Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝板印刷工艺,通过将油墨和图案印在PE膜上形成印刷膜,将印刷膜打成卷装,通过印刷机与铝板接触,再通过印刷机加热到一定的温度,印刷油墨升华印在铝板上,形成人们想要的图案,这样可以通过印刷机连续不断的生产,生产自动化程度高,节约人力,生产效率高,可以大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷领域,尤其涉及一种铝板印刷工艺。
背景技术
随着家装行业的发展,家装时越来越多的采用的铝板材,铝板材也凭借其重量轻、强度高无毒、防火及便于印刷等性能进入到千家万户,常规的铝板印刷采用刷墨式印刷,这样需要对一张铝板效率低,不适合大规模生产。
因此,需要对现有的铝板印刷工艺,进一步的发展与创新。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝板印刷工艺,以解决上述的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下步骤:
1).对卷装的铝板的清洗和烘干;
2).将印刷油墨或案印刷在塑料薄膜上,塑料薄膜卷成成卷的印刷膜;
3).烘干的铝板和印刷膜经过印刷机相互接触,同时印刷机对二者进行预加热;
4).预加热完成后,再由印刷机的轮进行预压,使铝板和印刷膜进行完全接触,再进行印刷加热,升高加热温度使油墨升华,印在铝板上;
5).铝板烘烤固化;
6).打卷包装。
进一步的,所述印刷油墨为热升华颜料,其连接料为天然树脂。
进一步的,所述塑料薄膜为PE膜。
进一步的,所述挂钩为V形挂钩。
进一步的,所述印刷机的预压压力为5kg/cm2,其印刷温度为180-200摄氏度。
本发明的所述的铝板印刷工艺,通过将油墨和图案印在PE膜上形成印刷膜,将印刷膜打成卷装,通过印刷机与铝板接触,再通过印刷机加热到一定的温度,印刷油墨升华印在铝板上,形成人们想要的图案,这样可以通过印刷机连续不断的生产,生产自动化程度高,节约人力,生产效率高,可以大规模生产。

本发明提供一种铝板印刷工艺,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供的一种铝板印刷工艺,其结构如图1所示,其步骤包括:
S10.对卷装的铝板的清洗和烘干;
S20.将印刷油墨或案印刷在塑料薄膜上,塑料薄膜卷成成卷的印刷膜;
S30.烘干的铝板和印刷膜经过印刷机相互接触,同时印刷机对二者进行预加热;
S40.预加热完成后,再由印刷机的轮进行预压,使铝板和印刷膜进行完全接触,再进行印刷加热,升高加热温度使油墨升华,印在铝板上;
S50.铝板烘烤固化;
S60.打卷包装。
进一步的,所述印刷油墨为热升华颜料,所述印刷油墨连接料为天然树脂。
进一步的,所述塑料薄膜为PE膜。
进一步的,所述挂钩为V形挂钩。
进一步的,所述印刷机的预压压力为5kg/cm2,其印刷温度为180-200摄氏度。

Claims (5)

1.一种铝板印刷工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)对卷装的铝板的清洗和烘干;
2)将印刷油墨或案印刷在塑料薄膜上,塑料薄膜卷成成卷的印刷膜;
3)烘干的铝板和印刷膜经过印刷机相互接触,同时印刷机对二者进行预加热;
4)预加热完成后,再由印刷机的轮进行预压,使铝板和印刷膜进行完全接触,再进行印刷加热,升高加热温度使油墨升华,印在铝板上;
5)铝板烘烤固化;
6)打卷包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝板印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述印刷油墨为热升华颜料,其连接料为天然树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝板印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述塑料薄膜为PE膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铝板印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述挂钩为V形挂钩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝板印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述印刷机的预压压力为5kg/cm2,其印刷温度为180-200摄氏度。
