the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder 5 of the clothes dryer to a first special gluing machine; the first special gluing machine glues between the first end cylinder wall of the clothes dryer inner cylinder 5 and the felt;
the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder 5 of the clothes dryer to a second felt hanging area;
manually taking down the felt from the felt rack 4 of the second felt hanging area, and sleeving the felt on the second end of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer according to the assembly requirement;
the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder 5 of the clothes dryer to a second special gluing machine; the second special gluing machine glues between the second end cylinder wall of the clothes dryer inner cylinder 5 and the felt.
When the felt gluing operation is completed at both ends of the inner drum 5 of the clothes dryer, the conveying device conveys the inner drum 5 of the clothes dryer to the drying equipment.
Wherein, before the first special gluing machine glues, the glue spraying nozzle 32 of the first special gluing machine is manually placed at a proper glue spraying position; likewise, the glue nozzle 32 of the second glue applicator is manually placed into the appropriate glue application position prior to the glue application by the second glue applicator.
When the felt is manually sleeved on the end part of the inner cylinder 5 of the clothes dryer, whether the installation position of the felt is qualified or not needs to be manually detected three times, and the felt is released after the installation is completed.
The embodiment of the invention provides a felt gluing process for an inner cylinder of a clothes dryer, which is used for being implemented on the felt gluing equipment for the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer, has simple process, reduces labor cost and effectively improves production efficiency.

1. An inner cylinder felt gluing device of a clothes dryer, comprising: the control device is used for controlling the guiding and dumping device, the conveying device and the gluing device which are connected by the control device;
the guiding and dumping device is used for dumping the inner barrel of the clothes dryer so that the axis of the inner barrel is parallel to the horizontal plane; the conveying device is used for conveying the laid dryer inner cylinder to the gluing device through the guiding laying device; the gluing device is used for gluing the cylinder walls at the two ends of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer and the felts to bond the cylinder walls and the felts;
the gluing device comprises a bracket, a clamping structure, a lifting structure, a first gluing special machine and a second gluing special machine;
the first special gluing machine and the second special gluing machine are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying direction of the conveying device;
the first special gluing machine is used for gluing the first end of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer, and the second special gluing machine is used for gluing the second end of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer;
the clamping structure is arranged on the lifting structure and is used for clamping the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer; the lifting structure is movably connected to the bracket so as to drive the inner barrel of the clothes dryer to leave the conveying device;
the control device is used for controlling and connecting the clamping structure, the lifting structure, the first special gluing machine and the second special gluing machine;
the guide dumping device comprises a guide rolling line and a guide push plate, and the guide push plate pushes the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer to change from vertical to horizontal in the process of moving along the guide rolling line;
the clamping structure comprises a clamping piece used for radially clamping the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer, the clamping piece is rotatably arranged on the lifting structure, and the clamping piece is controlled by the control device to rotate around the axis of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer.
2. The dryer inner cylinder felt gluing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the gluing device further comprises a position sensor connected to the control device, the position sensor being configured to detect the dryer inner cylinder and transmit a detection signal to the control device.
3. The clothes dryer inner cylinder felt gluing device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device comprises a conveying roller belt and a driving motor, the driving motor is in driving connection with the conveying roller belt, and the control device is in control connection with the driving motor.
4. The dryer inner cylinder felt gluing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the control means comprises a master controller and a control button, the control button being connected to the master controller;
the main controller is in control connection with the guiding and laying device, the conveying device and the gluing device.
5. The dryer inner cylinder felt gluing apparatus of claim 4, wherein an outer surface of the dryer inner cylinder is coated with a scratch-preventing glue layer.
6. A dryer inner cylinder felt gluing process for implementing in a dryer inner cylinder felt gluing device according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the guiding dumping device is used for dumping the vertical inner cylinder of the clothes dryer so that the axis of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer is parallel to the horizontal plane;
the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer to a first felt hanging area;
manually taking down the felt from the felt rack of the first felt hanging area, and sleeving the felt at the first end of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer according to assembly requirements;
the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer to a first special gluing machine; the first special gluing machine glues between the cylinder wall of the first end of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer and the felt;
the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer to a second felt hanging area;
manually taking down the felt from the felt rack of the second felt hanging area, and sleeving the felt on the second end of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer according to assembly requirements;
the conveying device conveys the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer to a second special gluing machine; and the second special gluing machine glues the second end cylinder wall of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer with the felt.
