In the related art, two end plates of the cross flow wind wheel have a blocking effect on flowing air, so that eccentric vortex at two ends of the wind wheel can be influenced, flow field disturbance is caused, particularly, condensed water is generated on an evaporator in a refrigerating state of an air conditioner, air inlet resistance is increased, and therefore airflow discontinuous backflow can be generated at two ends of an air outlet, meanwhile, surge abnormal sound can be caused by discontinuous backflow, user experience is influenced, and improvement space exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application has been made based on the findings and knowledge of the inventors regarding the following facts and problems:
the working process of the indoor unit of the air conditioner mainly comprises the steps of rotating a through-flow wind wheel in an air duct, forming eccentric vortex near a volute tongue, and enabling fluid to flow out of the impeller under the action of the eccentric vortex after entering the impeller, so that air is discharged at an air outlet.
However, due to the blocking effect of the two end plates of the cross flow wind wheel on flowing air, the formed eccentric vortex can cause flow field disturbance, so that the condition of discontinuous backflow of air flow can occur at the air outlet, surge abnormal sound can be caused by discontinuous backflow, and the user experience is poor.
Therefore, the invention provides the air conditioner indoor unit, and the air conditioner indoor unit has good user experience.
The invention also provides an air conditioner with the air conditioner indoor unit.

The chassis 10 is provided with a volute tongue 11, the volute 30 is connected with the chassis 10, an air duct 31 is defined between the volute 30 and the chassis 10, an air outlet 12 is defined between the volute 30 and the volute tongue 11, a through-flow wind wheel is rotatably arranged in the air duct 31, air guide blades 20 are arranged at the air outlet 12, a plurality of air guide blades 20 are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the air outlet 12, a connecting rod 40 is movably arranged at the air outlet 12, the connecting rod 40 is connected with the plurality of air guide blades 20, the connecting rod 40 can drive the plurality of air guide blades 20 to rotate, a blocking rib 41 is arranged on the connecting rod 40, the blocking rib 41 comprises a plurality of tooth parts 42, and the blocking rib 41 extends along the length direction (left-right direction in fig. 1) of the connecting rod 40.
According to the air conditioner indoor unit 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the blocking ribs 41 with the plurality of tooth parts 42 are arranged on the connecting rod 40, and the blocking ribs 41 and the tooth parts 42 thereof block air flow return air to change the wind fields at two sides of the air outlet 12, so that the problems of wind dyspnea and condensation are solved, noise generated by intermittent return air is avoided, and user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rib 41 further includes a body portion 43, the body portion 43 extends along a length direction (left-right direction in fig. 3) of the connecting rod 40, an inner side of the body portion 43 is connected with an outer side of the connecting rod 40, the outer side of the body portion 43 is connected with a plurality of teeth 42, that is, the teeth 42 are fixed on a side of the body portion 43 away from the connecting rod 40, and air return is better blocked by the teeth 42, so as to change a wind field at the air outlet 12.
In some specific examples, the plurality of teeth 42 are spaced apart along the length direction (left-right direction in fig. 3) of the body portion 43, so that a negative effect on improving the wind-dyspnea problem can be avoided, wherein the distance between adjacent teeth 42 and the inclination of the teeth 42 are not particularly limited.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting rod 40 is provided with a plurality of ribs 41, the plurality of ribs 41 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (left-right direction in fig. 3) of the connecting rod 40, the plurality of ribs 41 have a simple structure, and the structure is easy to process and manufacture, and meanwhile, the effect of preventing air flow from returning can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some preferred examples, a plurality of ribs 41 are provided adjacent to the ends of the links 40 to alter the wind field on either side of the outlet 12 to block return air.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rib 41 is disposed between two adjacent wind guiding blades 20, so that the problem of air flow return between two adjacent wind guiding blades 20 can be improved, and noise is reduced.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the length direction of the rib 41 extends along the length direction of the connecting rod 40, and the width direction of the rib 41 extends along the length direction of the wind guide blade 20, so as to improve the wind-dyspnea problem at the air outlet 12.
Since the width of the blocking rib 41 is too large to reduce the air output at the air outlet 12, the width of the blocking rib 41 is too small to achieve the effect of blocking the return air. Therefore, in some preferred examples, the width of the rib 41 ranges from 1mm to 8mm, so as to ensure the air output at the air outlet 12 and the air return preventing effect.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the body portion 43 of the rib 41 forms a rectangular plate, and the rectangular plate has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture and install, has low cost, and is convenient to widely popularize.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of mounting holes 111 are provided on the volute tongue 11, the mounting holes 111 are disposed at intervals along the length direction (left-right direction in fig. 1) of the volute tongue 11, and a plurality of wind guiding blades 20 are rotatably disposed at the plurality of mounting holes 111, respectively, so that the wind guiding blades 20 can rotate at the mounting holes 111.
In some specific examples, each air guiding vane 20 has a pivot shaft 21 and a swing shaft 22 thereon, wherein each air guiding vane 20 is swingably mounted on the mounting hole 111 through the pivot shaft 21 on the air guiding vane 20, in other words, each air guiding vane 20 is rotatably provided on the volute tongue 11 through the pivot shaft 21 thereon, and the axis of swing of the air guiding vane 20 is the central axis of the pivot shaft 21.
Further, the swing axle 22 of each wind-guiding blade 20 is rotatably disposed on the connecting rod 40, in other words, each wind-guiding blade 20 is disposed on the connecting rod 40 through the swing axle 22 thereon, and the swing axle 22 is rotatable relative to the connecting rod 40, so that when the connecting rod 40 moves, the connecting rod 40 can drive the swing axle 22 to move, thereby driving the whole wind-guiding blade 20 to swing around the axis of the pivot shaft 21, and realizing the same-direction and same-angle swinging of the plurality of wind-guiding blades 20.
An air conditioner (not shown) according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
