Abstract

本发明属于钢板制造技术领域,具体涉及一种热镀锌钢板及其制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种热镀锌钢板,其化学成分为:按重量百分比计,C:0.02~0.09%,Si:0.05~0.15%,Mn:0.20~0.8%,P:0.010~0.040%,S:≤0.015%,Als:0.020~0.070%,Nb:0.010~0.060%,余量为Fe和不可避免杂质。其制备方法为:钢水经冶炼、连铸后得板坯,板坯经热轧‑酸轧‑退火‑热镀锌工序后,得到热镀锌钢板,屈服强度300~380MPa、抗拉强度380~480MPa、延伸率≥26.0%、n90≥0.15,性能优良,能够满足汽车用户使用要求。

技术领域
本发明属于钢板生产技术领域,具体涉及一种热镀锌钢板及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车用冷轧低合金高强钢具有较低的成本,其在汽车内部结构件中具有广泛的应用。
CN 101956125B公开了一种薄规格低合金高强度系列钢的柔性制造方法,采用简单的C-Mn钢基础成分,通过控轧控冷实现屈服强度345~550MPa级钢材分级控制。但该发明基于薄板坯连铸连轧工艺,且其最终产品为热轧产品,未提供冷轧及退火工序性能分级控制方法。
CN1288269C公开了一种低合金高强用钢制造方法,其质量百分比为C:0.06~0.09%、Mn:1.30~1.40%、Si:0.195~0.305%、P≤0.015%、S≤0.006%、V:0.025~0.035%、Nb:0.015~0.025%、Ti:0.010~0.020%、Al:0.020~0.035%、CaO:0.0015~0.0045%。该发明重点在于冶炼工艺的制造方法,主要解决边部角裂纹和钢的纯净度问题。
CN 102492823B公开了一种屈服强度420MPa级冷轧低合金高强钢板的连续退火工艺。该发明主要解决屈服强度420MPa级冷轧低合金高强钢连续退火工艺参数的设定问题。
CN103789625B公开了一种罩式退火生产微合金化冷轧低合金高强钢的方法,其成分设计为:C:0.05~0.10wt%、Mn:0.5~1.5wt%、S≤0.020wt%、Si≤0.5wt%、Nb:0.01~0.05wt%、Ti:0.01~0.06wt%,结合罩式退火工艺,可获得屈服强度为462MPa、抗拉强度579MPa、延伸率A80为24%的综合性能,但是该方法采用Nb-Ti复合微合金化,成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成形性能好、回弹小,强度波动在±20MPa,产品性能稳定性好,满足汽车厂冲压左后门槛内板零件的使用要求的热镀锌钢板及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是提供一种热镀锌钢板。该热镀锌钢板,按重量百分比计,化学成分为:C:0.02~0.09%,Si:0.05~0.15%,Mn:0.20~0.8%,P:0.010~0.040%,S:≤0.015%,Als:0.020~0.070%,Nb:0.010~0.060%,余量为Fe和不可避免杂质。
优选的,上述热镀锌钢板,其屈服强度300~380MPa、抗拉强度380~480MPa、延伸率≥26.0%、n90≥0.15。
本发明还提供了上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤:钢水经冶炼、连铸后得板坯,板坯经加热-除磷-粗轧-精轧-冷却-卷取-酸洗-冷轧-退火-热镀锌工序后,得到热镀锌钢板。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述加热温度为1200~1250℃。加热时间180~220min。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述精轧的开轧温度为1000~1100℃,终轧温度为870~960℃。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述卷取温度为590~670℃。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述冷轧压下率为45~80%。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述退火温度为720~810℃。退火时间为120~240℃。
进一步的,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述退火工序分为加热、均热、缓冷三个阶段,加热温度为660~720℃,均热温度为720~810℃,缓冷温度为580~650℃。其中,加热阶段目的是使板坯能有一个缓冲过程进入均热,均热阶段即为实际退火阶段,缓冷阶段目的是使板坯有一个缓冲过程进行热镀锌,从而保证板坯质量。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述退火结束后以40~80℃/s冷却至热镀锌温度。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述热镀锌的温度为440~470℃。热镀锌的时间为7~30s。
其中,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述镀锌结束后以10~50℃/s冷却至280~300℃,然后以5~10℃/s冷却至室温。
优选的,上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法中,所述热镀锌时炉内保护气氛露点温度为-25~-60℃。
本发明提供了一种新的热镀锌钢板,通过对钢板的成分设计,特别是对Mn、P含量定量化成分设计,结合Nb合金化,结合特有轧制工艺及退火热镀锌工艺,实现了热镀锌钢板表面质量优良,成形性能优异,性能稳定,强度波动在±20Mpa,按EN10268-2006检测,屈服强度300~380MPa、抗拉强度380~480MPa、延伸率≥26.0%、n90≥0.15等优点,从而满足汽车厂冲压左后门槛内板零件的使用要求。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种热镀锌钢板,按重量百分比计,化学成分为:C:0.02~0.09%,Si:0.05~0.15%,Mn:0.20~0.8%,P:0.010~0.040%,S:≤0.015%,Als:0.020~0.070%,Nb:0.010~0.060%,余量为Fe和不可避免杂质。
碳含量的控制主要考虑钢质纯净度和产品的综合性能,如果碳含量过低,炼钢时须进行真空处理,增加生产成本,如果碳含量超过0.10%,需增碳,亦增加炼钢的生产成本,且钢板的塑性降低,同时焊接性能恶化。硅可以提高一定的强度。Mn主要是提高强度并且与硫结合成MnS,防止因FeS所造成的热裂纹,Mn含量过高,会影响钢的焊接性能。P和S作为残留元素存在,考虑到炼钢工序的经济性和Ca处理的效果,分别按≤0.040%和≤0.015%控制。铝主要是作为脱氧元素添加的,要实现完全脱氧,其含量要求在0.015%以上,但过高的铝将影响钢的焊接性能以及镀层附着力并且不经济,但含量过低,增加生产控制难度,因此,Al含量选择为0.020%~0.070%为宜。Nb的添加是为了提高强度的同时保证合适的晶粒度,Nb含量过低,强度达不到要求,Nb含量过高,强度过高,晶粒过于细化,冲压的使用性能不能满足要求。
本发明还提供了上述热镀锌钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:钢水经冶炼、连铸后得板坯,板坯经加热-除磷-粗轧-精轧-冷却-卷取-酸洗-冷轧-退火-热镀锌工序后,得到热镀锌钢板。
上述热镀锌钢板的制备工艺中,热轧时在接近Ar3的奥氏体区终轧,因此需要加热至1000℃~1100℃进行粗轧,所以需控制加热温度为1200~1250℃。为了保证钢卷头尾的温度均匀,以及保证Nb的析出强化作用,终轧温度范围为870℃~960℃,精轧后冷却到630~730℃的温度范围内卷取,以得到细小的热轧组织。提高冷轧压下率,降低再结晶温度,细化晶粒,冷轧压下率按照45%~80%控制。Nb的添加,提高了再结晶温度。通过连续热镀锌的退火,达到回复和完全再结晶,保证组织和力学性能,以满足用户冲压零件的使用性能。
本发明所得热镀锌钢板按EN10268-2006检测,屈服强度300~380MPa、抗拉强度380~480MPa、延伸率≥26.0%、n90≥0.15。
实施例1-2
本发明热镀锌钢板成分及制备工艺具体如下:
(1)经过冶炼、连铸工序,制备得到如下表1所示化学成分的钢板坯:

