本发明公开了一种抗油污衬衫面料，包括面料本体（1），在面料本体（1）表面设有一层抗油污层（2），所述面料本体（1）包括75%的棉、19%的天丝和6%的羊毛；所述抗油污层（2）由45%的竹炭纤维和55%的涤纶纤维混纺而成。本发明通过在传统的面料上加设一层抗油污层来使衬衫面料具有较好的抗油污效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域，尤其是涉及一种抗油污衬衫面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，衬衫作为绅士、商务人士的标准风格服装也越来越大众化。衬衫穿着舒适，但是现有衬衫的抗油污效果不好。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足，提供了一种抗油污效果好的抗油污衬衫面料，包括面料本体1，在面料本体1表面设有一层抗油污层2，所述面料本体1包括75%的棉、19%的天丝和6%的羊毛； 所述抗油污层2由45%的竹炭纤维和55%的涤纶纤维混纺而成。
本发明抗油污衬衫面料，所述竹炭纤维和涤纶纤维分别依次通过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、洗沙、络筒和加捻工序制成低粘度混纺纱线条，再交织混纺形成抗油污层2。
本发明抗油污衬衫面料，所述面料本体1和抗油污层2通过粘胶复合。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过在传统的面料上加设一层抗油污层来使衬衫面料具有较好的抗油污效果。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的抗油污衬衫面料，包括面料本体1，在面料本体1表面通过粘胶复合有一层抗油污层2，所述面料本体1包括重量分数为75%的棉、19%的天丝和6%的羊毛；所述抗油污层2由45%的竹炭纤维和55%的涤纶纤维混纺而成。所述竹炭纤维和涤纶纤维分别依次通过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、洗沙、络筒和加捻工序制成低粘度混纺纱线条，再交织混纺形成抗油污层2。
本发明通过在传统的衬衫面料上加设一层抗油污层来使制成的衬衫3（如图2所示）具有较好的抗油污效果。

1.一种抗油污衬衫面料，其特征在于，包括面料本体（1），在面料本体（1）表面设有一层抗油污层（2），所述面料本体（1）包括75%的棉、19%的天丝和6%的羊毛； 所述抗油污层（2）由45%的竹炭纤维和55%的涤纶纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗油污衬衫面料，其特征在于，所述竹炭纤维和涤纶纤维分别依次通过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、洗沙、络筒和加捻工序制成低粘度混纺纱线条，再交织混纺形成抗油污层（2）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗油污衬衫面料，其特征在于，所述面料本体（1）和抗油污层（2）通过粘胶复合。
