本发明属于建筑材料领域,提出一种多孔室内隔墙板,原料按重量份包括:火山灰水泥30‑40份,铝粉1‑10份,生石灰15‑25份,自来水20‑30份,水玻璃1‑10份,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺1‑10份,双氧水1‑5份;材料强度高能有效分隔房间,灵活变换构保温效果;发泡稳定,板材质地均匀,保温效果稳定;材料轻便,能有效保温、隔热。

本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种多孔室内隔墙板。
背景技术
室内隔墙常直接砌筑在楼板上,因此需要墙体材料密度小、强度大、保温隔热、隔音,而发泡水泥可以较好地满足上述条件,且发泡水泥经发泡后,保温隔热和隔音性能指标大大提高。故利用发泡水泥制作一种多孔室内隔墙板,可很好的满足保温、隔声及分隔要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提出一种多孔室内隔墙板。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种多孔室内隔墙板,原料按重量份包括:火山灰水泥30-40份,铝粉1-10份,生石灰15-25份,自来水20-30份,水玻璃1-10份,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺1-10份,双氧水1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.材料强度高能有效分隔房间,灵活变换构保温效果。
2.发泡稳定,板材质地均匀,保温效果稳定。
3.材料轻便,能有效保温、隔热。

实施例1
一种多孔室内隔墙板,原料按重量包括:火山灰水泥30Kg,铝粉1Kg,生石灰15Kg,自来水20Kg,水玻璃2Kg,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺2Kg,双氧水1Kg。
实施例2
一种多孔室内隔墙板,原料按重量包括:火山灰水泥35Kg,铝粉5Kg,生石灰20Kg,自来水25Kg,水玻璃5Kg,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺5Kg,双氧水3Kg。
实施例3
一种多孔室内隔墙板,原料按重量包括:火山灰水泥40Kg,铝粉8Kg,生石灰22Kg,自来水30Kg,水玻璃7Kg,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺3Kg,双氧水5Kg。