由实施例1和2的结果可知:本发明制备的热镀锌钢板具有良好的力学性能,其屈服强度300~380MPa、抗拉强度380~480MPa、延伸率≥26.0%、n90≥0.15,能够满足使用要求。本发明提供了一种全新的热镀锌钢板,其性能优异,成本低廉,具有明显的经济效益。

Claims (10)

1.热镀锌钢板,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,化学成分为:C:0.02~0.09%,Si:0.05~0.15%,Mn:0.20~0.8%,P:0.010~0.040%,S:≤0.015%,Als:0.020~0.070%,Nb:0.010~0.060%,余量为Fe和不可避免杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热镀锌钢板,其特征在于:屈服强度300~380MPa、抗拉强度380~480MPa、延伸率≥26.0%、n90≥0.15。
3.权利要求1或2所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:钢水经冶炼、连铸后得板坯,板坯经加热-除磷-粗轧-精轧-冷却-卷取-酸洗-冷轧-退火-热镀锌工序后,得到热镀锌钢板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加热温度为1200~1250℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述精轧的开轧温度为1000~1100℃,终轧温度为870~960℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述卷取温度为630~730℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述冷轧压下率为45~80%。
8.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述退火温度为720~810℃,退火时间为120~240s。
9.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热镀锌的温度为440~470℃,热镀锌的时间为7~30s。
10.根据权利要求3所述的热镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述退火结束后以40~80℃/s冷却至热镀锌温度;所述热镀锌结束后以10~50℃/s冷却至280~300℃,然后以5~10℃/s冷却至室温。
