技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于排气净化设备的还原剂的泵单元,该泵单元具有布置在膜支架上的膜和用于保持所述膜的径向外部凸缘的泵壳体。
背景技术
对于这种泵单元由文献DE 44 10 022 A1中已知一种排气净化设备。在该排气净化设备中设有计量***,通过该计量***能向催化(转化)器输送还原剂。
在实践中,对于这种计量***已知了设计为容积式泵的泵级。从径向位于外部的凸缘处观察,膜被沿径向方向在内部夹紧在泵壳体的壳体部件之间。在已知的泵级中,通常在泵壳体和膜的径向位于外部的凸缘之间出现泄漏。这种泄漏导致功能故障直至使整个***失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,这样进一步改进开头所述类型的泵单元,使得该泵单元具有特别可靠的密封性能。
该目的根据本发明由此实现,即所述膜的径向外部的凸缘具有加强环。
通过该设计方案可以将具有加强环的径向外部的凸缘在预加载的情况下夹紧和挤压在泵壳体的两个壳体部件之间。因此已经在膜的外部凸缘上确保了特别可靠的密封。由此从径向外部的凸缘处观察,在膜的径向内部的区域中避免了泄漏。通过这种设计方案还确保了整个排气净化设备的可靠的功能。
因此该泵级特别适合于使用在所谓的SCR泵单元中。
为了进一步提高泵级的密封性能的可靠性,根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案有利的是,所述膜的径向外部的凸缘完全填满由壳体部件产生的保持槽。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案特别简单地通过以下方式实现加强环在泵壳体中的紧固:所述加强环被夹紧在泵壳体的两个壳体部件之间。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案,如果所述加强环由金属制成,则泵级具有特别高的稳定性。
为了进一步提高泵级的密封性能的可靠性,根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案有利的是,所述加强环与膜的橡胶弹性的材料材料结合地连接。材料结合的连接可以例如通过硫化产生。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案,如果所述加强环被压紧/压装在泵壳体上,则可以简单地确保加强环在泵壳体上的特别可靠的配合。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于机动车内燃机的未示出的排气净化设备的还原剂的、设计为轨道泵的泵级1的剖视图。这种排气净化设备例如由文献DE 44 10 022 A1已知。
泵级1具有泵壳体2,该泵壳体包括多个壳体部件3–5。泵壳体2具有用于输送还原剂的接口6。在泵壳体2内部,驱动轴7以能够转动的方式被支承并通过滚动轴承8支承在膜支架9上。膜支架9与膜10的沿径向方向位于内部的区域连接。膜10具有两个径向方向位于外部的凸缘11、12,这两个径向方向位于外部的凸缘被分别夹紧在两个壳体部件3–5之间。壳体部件3–5具有用于边缘11、12的环绕的保持槽13、14。可以明显地看出,膜10的凸缘11、12完全填满保持槽13、14。凸缘11、12通过其形状分别形成膜10的加强环15、16。此外,图1示出泵级1的分离室销17。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于机动车内燃机的排气净化设备的还原剂的泵单元,该泵单元具有布置在膜支架(9,30)上的膜(10,20)和泵壳体(2,19),该泵壳体用于保持所述膜(10,20)的沿径向方向位于外部的凸缘(11,12,24,25),
其特征在于,
所述膜(10,20)具有两个沿径向方向位于外部的凸缘(11,12,24,25),所述凸缘在轴向上间隔开并且分别具有加强环(15,16,28,29),所述膜(10,20)的沿径向方向位于外部的凸缘(11,12,24,25)完全填满由两个壳体部件(3-5,21-23)产生的保持槽(13,14,26,27),并且所述加强环(15,16,28,29)沿径向方向位于所述凸缘的外侧并且在径向上被夹紧在泵壳体的两个壳体部件(3-5,21-23)之间,以及
所述加强环(28,29)由金属制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵单元,其特征在于,所述加强环(28,29)与膜的橡胶弹性的材料以材料结合的方式连接。
