本发明提供一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板及其制备方法。该复合板具有良好的防火、隔热、隔音性能,即使在高温下也不会因受热分解而释放出有毒有害气体,本发明解决的另一个技术问题是,提供一种制备所述一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板的方法,从而能生产出符合要求的结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板。本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是,构造一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,包括芯材板、面板和底板,采用热压复合工艺将所述芯材板两平面上的面板、底板与芯材板复合在一起。

技术领域
本发明公开一种建筑装饰用复合板,特别是涉及一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
目前,我国建筑节能保温层主要有外墙外保温、外墙内保温和夹心层保温三种类型。常见保温材料为聚苯乙烯发泡板、保温隔热砂浆、保温隔热瓷砖、膨胀岩棉板、挤塑聚苯乙烯板、发泡聚氨酯板、薄抹灰***等。
申请号为201410151294.8的中国专利中公开了一种辐射保温装饰一体化复合板,它包括表面辐射层和真空绝热板芯材层。所述真空绝热板具有较低导热系数,表面辐射层起到反射红外传导和保护真空绝热板芯材的作用,辐射层的存在能够有效反射红外波、保护真空绝热板膜材免于老化,从而提高隔热板的耐久性。
申请号为201520291126.9的中国专利中公开了一种吸音保温室内装修用复合铝扣板,它包括透气铝扣板层和开孔三聚氰胺泡沫层。所属铝扣板层为前部带凹形后部为凸形的异形件,可前后相连形成完整的装饰板,覆盖在三聚氰胺泡沫层表面。三聚氰胺泡沫层向内,起到吸收外部或内部声音的作用,两者之间通过丙烯酸胶粘结。该板质轻、阻燃、防火、透气性好,集保温装饰于一身。
申请号为201520291130.5的中国专利中公开了一种飞机舰船用吸音保温毯,它包括闭孔三聚氰胺泡沫层和上下表面复合镀铝膜层。所属三聚氰胺泡沫为闭孔泡沫,起到隔热吸音作用。镀铝膜层为尼龙、聚酯、蒸镀铝膜、复合镀铝膜、铝箔和聚乙烯膜组成,层间用粘合剂热压粘合。镀铝复合膜与三聚氰胺泡沫之间采用丙烯酸胶粘结成型。该保温毯吸音、保温效果好,柔软易加工、可以切割成任意形状,方便施工。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板及其制备方法。该复合板具有良好的防火、隔热、隔音性能,即使在高温下也不会因受热分解而释放出有毒有害气体,本发明解决的另一个技术问题是,提供一种制备所述一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板的方法,从而能生产出符合要求的结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是,构造一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,包括芯材板、面板和底板,采用热压复合工艺将所述芯材板两平面上的面板、底板与芯材板复合在一起。
所述面板和底板是一种金属板,其特征在于,该金属板为厚度为1~20mm的不锈钢、彩钢、3XXX系或5XXX系铝合金;金属板单面涂覆有3~20μm的涂层,涂层为镍磷层、镍钨层、镍铜层、彩色铬层、PVC层或PE层,金属板的无涂覆层面为喷砂面,粗糙度Ra0.8~6.3。
所述芯材板是一种三聚氰胺泡沫,其特征在于该三聚氰胺泡沫的厚度为2~35mm,组分包括三聚氰胺、酚醛树脂涂层和改性剂,其中三聚氰胺为70~90%,酚醛树脂涂层5~10%,改性剂5~22%,酚醛树脂在三聚氰胺泡沫上涂层厚度为10-50μm,结合强度18.5~22.5MPa,改性剂包括聚氨酯、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、气凝胶、多聚磷酸铵、超细陶瓷粉体、二甲基硅氧烷、水溶性硅氧烷或聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷。
