本发明涉及一种节能型燃油添加剂,包括环氧乙烷、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯、硝基甲烷、聚异丁烯胺、二异丙醚、二壬基萘磺酸钡、和甘油,各组分的质量份数为:环氧乙烷10‑30、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯15‑22、硝基甲烷5‑10、聚异丁烯胺30‑60、二异丙醚12‑20、二壬基萘磺酸钡22‑25和甘油8‑12。本发明所述的节能型燃油添加剂具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料***清理,适用于新的直喷燃油***,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

本发明涉及一种车辆用品领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种节能型燃油添加剂。
背景技术
能源短缺是人类发展所面临的难题之一,为节约已有的石油化工能源,上世纪末以来国内外多种燃油添加剂相继问世,但在实际应用中多有不同程度的不足之处,目前市场上的各种燃油添加剂多是针对某一特定方面问题而设计,且常含有对人体有害的腐蚀、毒害性物质以及易燃易爆会带来安全隐患的化学物质。而本发明涉及的节能型燃油添加剂能够针对性的处理较新的直喷式燃油***,除了能够处理传统的进气道输送***外可以清洁整个***,而且汽油、柴油发动机通用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的节能型燃油添加剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种节能型燃油添加剂,包括环氧乙烷、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯、硝基甲烷、聚异丁烯胺、二异丙醚、二壬基萘磺酸钡、和甘油,各组分的质量份数为:环氧乙烷10-30、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯15-22、硝基甲烷5-10、聚异丁烯胺30-60、二异丙醚12-20、二壬基萘磺酸钡22-25和甘油8-12。
作为优选,所述的节能型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述节能型燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:环氧乙烷15、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯15、硝基甲烷5、聚异丁烯胺30、二异丙醚12、二壬基萘磺酸钡22和甘油8。
作为优选,所述的节能型燃油添加剂,其特征在于制备方法为:将上述配比的组份在室温下通过高剪切乳化方法,静置过滤后得到稳定透明的燃油添加剂,按重量比1:5000添加到汽油或柴油中。
本发明所述的节能型燃油添加剂具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料***清理,适用于新的直喷燃油***,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述节能型燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:环氧乙烷15、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯15、硝基甲烷5、聚异丁烯胺30、二异丙醚12、二壬基萘磺酸钡22和甘油8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能型燃油添加剂,其特征在于制备方法为:将上述配比的组份在室温下通过高剪切乳化方法,静置过滤后得到稳定透明的燃油添加剂,按重量比1:5000添加到汽油或柴油中。
