毛制品,其特征在于,其包括如下质量百分比的原料:
羊毛纤维10~20%;
改性聚酯纤维30~40%;
镀银长丝25~35%;
竹浆纤维20~35%;
所述改性聚酯纤维将镀银长丝包覆形成包芯纱,所述包芯纱与羊毛纤维以及竹浆纤维混纺成具有防电子辐射功能的面料;
所述改性聚酯纤维为一种具有电磁屏蔽效果抗洗涤的改性聚酯纤维,该改性聚酯纤维通过如下方法得到:首先通过添加填料A,制备聚酯纤维中间体;聚酯纤维中间体经腐蚀处理;然后利用磁控溅射在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积金属复合膜,得到所述的聚酯纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维中间体经腐蚀处理为:将聚酯纤维中间体经稀盐酸腐蚀处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,所述稀盐酸浓度为0.35mol/L,所述处理时间为2h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,所述利用磁控溅射在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积金属复合膜为:利用磁控溅射依次在聚酯纤维中间体表面沉积Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、氟碳复合膜Ⅱ和Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ。
5.根据权利要求4所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,所述Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、氟碳复合膜Ⅱ和Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ均是采用磁控溅射得到,其中,所述Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ厚度为200nm,氟碳复合膜Ⅱ厚度为100nm,Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ厚度为400nm;上述Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ均是同时磁控溅射铜靶和银靶得到的;其中,Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅰ、Cu-Ag复合膜Ⅲ中Cu与Ag的摩尔比例分别为3:1、2:3;上述氟碳复合膜Ⅱ是通过射频磁控溅射聚四氟乙烯靶材得到的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,该聚酯纤维中间体是通过添加填料A,采用熔融混纺制备得到的;其中,聚酯纤维中间体中原料含量分别为:17%的填料A,余量为聚酯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,填料A由CNT、CaCO3纳米粒子、Cu纳米粒子和Ag纳米粒子组成,该碳纳米管优选为单壁碳纳米管,填料A中,各物质的质量份数分别为:CNT 6份,CaCO3纳米粒子2份,Cu纳米粒子4份,Ag纳米粒子5份;填料A中,CaCO3纳米粒子、Cu纳米粒子和Ag纳米粒子的粒径依次为500nm、100nm、50nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛制品,其特征在于,该羊毛制品的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,配置氯仿/甲醇溶剂,将羊毛纤维浸入该溶剂中,并利用索氏萃取器对羊毛纤维进行回流萃取,萃取时间控制在2~2.5h,萃取完成之后将羊毛纤维利用去离子水进行洗涤,之后烘干;
S2,配置离子液体,将离子液体加温至50℃,将S1中的羊毛纤维浸入离子液体中,搅拌反应20~25min,反应完成之后先利用乙醇洗涤,之后利用去离子水洗涤,如此反复两次进行洗涤,之后烘干;
S3,配置蛋白酶处理液,将蛋白酶处理液加温至40℃,将S2中的羊毛纤维浸入蛋白酶处理液中,搅拌反应30~40min,反应完成之后将温度升值100℃,保持10~15min,之后利用去离子水洗涤,之后烘干;
S4,将经过S2处理的羊毛纤维浸入还原处理剂内,还原处理剂的PH控制在8~8.4之间,浴比设置为1:45,在常温下对羊毛纤维进行搅拌,使其与还原处理剂充分反应,反应时间控制在30~45min,反应完成之后利用去离子水对羊毛纤维进行漂洗,共漂洗2次,每次10min,漂洗完成之后对羊毛纤维进行烘干操作;
S5,配置改性聚酯纤维;
S6,配置包芯纱,将镀银长丝、改性聚酯纤维以及羊毛纤维通过赛络纺包芯纱工艺制备防辐射包芯纱,以镀银长丝作为芯线,羊毛纤维以及改性聚酯纤维作为包覆线,其中镀银长丝的细度控制在35D,包覆线的密度控制在15~18tex;
S7,将S6中的防辐射包芯纱与竹浆纤维进行混纺,并采用罗纹组织结构进行织造,得到防电子辐射羊毛制品。
