本发明涉及一种生物柴油添加剂及其制备方法。所述生物柴油添加剂包括一下重量份组分,甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯10‑25份,环己胺10‑20份,甲苯7‑16份,硝酸异辛酯2‑15份,聚异丁烯胺5‑15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯1‑7份,苯基炔丙基醚1‑10份,苯并***5‑15份,异辛醇1‑8份。本发明提供的生物柴油添加剂具有良好的降冷滤点效果,而且不存在冷滤点逆转的问题,不影响其它柴油添加剂的效果,具有高效稳定分散能力和良好的油溶性。

一种生物柴油添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于资源与环境技术领域,尤其涉及一种生物柴油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随生物柴油,是用未加工过的或者使用过的植物油以及动物脂肪通过不同的化学反应制备出来的一种被认为是环保的生质燃料。这种生物燃料可以像柴油一样使用。生物柴油最普遍的制备方法是酯交换反应。由植物油和脂肪中占主要成分的甘油三酯与醇(一般是甲醇)在催化剂存在下反应,生成脂肪酸酯。脂肪酸酯的物理和化学性质与柴油非常相近甚至更好。
生物柴油是清洁可再生能源,主要以大豆和油菜籽等油料作物、油棕、黄连木等油料林木果实、工程微藻等油料水生植物以及动物油脂、废餐饮油等为原料制成的液体燃料,是优良的石油柴油代用品。生物柴油是新型“绿色能源”,发展生物柴油对经济可持续发展,推进能源替代,减轻环境压力,控制城市大气污染具有重要意义。生物柴油不仅可以缓解人类对石油的依赖程度,同时也是一种可再生能源。正是基于这些特性,目前,生物质柴油正形成发展迅速的绿色产业,生物质柴油独特的优势决定了其广阔的应用前景。
生物柴油的冷滤点在0℃左右,在低温下结晶和凝胶化现象限制了生物柴油在低温流动条件下的应用。现有技术使用柴油添加剂的方法在一定程度上提高柴油的低温流动性能、促进柴油燃烧或提高柴油的防爆性,但是功能单一,只能提高柴油的某一性能,有的添加剂在提高了柴油的一种性能的同时还会降低其他性能和指标,缺少各组分之间的协同作用。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种生物柴油添加剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种生物柴油添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯10-25份,环己胺10-20份,甲苯7-16份,硝酸异辛酯2-15份,聚异丁烯胺5-15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯1-7份,苯基炔丙基醚1-10份,苯并***5-15份,异辛醇1-8份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步地,所述生物柴油添加剂包括以下重量份组分:10份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,10份环己胺,7份甲苯,2份硝酸异辛酯,5份聚异丁烯胺,1份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,1份苯基炔丙基醚,5份苯并***,1份异辛醇。
进一步地,所述生物柴油添加剂包括以下重量份组分:25份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,20份环己胺,16份甲苯,15份硝酸异辛酯,15份聚异丁烯胺,7份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,10份苯基炔丙基醚,15份苯并***,8份异辛醇。
进一步地,所述生物柴油添加剂包括以下重量份组分:18份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,15份环己胺10份甲苯,6份硝酸异辛酯,9份聚异丁烯胺,4份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,6份苯基炔丙基醚,12份苯并***,6份异辛醇。
本发明还提供了一种生物柴油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取以下组分:甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,环己胺,甲苯,硝酸异辛酯,聚异丁烯胺,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,苯基炔丙基醚,苯并***,异辛醇份,将上述组分混合在一起并搅拌30-35分钟;然后加热40℃-60℃,于0.5-1.0MP下搅拌15-20分钟,静置20-30小时,过滤,除去沉淀,即得所述生物柴油添加剂。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明提供了一种生物柴油添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯10-25份,环己胺10-20份,甲苯7-16份,硝酸异辛酯2-15份,聚异丁烯胺5-15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯1-7份,苯基炔丙基醚1-10份,苯并***5-15份,异辛醇1-8份。
本发明的生物柴油复合添加剂,加入少量到柴油中,就可以使生物柴油凝固温度降低很多度,使生物柴油保持良好的低温流动性能,方便柴油的储运和使用。本发明提供的生物柴油添加剂既含有非极性基团,又含有极性基团。当加剂柴油降温后,降凝剂分子中非极性的侧链烷烃与柴油中的蜡共同结晶,而使降凝剂分子呈现“锯齿”状,使蜡晶分散在“锯齿”上不易长大;而降凝剂的极性基团,对晶体的共聚所形成的连续造成较大的位阻,阻止蜡晶的长大,增强了柴油的通过滤网性,即改进了油品的CFPP性能,本发明产品不仅具有良好的降冷滤点效果,而且不存在冷滤点逆转的问题,不影响其它柴油添加剂的效果,具有高效稳定分散能力和良好的油溶性。
下面通过具体的实施例来进行介绍。
实施例1
按重量份称取以下组分:10份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,10份环己胺,7份甲苯,2份硝酸异辛酯,5份聚异丁烯胺,1份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,1份苯基炔丙基醚,5份苯并***,1份异辛醇,将上述组分混合在一起并搅拌30-35分钟;然后加热40℃-60℃,于0.5-1.0MP下搅拌15-20分钟,静置20-30小时,过滤,除去沉淀,即得所述生物柴油添加剂。
实施例2
按重量份称取以下组分:25份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,20份环己胺,16份甲苯,15份硝酸异辛酯,15份聚异丁烯胺,7份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,10份苯基炔丙基醚,15份苯并***,8份异辛醇,将上述组分混合在一起并搅拌30-35分钟;然后加热40℃-60℃,于0.5-1.0MP下搅拌15-20分钟,静置20-30小时,过滤,除去沉淀,即得所述生物柴油添加剂。
实施例3
按重量份称取以下组分:18份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,15份环己胺10份甲苯,6份硝酸异辛酯,9份聚异丁烯胺,4份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,6份苯基炔丙基醚,12份苯并***,6份异辛醇,将上述组分混合在一起并搅拌30-35分钟;然后加热40℃-60℃,于0.5-1.0MP下搅拌15-20分钟,静置20-30小时,过滤,除去沉淀,即得所述生物柴油添加剂。

1.一种生物柴油添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯10-25份,环己胺10-20份,甲苯7-16份,硝酸异辛酯2-15份,聚异丁烯胺5-15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯1-7份,苯基炔丙基醚1-10份,苯并***5-15份,异辛醇1-8份。

4.根据权利要求1所述一种生物柴油添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:18份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,15份环己胺10份甲苯,6份硝酸异辛酯,9份聚异丁烯胺,4份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,6份苯基炔丙基醚,12份苯并***,6份异辛醇。
5.一种如权利要求1至4任一项所述生物柴油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取以下组分:甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯,环己胺,甲苯,硝酸异辛酯,聚异丁烯胺,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,苯基炔丙基醚,苯并***,异辛醇份,将上述组分混合在一起并搅拌30-35分钟;然后加热40℃-60℃,于0.5-1.0MP下搅拌15-20分钟,静置20-30小时,过滤,除去沉淀,即得所述生物柴油添加剂。