所述芯材板与金属板之间通过一个粘结剂层粘结,粘结剂层厚度为30~100μm,粘结剂为环氧树脂胶或丙烯酸树脂胶,其在三聚氰胺泡沫中扩散深度为50~300μm,撕裂强度为50~70N/m。
所述的一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板的各层成分及性能如上所述,其制备方法为按特定顺序的工艺制备,其顺序制备方法如下:
所述芯材板,首先,使用喷淋或浸渍法在三聚氰胺泡沫上负载酚醛树脂溶液,酚醛树脂溶液浓度为0.1~10%,在烘道或烘房内恒温使酚醛树脂固化,固化温度100~150℃,固化时间为0.5~20h;其次,使用喷淋或浸渍法在已负载酚醛树脂的三聚氰胺泡沫上再负载一层多聚磷酸铵(APP)溶液进行阻燃处理并干燥,多聚磷酸铵溶液浓度为0.1~5%,烘干温度为70~90℃,烘干时间为0.5~10h;再次,使用二甲基硅氧烷、水溶性硅氧烷或聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷浸渍经酚醛树脂和多聚磷酸铵改性的三聚氰胺泡沫进行憎水处理并干燥,浸渍量为20~80g/m3,干燥温度为50~80℃,干燥时间为1~15h;
所述面板和底板,首先,将金属板双面喷砂处理,至粗糙度Ra 0.8~6.3;其次,对需涂层涂覆的单面进行二次喷砂处理至Ra 3.0~8.5后进行涂层涂覆,涂覆方法为镍磷层、镍钨层、镍铜层采用商业化学镀工艺,镀层厚度为3~5μm;彩色铬层采用商业阳极氧化工艺,彩色铬层厚度2~15μm;PVC、PE层采用商业淋涂工艺,涂层厚度为10~20μm;
所述复合板制备方法是,首先,将芯材板切割至工艺厚度并露出新鲜表面,工艺厚度为2~35mm;其次,使用自动覆板机在芯材板上下表面覆盖粘结剂层,粘结剂膜层厚度30~100μm;再次,在已覆盖粘结剂层的芯材板上下面使用自动覆板装置自动覆盖面板和底板;再次,经一次辊平,二次辊平后,热压复合制成结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,热压温度为130~160℃,热压时间为3~6min。
在上述按照本发明提供的结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板及其制备方法中,按照上述芯材板、面板和底板制备方法,本发明采用热压法将上述面板、芯材板、底板以及粘结剂层按照顺序叠放后,进行热压复合形成结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,其产品刨面和制备工艺如附图所示。

具体实施方式
由本发明提供的一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,包括芯材板、采用粘合的方法将面板和底板覆盖在芯材板的两平面上;为使得结构功能一体化建筑用装饰用复合板在高温时不会分解燃烧产生有毒有害气体,芯材板采用三聚氰胺泡沫作为基材,使用酚醛树脂对其进行结构增强,使用多聚磷酸盐阻燃剂提高其防火阻燃性能,使用二甲基硅氧烷、水溶性硅氧烷或聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷提高其憎水性能;芯板的厚度为2~35mm,面板和底板是单面涂层的金属板,涂层厚度3~20μm,金属板厚度1~10mm,面板、底板和芯材板之间采用粘结剂层来粘结,粘结剂层为阻燃环氧树脂胶或阻燃丙烯酸树脂胶,厚度30~100μm,粘结剂在芯材板中扩散深度为50~300μm。
如图1所示,面板10(可采用单面带有涂层的不锈钢、彩钢、3XXX系或5XXX系铝合金)和底板50(可采用单面带有涂层的不锈钢、彩钢、3XXX系或5XXX系铝合金),通过粘结剂层20、40与芯材板30紧密粘结在一起形成复合板。面板10和底板50为单面涂层金属板,涂层面向外,涂层为镍磷层、镍钨层、镍铜层、彩色铬层、PVC层或PE层,涂层厚度为3~20μm,金属板贴近芯材板面是粗糙度Ra0.8~8.5的喷砂面,该粗糙度范围可以在金属板与粘结剂层界面上形成铆插结构,有效提高粘结剂层与面板和底板的结合强度。本发明中,面板和底板采用涂层金属板能够使复合板具有优良的耐候性、耐磨性、耐刮划性,面板易上色印花,使用方面。
