Abstract

本发明的电线连接器,包括第一套管、第二套管和柔性套管,特征在于:第一、第二套管和柔性套管中设置有相互平行的第一、第二导电板,第一、第二导电板均由前段板和后段板组成,前段板和后段板铰接后的两端经螺钉分别固定于第一套管和第二套管的内壁上;第二套管的外壁上固定有插杆,插杆的外端固定有柔性球,第一套管的管壁上开设有与插杆相配合的插孔。本发明的电线连接器,对柔性套管、第一、第二导电板部位进行折叠,即可实现对***第一、第二套管中电线的电连接,并且保证了连接处的绝缘。利用插孔对柔性球的限位,可保持电线连接器的折叠状态不变,操作十分简单和方便,并且电连接的稳定性良好,断开亦十分方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电线连接器,更具体的说,尤其涉及一种通过折叠两套管和两导电板可有效地将电线连接在一起的电线连接器。
背景技术
电线连接器是用来快速接通电线的电气设备,可以方便的用来连接电线线路,常用在各种电气设备的连接上。现有的电线连接器设计比较传统,一般是通过螺钉固定线路,也有通过扳动阀门来稳定电连接电线,但是传统的电线连接器通断电线线路操作起来十分麻烦,使用很不方便。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的缺点,提供了一种通过折叠两套管和两导电板可有效地将电线连接在一起的电线连接器。
本发明的电线连接器,包括均由绝缘材料构成的第一套管、第二套管和柔性套管,第一套管和第二套管分别固定于柔性套管的两端;其特征在于:第一套管、第二套管和柔性套管所形成的内腔中设置有相互平行的第一导电板和第二导电板,第一导电板、第二导电板均由经铰链转动连接的前段板和后段板组成,前段板和后段板铰接后的两端经螺钉分别固定于第一套管和第二套管的内壁上;第二套管的外壁上固定有插杆,插杆的外端固定有柔性球,第一套管的管壁上开设有与插杆相配合的插孔,所述插杆的直径等于或小于插孔的直径,柔性球的直径大于插孔的直径。
本发明的电线连接器,所述第一导电板上的铰链和第二导电板上的铰链处于柔性套管的同一截面上;插杆距离铰链的水平距离与插孔距离铰链的水平距离相等。
本发明的电线连接器,所述前段板与后段板在铰链的连接位置可进行伸缩运动。
本发明的电线连接器,所述第一套管、第二套管、螺钉和插杆均采用硬质PVC材料,第二套管与其外表面的螺钉为一体结构。
本发明的电线连接器,所述柔性套管为橡胶材料,柔性套管的两端通过粘结剂与第一套管和第二套管相连接;所述柔性球也为橡胶材料。
本发明的电线连接器,所述第一导电板、第二导电板和铰链采用铜或铜合金材料。
本发明的电线连接器,所述柔性球的直径比插孔的直径大2mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的电线连接器,由固定在柔性套管两端的第一套管和第二套管组成,且其所形成的空腔内设置有相互平行的第一导电板和第二导电板,第一、第二导电板的中部设置铰链,两端分别固定于第一、第二套管的内壁上,这就使得柔性套管、第一导电板、第二导电板部位可发生折叠,实现了对***第一套管和第二套管中电线的电连接,形成通路,并且保证了连接处的绝缘。通过在第一套管上开设插孔,第二套管上固定插杆和柔性球,通过将插杆***插孔中,利用插孔对柔性球的限位,可保持电线连接器的折叠状态不变。该电线连接器通过折叠来接通电线线路的形式,操作十分简单和方便,并且电连接的稳定性良好,断开亦十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,给出了本发明的电线连接器的主视图和剖视图,所示的电线连接器由第一套管1、第二套管2、柔性套管3、第一导电板4、第二导电板5、插杆10和柔性球11组成,第一套管1、第二套管2和柔性套管3均为绝缘材料,第一套管1和第二套管2固定于柔性套管3的两端,第一套管1与第二套管2的尺寸相同。第一导电板4和第二导电板5位于第一套管1、第二套管2和柔性套管3所形成的空腔中,且相互平行,第一导电板4和第二导电板5均由前段板7和后段板8组成。前段板7与后段板8经铰链9连接,以实现第一导电板4和第二导电板5的在铰链9连接处的折叠。
所示第一导电板4和第二导电板5的两端经螺钉6分别固定于第一套管1和第二套管2的内壁上。第一导电板4和第二导电板5上的铰链9处于柔性套管3的同一横截面上,且前段板7与后段板8经铰链9连接的部位可进行伸缩,以便在第一导电板4和第二导电板5折叠过程中其可在铰接部位可发生一定移动,保证折叠弯曲的正常进行。
所示第一套管1的管壁上开设有插孔12,第二套管2的外壁上固定有插杆10,插杆10的外端固定有柔性球11;插杆10的直径等于或略小于插孔12的直径,柔性球11的直径大于插孔12的直径。以便第一套管1和第二导管2发生折叠后,插杆10***插孔12中,柔性球11***孔12限位住,可保持电线连接器的折叠状态。柔性球11的直径可采用比插孔12直径大2mm,保障了柔性球11和插杆10均可***插孔12内,而柔性球11又不容易自行退出插孔12。
第一套管1、第二套管2、插杆10、螺钉6均由硬质PVC塑料制造,坚固耐用,绝缘性能良好,造价便宜,耐腐蚀性能好。第二套管2与其侧面的插杆10为一体结构。柔性套管3由橡胶材料制造,材质柔软,绝缘性能良好,柔性套管3通过粘结剂与第一套管1和第二套管2相连接。第一导电板4、第二导电板5和铰链9均由铜或铜合金制造,导电性能良好。柔性球11由橡胶材料制造,材质柔软,弹性良好,摩擦系数大,连接稳定性好,柔性球11可采用螺钉与插杆7连接。
如图3所示,给出了待连接的第一电线和第二电线置于电线连接器中的结构示意图,如图4所示,给出了本发明的电线连接器将第一电线和第二电线连接后的结构示意图。使用时,首先将第一电线13和第二电线14的前端剥开,使其前端露出金属导电丝15,然后将第一电线13和第二电线14分别从第一套管1和第二套管2中***,这样第一电线13和第二电线14前端的金属导电丝15就位于第一导电板4与第二导电板5之间,如图3中所示。然后手握第一套管1和第二套管2进行折叠,让柔性套管3弯曲,使得第一导电板4和第二导电板5均围绕铰链9折叠,将中间的金属导电丝15紧紧挤压连接住,形成通路。将柔性球11和插杆10均塞入插孔12中,从而将两第一套管1固定住,便可以稳定电连接两根电线。该电线连接器可以通过折叠来接通电线线路,操作十分简单方便,并且电连接的稳定性良好,断开亦十分方便。

