Abstract
本发明所述一种包装材料用发泡材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:丙烯乙烯共聚物 40‑50%、氢化蓖麻油 0.1‑1%、聚苯乙烯树脂 0.1‑3%、透明质酸 0.1‑3%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯 0.1‑3%、偶氮二甲酰胺 40‑60%。本发明具有弹性强、韧性好、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于材料科学技术领域,尤其涉及一种包装材料用发泡材料。
背景技术
目前发泡材料大多采用EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)为基础材料,但是以EVA为基础的发泡材料产品耐老化性能、耐屈挠性能、弹性和耐磨性较差,且EVA发泡材料的填充能力有限。
PP(偶氮二甲酰胺)是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料,具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗 多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀,但是PP材料具有低温脆性的缺点,且硬度较低,成型收缩率大。 目前对PP材料硬度和韧性的改进点主要由以下三点:一、在PP材料中添加CaCO3,为了进一 步改进CaCO3的添加效果,将添加的CaCO3粒径控制在纳米级;二、将PP为基础材料替换为EPM (乙烯-丙烯共聚物)、乙烯-丙烯-二烯烃三元共聚物(EPDM)或聚乙烯辛烯共弹性体(POE)等 弹性体作为改进材料;三、如CN201310746830公开了在发泡材料中添加微球型发泡剂,改善 发泡效果。但是上述的两点改进依然无法克服PP材料或者其替代材料发泡性能差,在发泡 过程中聚合物断裂的问题,故上述改进的材料依然无法替代EVA产品。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种包装材料用发泡材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
丙烯乙烯共聚物 40-50%;
氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%;
聚苯乙烯树脂0.1-3%;
透明质酸0.1-3%;
甲基丙烯酸乙酯0.1-3%;
偶氮二甲酰胺 40-60%。
本发明具有弹性强、韧性好、使用寿命长的特点。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例
本发明所述一种包装材料用发泡材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:丙烯乙烯共聚物 45%、氢化蓖麻油0.5%、聚苯乙烯树脂0.5%、透明质酸1%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯2%、偶氮二甲酰胺 51%。

1.一种包装材料用发泡材料,其特征在于,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
丙烯乙烯共聚物 40-50%;
氢化蓖麻油 0.1-1%;
聚苯乙烯树脂 0.1-3%;
透明质酸 0.1-3%;
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 0.1-3%;
偶氮二甲酰胺 40-60%。
