Abstract

一种改进型的固液气三相分级旋流器,它是由进浆短管旋流室,圆锥体管,排出口,上溢流管所组成,其特点是进浆短管是一根直径逐渐变小和变形的异形管,此管即能使料流增速并使紊流状态变为层流状态,从而大大地提高了级效率,是冶金、矿山、化工、造纸等工业中最新一代的分级设备。

Description

改进型的固液气三相分级旋流器
本发明涉及固液气三相分级旋流器,特别涉及固液气三相中对固体粒子高效分级的改进型旋流器。
在现有技术中,用于矿山、冶金、化工、电厂、煤炭等工业中进行固液分离的设备,大都采用螺旋分级机,这种螺旋分级机的缺点是固体粒子的分级效率低,一般只有50%左右,即大颗粒中还夹有50%左右的小颗粒,故此,必须再经过破碎工序,这样不但费时费工,更主要的是原来的小颗粒变成更细,达不到原来分级的目的,其次是这种螺旋分级机体积庞大,寿命极短,一般只能应用2-3个月就要更新。
近年来,虽出现有固液气三相分级旋流器的报道,如ZL-92205962.4,虽然分级效率提高到75%,还达不到理想的更高要求,同时还存在着设备寿命较短,一般只有1-2年。
本发明的目的是在于提供一种在ZL-92205962.4的基础上进行改革的改进型固液气三相分级旋流器,其分级效率可达82%以上,寿命在2年以上。
本发明专利的实施方案如下:它是由进浆短管、旋流室、圆锥体管、排出口、上溢流管所组成,其中,旋流室的左侧是进浆短管,下面则是圆锥体管,最下面是排出口,上溢流管的下端在旋流室内,上端则露在旋流室外部,特别是进浆短管是随连接旋流室的方向,其直径逐渐变小和逐渐变成长方形,最后与旋流器连接处是一长方形。
下面的优选例结合附图对本发明作详细说明,但不意味着限制其范围。

从图2和图3可以看出料浆(固液相)从进料短管1后,由于管径逐渐缩小并逐渐变成长方形,由圆形管逐渐变为长方形管,即与旋流室2相连处是一长方形,这种异形管的作用是使料浆既增速又导向地进入旋流室2,由于管径缩小,流速增快,和由于在进入旋流室(2)时是的进口处是长方形,故能起导向作用,即进入旋流室2后料浆由紊流状态变为层流状态,有利于大、小固体颗粒的分离,大的颗粒(夹带部分小颗粒)随液体沿旋流室2内壁下降进入圆锥体管3内、小颗粒则随液体和空气从上溢流管(5)流出。在圆锥体管3内料浆再度被加速(由于是缩口的圆锥体)其速度达到使圆锥体管3中心造成负压,导致空气从排出口4中心进入,即形成固液气三相,这种负压引进空气,有利于将进入圆锥体管3为的大颗粒夹带小颗粒的分离,即第2次分级,引入空气夹带来小颗粒与从旋流室2分出的小颗一齐从溢流管5流出,大颗粒及液体则从排出口4的四壁流出,从而大大地提高了分级效率,这种固液气三相流同时相对运动造成力场效应是本设备的特征。
本发明的优点是在于:料浆中的大小颗粒的分级效率高,比螺旋分级机高出20-30%左右,无须将大颗粒再进行粉碎。其次设备体积小、耗电少,可节能60%左右,非常适合于治金、矿山、环保、化工、煤炭、纸浆等工业。

1、一种改进型的固液气三相分级旋流器,它是由进浆短管(1),旋流室(2),圆锥体管(3),排出口(4),上溢流管(5)所组成,其中旋流室(2)的左侧是进浆短管(1),下面则是圆锥体管(3),最下面是排出口(4),上溢流管(5)的下端在旋流室(2)内,上端则露在旋流室(2)外部,其特征在于:进浆短管(1)是随连接旋流室(2)的方向直径逐渐变小和逐渐变成长方形,最后与旋流室(2)连接处是一长方形。