实施例1:
以1mm厚阳极氧化彩色铬层的3003铝合金作为面板,以2mm厚镀镍磷不锈钢作为底板,以5mm厚玻璃纤维改性增强的三聚氰胺泡沫作为芯材板,采用阻燃环氧树脂粘结剂层来实现面板与芯材板和底板的复合,150℃下,在层压机上进行热复合,复合时间4min,复合冷却后即可制得结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,该复合板可应用于室内墙面装饰,起到隔热、吸音、减震和装饰作用,该板阻燃、防潮,使用过程中不会发生墙面发霉现象从而影响美观性和耐用性。
实施例2:
以1.5mm厚彩钢板作为面板,以1mm厚镀镍磷5052铝合金作为底板,以3mm厚碳纤维改性增强三聚氰胺泡沫作为芯材板,采用阻燃环氧树脂粘结剂层来实现面板与芯材板和底板的复合,160℃下,在层压机上进行热复合,复合时间3min,复合冷却后即可制得结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,该复合板可应用于防火性能和耐久性要求很高的室外墙面装饰,起到隔热、吸音、减震、防火和装饰作用。
本发明提供的一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,以改性三聚氰胺泡沫作为芯材板,大大提高了复合板的阻燃防火性能,该复合板能达到国标GB8624中B1级防火性能指标,难燃、发烟量小、无有毒有害气体产生,复合环保要求,且该复合板具有优良的隔热、吸音、防潮性能,且重量较轻,可应用于防火性能要求很高的室内室外装饰场合。

Claims (1)

1.一种结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,所述复合板由芯材板、面板和底板三部分构成,其特征在于,所述芯材板由70~90%三聚氰胺泡沫骨架、5~10%酚醛树脂涂层和5~22%改性剂组成;其中,酚醛树脂涂层的厚度为10~50μm,芯材板的容重为15~25kg/m3,甲醛挥发量为0.02~0.05mg/m3、烟气生成速率指数为46~50m2/s2、憎水率为95~98%;整板回弹率为60~65%,防火等级为B0级;芯材板与面板和底板之间分别设置有粘结剂层,粘结剂层的厚度为30~100μm;芯材板的厚度为2~35mm,面板和底板厚度分别为1~10mm;酚醛树脂涂层与三聚氰胺泡沫骨架的结合强度为18.5~22.5MPa;所述的粘结剂层为阻燃环氧树脂胶或阻燃丙烯酸树脂胶,粘结剂层在三聚氰胺泡沫中的扩散深度为50~300μm;撕裂强度为50~70N/m;所述的面板和底板为不锈钢、彩钢、3XXX系或5XXX系铝合金,且单面覆有涂层,无涂层面粗糙度Ra为0.8~6.3;粘结剂层与面板和底板的界面微观结构为铆插结构,结合面积占70-90%;涂层面的涂层为镍磷层、镍钨层、镍铜层、彩色铬层、PVC层或PE层,涂层厚度为3~20μm;
所述芯材板通过下述制备方法制备:
首先,使用喷淋或浸渍法在三聚氰胺泡沫上负载酚醛树脂溶液,酚醛树脂溶液浓度为0.1~10%,在烘道或烘房内恒温使酚醛树脂固化,固化温度为100~150℃,固化时间为0.5~20h;
然后,使用喷淋或浸渍法在已负载酚醛树脂的三聚氰胺泡沫上再负载一层多聚磷酸铵溶液进行阻燃处理并干燥,多聚磷酸铵溶液浓度为0.1~5%,烘干温度为70~90℃,烘干时间为0.5~10h;
最后,使用二甲基硅氧烷或水溶性硅氧烷浸渍经酚醛树脂和多聚磷酸铵改性的三聚氰胺泡沫进行憎水处理并干燥,浸渍量为20~80g/m3,干燥温度为50~80℃,干燥时间为1~15h;
所述复合板通过下述制备方法制备:
(1)将制备得到的芯材板切割至工艺厚度并露出新鲜表面;
(2)将面板和底板双面喷砂处理,至粗糙度Ra为0.8~6.3;
(3)使用自动覆板机在芯材板上下表面覆盖粘结剂层,粘结剂膜层厚度30~100μm;
(4)在已覆盖粘结剂层的芯材板上下面使用自动覆板装置自动覆盖面板和底板;
(5)经一次辊平,二次辊平,三次辊平,热压复合制成结构功能一体化建筑装饰用复合板,热压温度为130~160℃,热压时间为3~6min,热压后自然冷却。