Claims (5)

1.一种电线连接器,包括均由绝缘材料构成的第一套管(1)、第二套管(2)和柔性套管(3),第一套管和第二套管分别固定于柔性套管的两端;其特征在于:第一套管、第二套管和柔性套管所形成的内腔中设置有相互平行的第一导电板(4)和第二导电板(5),第一导电板、第二导电板均由经铰链(9)转动连接的前段板(7)和后段板(8)组成,前段板和后段板铰接后的两端经螺钉(6)分别固定于第一套管和第二套管的内壁上;第二套管的外壁上固定有插杆(10),插杆的外端固定有柔性球(11),第一套管的管壁上开设有与插杆相配合的插孔(12),所述插杆的直径等于或小于插孔的直径,柔性球的直径大于插孔的直径;
所述前段板(7)与后段板(8)在铰链(9)的连接位置可进行伸缩运动;
所述第一套管(1)、第二套管(2)、螺钉(6)和插杆(10)均采用硬质PVC材料,第二套管与其外表面的螺钉为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电线连接器,其特征在于:所述第一导电板(4)上的铰链和第二导电板(5)上的铰链处于柔性套管(3)的同一截面上;插杆(10)距离铰链的水平距离与插孔(12)距离铰链的水平距离相等。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电线连接器,其特征在于:所述柔性套管(3)为橡胶材料,柔性套管的两端通过粘结剂与第一套管(1)和第二套管(2)相连接;所述柔性球(11)也为橡胶材料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电线连接器,其特征在于:所述第一导电板(4)、第二导电板(5)和铰链(9)采用铜或铜合金材料。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的电线连接器,其特征在于:所述柔性球(11)的直径比插孔(12)的直径大2mm。
