Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,从上至下依次包括上表面层、上耐盐碱胶粘层、上自粘沥青胶料层、胎体、下自粘沥青胶料层、下耐盐碱胶粘层以及下表面隔离膜;所述上表面层为PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PET铝膜中的任意一种;所述上耐盐碱胶粘层和下耐盐碱胶粘层的结构相同,均由环氧树脂制成;所述上自粘沥青胶料层与所述下自粘沥青胶料层的结构相同;所述下表面隔离膜为线性饱和聚酯树脂;所述胎体为聚酯胎、玻纤胎、玻纤增强聚酯毡中的任意一种。所述耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其具有常规自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材优异的高低温性能、抗拉强度及断裂伸长率,同时对高盐碱氯离子渗透等腐蚀性也有优异的抵挡作用。

Description

一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,属于防水卷材领域。
背景技术
由于国内外防水工程界对沿海等高盐碱地区防水持久性的问题长期关注,做了大量的试验研究,许多研究人员对防水材料的耐久性认识程度也不断加深。
目前主流的思路仍然是改善防水材料内部的组分,继而改善防水材料的耐盐碱性。但以此思路大规模生产防水材料,其高低温性能,抗拉强度及断裂延伸率并不能保证和普通地区所使用的防水卷材一样优异,此思路要继续实践仍有很长的路要走。
我司针对目前的这个问题,以及沿海等高盐碱地区的大量需要,换了一种思路,自主研发了一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其具有常规自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材优异的高低温性能、抗拉强度及断裂伸长率,同时对高盐碱氯离子渗透等腐蚀性也有优异的抵挡作用。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,所述耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材从上至下依次包括上表面层、上耐盐碱胶粘层、上自粘沥青胶料层、胎体、下自粘沥青胶料层、下耐盐碱胶粘层以及下表面隔离膜;
所述上表面层为PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PET铝膜中的任意一种;
所述上耐盐碱胶粘层和下耐盐碱胶粘层的结构相同,均由环氧树脂制成;
所述上自粘沥青胶料层与所述下自粘沥青胶料层的结构相同,其均由如下成分按照质量份数组成:10号沥青30-50份、重交沥青30-50份、改性剂3-8份、增粘剂1-3份、填料10-12份以及软化油3-5份;
所述下表面隔离膜为线性饱和聚酯树脂;
所述胎体为聚酯胎、玻纤胎、玻纤增强聚酯毡中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述重交沥青的针入度为60-100。
进一步地,所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、石粉、石灰粉、粉煤灰、滑石粉、炭黑中的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步地,所述软化油是由矿物油、合成油、半合成油或植物油的一种或多种混合油组成。
进一步地,所述增粘剂为C5-C9石油树脂、烷基酚树脂、液态松香树脂、萜烯树脂、氢化松香甘油脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步地,所述改性剂采用如下成分混合而成:聚丁烯8-10份、环氧树脂4-7份、氧化铝1-3份和二氧化硅纳米粉1-2份。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
所述耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材从上至下依次包括上表面层、上耐盐碱胶粘层、上自粘沥青胶料层、胎体、下自粘沥青胶料层、下耐盐碱胶粘层以及下表面隔离。本发明采用多层复合结构,各层材料之间通过物化性能的有机结合,不仅不用改变自粘胶层的物理化学性能,使其具有常规自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材优异的高低温性能、抗拉强度及断裂伸长率,同时对高盐碱氯离子渗透等腐蚀性也有优异的抵挡作用。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,所述耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材从上至下依次包括上表面层、上耐盐碱胶粘层、上自粘沥青胶料层、胎体、下自粘沥青胶料层、下耐盐碱胶粘层以及下表面隔离膜。
所述上表面层为PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PET铝膜中的任意一种。
所述上耐盐碱胶粘层和下耐盐碱胶粘层的结构相同,均由环氧树脂制成。
所述上自粘沥青胶料层与所述下自粘沥青胶料层的结构相同,其均由如下成分按照质量份数组成:10号沥青30-50份、重交沥青30-50份、改性剂3-8份、增粘剂1-3份、填料10-12份以及软化油3-5份。其中,所述重交沥青的针入度(单位0.1mm)为60-100。所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、石粉、石灰粉、粉煤灰、滑石粉、炭黑中的一种或多种的混合物。所述软化油是由矿物油、合成油、半合成油或植物油的一种或多种混合油组成。所述增粘剂为C5-C9石油树脂、烷基酚树脂、液态松香树脂、萜烯树脂、氢化松香甘油脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种的混合物。用于提高初粘性和粘接持久性。所述改性剂采用如下成分混合而成:聚丁烯8-10份、环氧树脂4-7份、氧化铝1-3份和二氧化硅纳米粉1-2份,使得自粘沥青胶料层变形能力高,抗低温开裂能力强。
所述下表面隔离膜为线性饱和聚酯树脂;下表面隔离膜一面有蜡,一面无蜡,有蜡的一面与胶粘层贴合在一起。
所述胎体为聚酯胎、玻纤胎、玻纤增强聚酯毡中的任意一种。
综上所述,所述耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材从上至下依次包括上表面层、上耐盐碱胶粘层、上自粘沥青胶料层、胎体、下自粘沥青胶料层、下耐盐碱胶粘层以及下表面隔离。本发明采用多层复合结构,各层材料之间通过物化性能的有机结合,不仅不用改变自粘胶层的物理化学性能,使其具有常规自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材优异的高低温性能、抗拉强度及断裂伸长率,同时对高盐碱氯离子渗透等腐蚀性也有优异的抵挡作用。

1.一种耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其特征在于,所述耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材从上至下依次包括上表面层、上耐盐碱胶粘层、上自粘沥青胶料层、胎体、下自粘沥青胶料层、下耐盐碱胶粘层以及下表面隔离膜;
所述上表面层为PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PET铝膜中的任意一种;
所述上耐盐碱胶粘层和下耐盐碱胶粘层的结构相同,均由环氧树脂制成;
所述上自粘沥青胶料层与所述下自粘沥青胶料层的结构相同,其均由如下成分按照质量份数组成:10号沥青30-50份、重交沥青30-50份、改性剂3-8份、增粘剂1-3份、填料10-12份以及软化油3-5份;
所述下表面隔离膜为线性饱和聚酯树脂;
所述胎体为聚酯胎、玻纤胎、玻纤增强聚酯毡中的任意一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其特征在于:所述重交沥青的针入度为60-100。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其特征在于:所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、石粉、石灰粉、粉煤灰、滑石粉、炭黑中的一种或多种的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其特征在于:所述软化油是由矿物油、合成油、半合成油或植物油的一种或多种混合油组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为C5-C9石油树脂、烷基酚树脂、液态松香树脂、萜烯树脂、氢化松香甘油脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的耐盐碱型自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材,其特征在于:所述改性剂采用如下成分混合而成:聚丁烯8-10份、环氧树脂4-7份、氧化铝1-3份和二氧化硅纳米粉1-2份。
