背景技术
预浸料是用树脂基体在严格控制的条件下浸渍连续纤维或织物,制成树脂基体与增强体的组合物,是制造复合材料的中间材料。预浸料中树脂状态与化学性质应符合产品对象的特定要求,诸如聚合或缩聚程度、分子量及其分布、凝胶时间以及加压段区域等。预浸料对卷材的性能影响巨大。
传统的沥青防水卷材,用原纸、纤维毡等胎体材料浸涂沥青,表面撒布粉状、粒状或片状材料,制成可卷曲的片状防水材料。防水卷材要求有良好的耐水性,对温度变化的稳定性(高温下不流淌、不起泡、不淆动;低温下不脆裂),一定的机械强度、延伸性和抗断裂性,要有一定的柔韧性和抗老化性等。
沥青防水卷材分为有胎卷材和无胎卷材。凡是用厚纸或玻璃丝布、石棉布、棉麻织品等胎料浸渍石油沥青制成的卷状材料,称为有胎卷材。将石棉、橡胶粉等掺入沥青材料中,经碾压制成的卷状材料称为辊压卷材即无胎卷材。
传统的有胎改性沥青卷材的柔性较差,所以,对于提高有胎改性沥青卷材的柔性的研究是当前一个重要的课题。

所述的防水卷材的预浸料包括以下原料组分:石油沥青、环烷油 、丁基橡胶、普鲁兰多糖、氟碳树脂、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷、卡洛胺、抗氧剂 、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、古马隆树脂、乳胶、SBR 、EVA。
所述的防水卷材的预浸料各原料组分,以重量份计,含量为:石油沥青200-220份、环烷油56-60份 、丁基橡胶25-29份、普鲁兰多糖15-19份、氟碳树脂10-15份、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷10-14份、卡洛胺5-7份、抗氧剂 5-8份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯6-8份、古马隆树脂8-11份、乳胶12-15份、SBR 7-9份、EVA3-5份。
所述的基质沥青为130号沥青;
所述的环烷油:相对密度为0.92,闪点为165 ℃, 苯胺点73℃,流动点为-35℃;
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。

一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1、胎基烘干
将防水卷材胎基布经过烘干工序,烘干温度63℃,生产线速度为匀速10m/min;所述的胎基布为玻纤网格布。
2、制备预浸料
将石油沥青、环烷油 、丁基橡胶混合,升温到180℃并开启搅拌,搅拌速率为600rpm,搅拌1h,充分混合;然后,加入普鲁兰多糖、氟碳树脂、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷、卡洛胺、抗氧剂,使温度保持在160-175℃,搅拌0.5h,搅拌速率为500rpm;得到的混合物料过胶体磨,研磨4次,每次10min;得到混合胶料;
将混合胶料与对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、古马隆树脂、乳胶、SBR 、EVA充分混合,混合温度为150℃;混合均匀后,冷却至90℃并导入预浸油池,备用。

