本发明属于中医保健品领域，特别涉及一种养生酒。
背景技术
养生酒已有数千年的历史，是中国医药科学的重要组成部分。养生酒又称药酒，中国的历代医药著作中几乎无一例外地有药酒治疾健身的记载。随着科学技术的进步，从中药浸酒的传统工艺的基础上已发展到利用萃取、浸提和生物工程等现代化手段，提取中药中的有效成份制成高含量的功能药酒。将强身健体的中药与酒“溶”于一体的药酒，不仅配制方便、药性稳定、安全有效，而且因为酒精是一种良好的半极性有机溶剂，中药的各种有效成分都易溶于其中，药借酒力、酒助药势而充分发挥其效力，提高疗效。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供一种养生酒，能够养心补肾，畅通气血，达到延年益寿之功效。
一种养生酒，其中，包括以下重量份的原料：人参50份、黄芪30份、西洋参50份、熟地100份、丹参50份、生地30份、枸杞子100份、五味子100份、麦冬30份、山药50份、莲子肉50份、红枣50份、龙眼肉25份、冰糖100份、白酒3000份。
作为优选，所述白酒为40-60度的高粱酒或烧酒。
本发明养生酒是将原料按常规浸泡方法浸泡而得，每次饮用15毫升。
人参，性温，味甘，微苦，补五脏，安精神，明目开心益智，久服轻身延年。李时珍“本草纲目”讲黄芪为“补药之长”，现代中医认为黄芪为补气之最，黄芪增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。西洋参静心凝神、消除疲劳、增强记忆力，调节血压，提高免疫力，促进血液活力等功效。熟地，味甘，微温，归肝、肾经，补血养阴，填精益髓。丹参，味苦，微寒，入心、肝经，《本经》：主心腹邪气，肠鸣幽幽如走水，寒热积聚；破症除瘕，止烦满，益气。生地黄：清热、生津、润燥、滑肠、破瘀、生新、止痛、调经、金疮瘀、凉血、止血。枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖等方面的作用。五味子，敛肺，滋肾，生津，收汗，涩精。山药，味甘，性平，归脾、肺、肾以，补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精。莲子肉：味甘、涩，性平，归脾、肾、心经；具有益肾固精、补脾止泻、养心安神的功能。龙眼肉，补益心脾，养血安神。红枣，性味：微温，甘，微甜，补脾益气，养血安神。
本发明各组分泡制而成的养生酒，养心补肾，畅通气血、延年益寿。清补特色，润而不腻，补而不热的特征，适宜于肾精亏虚、心血不足、脾气虚弱、须发早白，牙齿不固、目混消渴、疲乏少力，心烦口干、心悸多梦、健忘失眠、头晕目眩、精少不育或阳痿遗精的中老年人服用。

本发明提供一种养生酒，其中，包括以下重量份的原料：人参50份、黄芪30份、西洋参50份、熟地100份、丹参50份、生地30份、枸杞子100份、五味子100份、麦冬30份、山药50份、莲子肉50份、红枣50份、龙眼肉25份、冰糖100份、白酒3000份。白酒为40-60度的高粱酒或烧酒。
