本发明提供一种石油化工助剂,由以下重量份的原料构成:助燃剂30‑35重量份,碳酸二甲酯15‑24重量份,燃油清净剂25‑30重量份,NN二甲基异丁胺12‑30重量份;本发明还提供一种石油化工助剂的制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:可使得无烟柴油燃烧性能稳定,无需改变发动机结构,可适应多种环境条件。经车辆行驶对比试验结果表明,无烟柴油的启动性、动力性、操控性与普通柴油相当;燃料燃烧特性和排放特性优于普通柴油,特别是烟度排放下降明显,烟度排放可下降90%以上;对发动机无不良影响,并且不增加燃油消耗,能够改善柴油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能。

一种石油化工助剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油添加乳化剂,具体的说是一种石油化工助剂。属于石油化工助剂产品制造技术领域。
背景技术
遍及国内的发电、冶炼、交通车辆等工业领域都以柴油作为能源,然而使用普通柴油的最大缺点就是燃烧不充分,大量的柴油能源没有燃烧充分便以黑烟的形式排放而流失,不仅对环境造成很大的污染,而且对自然资源是一大浪费。
为了解决这一问题,世界各国都在研究如何让柴油能燃烧充分,使其发挥更大的作用,而解决这一问题很好的途径就是给普通柴油中添加由各种化学成份组成的乳化助剂,再用水和柴油配制成乳化柴油。水和油由于互不相溶而形成界面,为了尽量缩小接触面积和降低体系能量,水与油混合时形成了分开的两层。为了使乳化柴油达到理想的乳化效果,需要一个合适的掺水乳化剂,此外还需要解决普通柴油、乳化助剂与水的配制比例以及配制乳化柴油的方法等问题,这些都是困扰目前乳化柴油发展研究的重大难题问题,也正是由于这些难题,使得乳化柴油的研究难以取得实质性的进展。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种石油化工助剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种石油化工助剂,由以下重量份的原料构成:助燃剂30-35重量份,碳酸二甲酯15-24重量份,燃油清净剂25-30重量份,NN二甲基异丁胺12-30重量份。
进一步地,所述助燃剂由苯骈三氮唑、甲基苯骈三氮唑、脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠以及十二烷基苯磺酸中的一种或多种混合而成。
进一步地,所述助燃剂由甲基苯骈三氮唑、脂肪酸酯以及脂肪胺混合而成。
进一步地,所述助燃剂由苯骈三氮唑以及甲基苯骈三氮唑混合而成。
进一步地,所述燃油清净剂由二苯胺抗氧剂、有机硫化物以及乙基四胺中的一种或多种混合而成。
进一步地,所述燃油清净剂由有机硫化物以及乙基四胺混合而成。
进一步地,所述燃油清净剂由二苯胺抗氧剂构成。
一种石油化工助剂制备方法,由以下步骤制备:取NN二甲基异丁胺12-30重量份,碳酸二甲酯15-24重量份在常温常压条件下放入搅拌器中充分搅拌混合40-60分钟,然后加入水,升温到40-45°C,搅拌30-45min,形成混合物,将混合物送入均质机中,在均质机中均质20-30min,然后过滤,将过滤后的混合物倒入搅拌器中,加入助燃剂30-35重量份以及燃油清净剂25-30重量份,然后搅拌20-30min,在常温常压条件下静置1-2day,即制成。
进一步地,由以下步骤制备:取NN二甲基异丁胺12-30重量份,碳酸二甲酯15-24重量份在常温常压条件下放入搅拌器中充分搅拌混合40-60分钟,然后加入水,升温到40-45°C,搅拌30-45min,形成混合物,将混合物送入均质机中,在均质机中均质20-30min,然后过滤,将过滤后的混合物倒入搅拌器中,加入甲基苯骈三氮唑、脂肪酸酯以及脂肪胺共30-35重量份,以及有机硫化物以及乙基四胺共25-30重量份,然后搅拌20-30min,在常温常压条件下静置1-2day,即制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种石油化工助剂,可使得无烟柴油燃烧性能稳定,无需改变发动机结构,可适应多种环境条件。经车辆行驶对比试验结果表明,无烟柴油的启动性、动力性、操控性与普通柴油相当;燃料燃烧特性和排放特性优于普通柴油,特别是烟度排放下降明显,烟度排放可下降90%以上;对发动机无不良影响,并且不增加燃油消耗,能够改善柴油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能,使燃料充分燃烧,排放量进一步减少,积碳更少,其中有部分废气物质可以达到零排放。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种石油化工助剂,由以下重量份的原料构成:助燃剂30-35重量份,碳酸二甲酯15-24重量份,燃油清净剂25-30重量份,NN二甲基异丁胺12-30重量份。
助燃剂由苯骈三氮唑、甲基苯骈三氮唑、脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠以及十二烷基苯磺酸中的一种或多种混合而成。
做为本发明的一个实施例:助燃剂由甲基苯骈三氮唑、脂肪酸酯以及脂肪胺混合而成。

做为本发明的一个实施例:我们选取制成的助剂,称出2g添加到15kg不同的燃料油样中,分别进行三次实验,分别得出其燃烧效率,如下表:
从表中所得数据可知,本发明所研究的助剂,要比不添加燃油助剂的尾气排放量中CO含量要低很多,比现有的燃油助剂也低很多。
本发明所研究的助剂可使得无烟柴油燃烧性能稳定,无需改变发动机结构,可适应多种环境条件。经车辆行驶对比试验结果表明,无烟柴油的启动性、动力性、操控性与普通柴油相当;燃料燃烧特性和排放特性优于普通柴油,特别是烟度排放下降明显,烟度排放可下降90%以上;对发动机无不良影响,并且不增加燃油消耗,能够改善柴油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能,使燃料充分燃烧,排放量进一步减少,积碳更少,其中有部分废气物质可以达到零排放。

1.一种石油化工助剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料构成:助燃剂30-35重量份,碳酸二甲酯15-24重量份,燃油清净剂25-30重量份,N, N- 二甲基异丁胺12-30重量份;
助燃剂由甲基苯骈三氮唑、脂肪酸酯以及脂肪胺混合而成;所述燃油清净剂由有机硫化物以及乙基四胺混合而成;
所述的石油化工助剂制备方法包括以下步骤:取N, N- 二甲基异丁胺12-30重量份,碳酸二甲酯15-24重量份在常温常压条件下放入搅拌器中充分搅拌混合40-60分钟,然后加入水,升温到40-45°C,搅拌30-45min,形成混合物,将混合物送入均质机中,在均质机中均质20-30min,然后过滤,将过滤后的混合物倒入搅拌器中,加入助燃剂30-35重量份以及燃油清净剂25-30重量份,然后搅拌20-30min,在常温常压条件下静置1-2天 ,即制成。
