Abstract
本发明公开一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,属于纺织面料领域。其特征在于经纱采用粘胶与两根锦纶单丝并捻,纬纱采用涤纶弹力丝,所述经纱的粘胶与一根锦纶单丝S捻,再与另一根锦纶单丝Z捻,经喷气织机织造出坯布,再经气流缸染色得到成品粘锦双包仿麻面料。通过上述方法制的面料具有微皱的仿麻外观,同时还有性价比高、不易纰裂、厚度自由等特点,可广泛运用于休闲裤、夹克外套、休闲衬衣等。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其涉及一种粘锦双包仿麻面料。
背景技术
麻是一种植物纤维,被誉为凉爽高贵的纤维,它吸湿性好,放湿也快,不易产生静电热传导大,迅速散热,穿着凉爽,出汗后不贴身,较耐水洗,耐热性好。麻类纤维制品具有防腐抑菌、透气舒爽等特点,是纺织、轻工和建材的主要原料,其纤维制品广泛应用于人类生产与生活的各个领域。
传统的麻类面料:1,价格高,性价比底,30S的麻是现在的很细的规格价格在10万元以上/吨;2,含麻面料的服用局限大,一般用做休闲衬衣外套,休闲裤基布不用,用面料粗糙舒适性差且缝子纰裂较难控制;3,麻类面料的风格受限,受麻的纱支规格的局限,现在麻规格一般在15S-20S,织造出的面料一般都较厚较稀疏。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,其技术方案如下:
一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,经纱采用粘胶纱与两根锦纶单丝两次并捻,纬纱采用涤纶弹力丝,其特征在于所述经纱的粘胶与一根锦纶单丝S捻,与另一根锦纶单丝Z捻。
为了进一步保障面料的舒适性、弹性,纬纱涤纶丝选用T400涤纶丝、加捻涤纶丝或高弹涤纶丝的任一一种。
进一步的可根据面料的服用要求设计面料的厚度,如用30S粘胶包20D锦纶单丝做休闲裤,40S粘胶包20D锦纶单丝做外套,50S粘胶包30D锦纶单丝做休闲衬衣等。
因为粘胶和锦纶在收缩率上的差异,在遇水染色或水洗等环境下,粘胶遇水收缩大、锦纶遇水收缩小,使的面料产生轻微起皱效果,整体上呈现麻类面料的外观效果;在对面料整理上,为了使面料柔软,可适当加入蓬松柔软剂;并可根据服用要求设计面料的厚度,解决了麻类面料较厚较稀;粘胶、锦纶、涤纶本身的韧性克服了麻类面料易纰裂的问题。
相比于麻类面料,该面料有更高的性价比,原料粘胶、锦纶、涤纶,要远低于麻类面料,因此该面料在成本上远低于麻类面料。
综上所述,本发明一种粘锦双包仿麻面料除了外观上有微皱仿麻效果外还具有性价比高、不易纰裂、厚度可控、服用范围广特点。

以下对结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,经纱选用30S粘胶包20D两根锦纶单丝,采用两次并捻,其中粘胶与一根锦纶单丝S捻,与另一根锦纶单丝Z捻,粘胶纱加4—6个捻,纬纱选用T400涤纶丝、高弹涤纶丝或加捻涤纶丝的任一一种;经喷气织机织造出坯布,再经气流缸染色得到微皱的仿麻面料,在成品处理时尽可能的不拉幅,根据服用要求,适当添加蓬松柔软剂,使面料更为柔软,该面料适用于休闲裤。
实施例2
一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,经纱选用40S粘胶包20D两根锦纶单丝,采用两次并捻,其中粘胶与一根锦纶单丝S捻,与另一根锦纶单丝Z捻,纬纱选用T400涤纶丝、高弹涤纶丝或加捻涤纶丝的任一一种,粘胶纱加6—8个捻;经喷气织机织造出坯布,再经气流缸染色得到微皱的仿麻面料,在成品处理时尽可能的不拉幅,根据服用要求,添加蓬松柔软剂,使面料更为柔软,该面料弹力较小、手感柔软,适用于夹克外套。
实施例3
一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,经纱选用50S粘胶包30D两根锦纶单丝,采用两次并捻,其中粘胶与一根锦纶单丝S捻,与另一根锦纶单丝Z捻,粘胶纱加8—9个捻,纬纱选用T400涤纶丝、高弹涤纶丝或加捻涤纶丝的任一一种;经喷气织机织造出坯布,再经气流缸染色得到微皱的仿麻面料,该面料手感蓬松舒适,适用于休闲外套。
此外视面料的用途,粘胶可为赛络纺、涡流纺、锦塞纺粘胶纱的一种,如对起毛起球有严格要求的可使用涡流纺或锦塞纺粘胶纱。
因为粘胶和锦纶在收缩率上的差异,在遇水染色或水洗等环境下,粘胶遇水收缩大、锦纶遇水收缩小,使的面料产生轻微起皱效果,整体上呈现麻类面料的外观效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,凡是利用本发明做出的等同变换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种粘锦双包仿麻面料,经纱采用粘胶纱与两根锦纶单丝两次并捻,纬纱采用涤纶弹力丝,其特征在于所述经纱的粘胶纱与一根锦纶单丝S捻,与另一根锦纶单丝Z捻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘锦双包仿麻面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶弹力丝为T400涤纶丝、高弹涤纶丝或加捻涤纶丝的任一一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的粘锦双包仿麻面料,其特征在于:所述粘胶纱为30S粘胶纱,所述锦纶单丝为20D锦纶单丝。
4.根据权利要求2所述的粘锦双包仿麻面料,其特征在于:所述粘胶纱为40S粘胶纱,所述锦纶单丝为20D锦纶单丝。
5.根据权利要求2所述的粘锦双包仿麻面料,其特征在于:所述粘胶纱为50S粘胶纱,所述锦纶单丝为30D锦纶单丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的粘锦双包仿麻面料,其特征在于:其特征在于所述粘胶纱为赛络纺、涡流纺、锦塞纺粘胶纱的任一一种。
7.一种纺织制品,其特征在于采用上述权利要求1~6任一所述的粘锦双包仿麻料加工而成。
