Background
The supporting foot disc in the crane is of an approximate disc structure and is used for supporting the crane for lifting operation and transmitting acting force to a supporting surface, so that the effects of bearing capacity and stabilizing operation equipment are achieved. Generally, a crane has four leg plates, and the four leg plates are in contact with a support surface during a lifting operation to form four-point support.
The supporting foot plate in the crane is generally arranged at the tail end of a supporting foot vertical oil cylinder and moves along with the vehicle and the vertical oil cylinder. The support leg disc applied to the crane mainly has two forms, one is a gland type; the other type is a push-pull type, as shown in figure 1, a support foot plate I1 is connected with a vertical oil cylinder 2, the vertical oil cylinder 2 is connected with a movable support leg 3, and the movable support leg 3 is arranged on a frame 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the push-pull type support leg disc I1 is welded by a steel structural member, a straight groove-shaped rail is welded with the base 7, and a ball head of the vertical oil cylinder 2 can slide along the groove-shaped rail. In fig. 2 and 3, schematic diagrams of two states formed by ball head sliding adjustment are shown, and a limiting pin shaft 8 fixes the relative position of the oil cylinder ball head and the base 7 through a hole on a groove-shaped track. When the vehicle runs, the limiting pin shaft 8 is pulled down, the groove-shaped track is pushed to be clamped with the fixing device 6, the fixing device 6 is installed at the fixed end 5 of the vehicle frame, and then the limiting pin shaft 8 is inserted into the groove-shaped track (as shown in a state of fig. 2). During hoisting operation, the position of the limiting pin shaft 8 is adjusted to enable the ball head of the oil cylinder to be aligned with the ball socket of the base 7 (as shown in a state of fig. 3), the position is the working state of the first support leg disc 1, the first support leg disc 1 can bear corresponding load, and the working state needs two limiting pin shafts 8 to limit the oil cylinder.
In use, the existing push-pull type support leg disc has the following problems:
1) the guide groove of the existing supporting leg plate is linear and can only be pushed and pulled along the linear direction. In some products, because the space is small, the product is simply pushed and pulled along the straight line direction and is not arranged; the supporting foot plate is pushed and pulled along the straight line direction, the whole supporting foot plate is close to the rear part of the vehicle, the supporting foot plate is an influence factor of a departure angle, the trafficability characteristic of the vehicle is influenced, and the departure angle is shown in figure 4.
2) The existing supporting leg disc is welded by a steel structure, has heavier weight, is difficult to adjust two position states by manpower, and has single integral weight and structural form which are key points needing to be lifted under the requirement of light structure of the whole machine.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a support leg disc and a crane provided with the support leg disc.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts a support leg disc, which comprises a guide groove, a support seat for installing the guide groove and a ball socket arranged at the top of the support seat for installing a ball head of an oil cylinder;
a limiting groove is formed in the supporting seat, the ball socket is embedded into the limiting groove, and the ball socket and the supporting seat are in interference fit;
the guide groove is of a nonlinear structure, a hook limiting beam, a working hole position and a hanging hole position are arranged on the guide groove, and when the ball head of the oil cylinder vertical to the oil cylinder is positioned in the ball socket, a fastening pin shaft is arranged in the working hole position to enable the supporting leg plate II to be in a working state; when the oil cylinder ball head of the vertical oil cylinder is separated from the ball socket, a fastening pin shaft is arranged in the hanging hole position to enable the supporting leg plate II to be in a non-working state.

2) According to the invention, the cylindrical ball socket is embedded into the supporting seat, and the ball socket and the supporting seat are connected together in an interference fit manner, so that the load can be uniformly transferred to the supporting seat, and experiments prove that the service life of the structure meets the requirements.
3) The non-linear guide groove is adopted, and compared with the existing linear guide groove, the non-linear guide groove can only extend and retract linearly, the support leg disc can move according to the radian of the set guide groove, and the arc guide groove is arranged on a vehicle with limited space, so that the interference of the support leg disc with other parts in the process of sliding and adjusting the position can be avoided, the support leg disc can be ensured to be smoothly adjusted to a fixed position, the support leg disc does not exceed the vehicle width, and the departure angle of the vehicle can not be influenced.

the fastening pin shaft 11 is pulled out, the supporting leg plate II 21 is pushed to rotate rightwards along the guide groove 12, the hook 22 enters the guide groove 12, the hook 22 moves to the hook limiting cross beam 16 of the guide groove 12 to be naturally limited, at the moment, the fastening pin shaft 11 is inserted into the hanging hole position 19 to limit the supporting leg plate II 21 to move leftwards, and at the moment, the supporting leg plate II 21 is locked. The hanging state of the second support leg plate 21 is shown in figures 9 and 10, and in addition, compared with the prior art that two limiting pin shafts 8 are needed to realize the limiting function of the vertical oil cylinder 2, the invention is improved by adopting a fastening pin shaft 11 to be respectively arranged at a working hole position 18 and a hanging hole position 19, so that the limiting function of the working state and the hanging state of the ball head of the vertical oil cylinder can be realized.
