技术领域:本发明属于橡胶加工技术领域,具体地涉及一种橡胶粉研磨装置。
背景技术:随着人们生活水平逐步提高和物流业高速发展,我国的私家车保有量和货车的数量逐年提高。车辆数量的增加带动了经济的发展,同时汽车轮胎的消耗和磨损也产生了很多的垃圾——废旧轮胎。废旧轮胎回收后需要进行分割,然后进行研磨打粉,传统的橡胶研磨设备占地面积大严重加大了厂房的用地面积增加成本,而且传统的研磨设备由于设备复杂耗电量大,在进行检修时也会更复杂,而且需要精细研磨时容易温度过高,所以使用的设备会更为复杂增大生产成本。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种在进行橡胶研磨时可以极大的减少能源的浪费,减少功耗、操作简便、省时省力、科学有效的橡胶粉研磨装置。
本发明的技术方案是:包括研磨装置主体,所述研磨装置主体左侧设有空气压缩机,所述压缩机右下侧设有压缩机出风口,说书研磨装置主体上设有支撑杆,所述支撑杆上侧设有固定槽,所述固定槽上侧设有固定销,所述固定销内设有液压缸,所述固定销上连接有研磨块,所述研磨块上侧设有大滚轴和小滚轴,所述大滚轴上连接有1号驱动电机,所述小滚轴上连接有2号驱动电机,所述大滚轴和小滚轴上侧设有投料口,所述支撑杆下侧设有接料盘,所述接料盘右侧连接有筛网,所述筛网下侧设有集料板,所述集料板上设有出料口,所述筛网右侧设有180°转弯输送机,所述180°转弯输送机左下侧设有提升传送带,所述提升传送带左侧设有上料传送带。

作为优选,所述筛网有3°的倾斜角度。
本发明有益效果是:本发明结构简单,使用方便,在进行橡胶研磨时,在研磨块的作用下可以达到更小的目数,本设备只有两个大型驱动电机,所以在工作时时会大大减少电量的耗费,操作简便、省时省力,极大地减少了能源的浪费,减少了生产成本。

具体实施方式:包括研磨装置主体1,其特征是在研磨装置主体1左侧设有空气压缩机2,压缩机2右下侧设有压缩机出风口3,研磨装置主体1上设有支撑杆4,支撑杆4上侧设有固定槽5,固定槽5上侧设有固定销6,固定销6内设有液压缸7,固定销6上连接有研磨块8,研磨块8采用榆木材质,对研磨效果更佳,榆木更加耐磨,研磨块8上侧设有大滚轴9和小滚轴10,大滚轴9和小滚轴10大小不同转速相同,可以产生速查可以在旋转时产生速查,从而进行研磨,大滚轴9上连接有1号驱动电机11,小滚轴10上连接有2号驱动电机12,大滚轴9和小滚轴10上侧设有投料口13,支撑杆4下侧设有接料盘14,接料盘14右侧连接有筛网15,筛网15有3°的倾斜角度,可以在筛网对胶粉进行筛分时使目数较大的胶粉进入180°转弯输送机18,筛网15下侧设有集料板16,集料板16上设有出料口17,筛网15右侧设有180°转弯输送机18,180°转弯输送机18左下侧设有提升传送带19,提升传送带19左侧设有上料传送带20。
胶粉研磨人员在进行胶粉研磨时,将粉碎的橡胶投入到投料口13,1号驱动电机11和2号驱动电机12带动大滚轴9和小滚轴10转动,大滚轴9和小滚轴10由于大小不同所以在同一转速运转时就会产生速差,这样就可以在研磨时更好的进行研磨。
空气压缩机2运转冷风通过压缩机出风口3进入到研磨部位,可以在进行研磨时对橡胶进行降温处理,防止橡胶发生燃烧。
研磨块8顶在大滚轴9和小滚轴10之间,可以对研磨的胶粉进行二次研磨,而且可以研磨的更加精细,在进行研磨时榆木研磨块8会有磨损导致研磨间隙增大液压缸7可以进行微调可以保证研磨目数的大小,通过液压泵7也可以调节研磨目数的大小满足各种需求。
研磨后的橡胶粉落到接料盘14上,在从接料盘14进入筛网15进行筛分,筛网15震动筛取合格橡胶粉进入集料板16从出料口17排出,未达到标准的橡胶粉会经过筛网15进入180°转弯输送机19进入到提升传送带19上,再由上料传送带20投入到投料口,从而在此加工直到橡胶粉合格,从而完成一系列的研磨工作。
作为优选,所述研磨块8采用榆木材质。这样设置,对研磨效果更佳,榆木更加耐磨。
作为优选,所述大滚轴9和小滚轴10大小不同转速相同。这样设置,可以产生速查可以在旋转时产生速查,从而进行研磨。
作为优选,所述筛网15有3°的倾斜角度。这样设置,可以在筛网15对胶粉进行筛分时使目数较大的胶粉进入180°转弯输送机18。