一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1、胎基烘干
将防水卷材胎基布经过烘干工序,烘干温度63℃,生产线速度为匀速10m/min;所述的胎基布为玻纤网格布。
2、制备预浸料
将石油沥青、环烷油 、丁基橡胶混合,升温到180℃并开启搅拌,搅拌速率为600rpm,搅拌1h,充分混合;然后,加入普鲁兰多糖、氟碳树脂、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷、卡洛胺、抗氧剂,使温度保持在160-175℃,搅拌0.5h,搅拌速率为500rpm;得到的混合物料过胶体磨,研磨4次,每次10min;得到混合胶料;
将混合胶料与对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、古马隆树脂、乳胶、SBR 、EVA充分混合,混合温度为150℃;混合均匀后,冷却至90℃并导入预浸油池,备用。
3、预浸
通过胎体纠偏装置后;将胎体输送至预浸油池;
进入预浸油池,预浸油温度在156-157℃,胎基布在预浸池停留时间为25-28s,胎基布牵引出预浸油池的速度为10m/s;
4、挤压
经过预浸油预浸后,通过挤压对辊挤压,挤压对辊压力为0.6MPa。
5、涂覆改性沥青层
将预浸后的胎基布两侧涂覆改性沥青层,改性沥青层的总厚度为0.8mm。所述的改性沥青,包括以下重量份的原料组分:100号沥青100份、90号沥青40份、六偏磷酸钠20份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯30份、石蜡油15份、抗氧剂7份、石墨烯5份、增粘树脂2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10份、油酸酰胺7份、丁基胶颗粒4.5份。所述的抗氧剂 :为抗氧剂1076;所述的增粘树脂:C7石油树脂;所述的丁基胶颗粒:目数为800目,含水量为5-6%。
6、涂覆自粘层
在一侧改性沥青层的下方涂覆自粘层,所述的自粘层厚度为0.2mm。
7、制得成品
覆PE隔离膜,自然冷却、定型, 制成一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材。
实施例3 一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材
所述的防水卷材包括预浸料、胎基层、改性沥青层、自粘层和隔离层。
所述的防水卷材的预浸料包括以下原料组分:石油沥青、环烷油 、丁基橡胶、普鲁兰多糖、氟碳树脂、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷、卡洛胺、抗氧剂 、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、古马隆树脂、乳胶、SBR 、EVA。
所述的防水卷材的预浸料各原料组分,以重量份计,含量为:石油沥青220份、环烷油60份 、丁基橡胶29份、普鲁兰多糖19份、氟碳树脂15份、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷14份、卡洛胺7份、抗氧剂 8份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯8份、古马隆树脂11份、乳胶15份、SBR 9份、EVA5份。
所述的基质沥青为130号沥青;
所述的环烷油:相对密度为0.92,闪点为165 ℃, 苯胺点73℃,流动点为-35℃;
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
所述古马隆树脂:相对密度1.12。
一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1、胎基烘干
将防水卷材胎基布经过烘干工序,烘干温度63℃,生产线速度为匀速10m/min;所述的胎基布为玻纤网格布。
2、制备预浸料
将石油沥青、环烷油 、丁基橡胶混合,升温到180℃并开启搅拌,搅拌速率为600rpm,搅拌1h,充分混合;然后,加入普鲁兰多糖、氟碳树脂、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷、卡洛胺、抗氧剂,使温度保持在160-175℃,搅拌0.5h,搅拌速率为500rpm;得到的混合物料过胶体磨,研磨4次,每次10min;得到混合胶料;
将混合胶料与对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、古马隆树脂、乳胶、SBR 、EVA充分混合,混合温度为150℃;混合均匀后,冷却至90℃并导入预浸油池,备用。

6、涂覆自粘层
在一侧改性沥青层的下方涂覆自粘层,所述的自粘层厚度为0.2mm。
7、制得成品
覆PE隔离膜,自然冷却、定型, 制成一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材。

1.一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材包括预浸料、胎基层、改性沥青层、自粘层和隔离层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材的预浸料包括以下原料组分:石油沥青、环烷油 、丁基橡胶、普鲁兰多糖、氟碳树脂、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷、卡洛胺、抗氧剂 、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、古马隆树脂、乳胶、SBR 、EVA。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材的预浸料各原料组分,以重量份计,含量为:石油沥青200-220份、环烷油56-60份 、丁基橡胶25-29份、普鲁兰多糖15-19份、氟碳树脂10-15份、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷10-14份、卡洛胺5-7份、抗氧剂 5-8份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯6-8份、古马隆树脂8-11份、乳胶12-15份、SBR 7-9份、EVA3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材的预浸料各原料组分,以重量份计,含量为:石油沥青210份、环烷油59份 、丁基橡胶27份、普鲁兰多糖17份、氟碳树脂12份、辛基十二烷基葡糖苷13份、卡洛胺6份、抗氧剂7份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯7份、古马隆树脂10份、乳胶14份、SBR 8份、EVA 4份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的基质沥青为130号沥青。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的环烷油:相对密度为0.92,闪点为165 ℃, 苯胺点73℃,流动点为-35℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述古马隆树脂:相对密度1.12。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述防水卷材的制备方法包括胎基烘干步骤;所述的胎基烘干步骤:将防水卷材胎基布经过烘干工序,烘干温度63℃,生产线速度为匀速10m/min;所述的胎基布为玻纤网格布。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种改性沥青柔性防水卷材,其特征在于:所述防水卷材的制备方法还包括预浸、挤压、涂覆改性沥青层步骤,所述的预浸步骤:将预浸后的胎基布输送至预浸油池;进入预浸油池,预浸油温度在156-157℃,胎基布在预浸池停留时间为25-28s,胎基布牵引出预浸油池的速度为10m/s;
所述的挤压:通过挤压对辊挤压,挤压对辊压力为0.6MPa。
