技术领域
本发明涉及火口砖制备技术领域,具体为一种高强度火口砖及其制备工艺。
背景技术
建筑用的人造小型块材,分烧结砖(主要指粘土砖)和非烧结砖(灰砂砖、 粉煤灰砖等),俗称砖头。粘土砖以粘土(包括页岩、煤矸石等粉料)为主要原料,经泥料处理、成型、干燥和焙烧而成。现有技术中的火口砖制备工艺复杂,制得的火口砖硬度低、强度低,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度火口砖及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度火口砖,火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅20-40份、硅树脂8-15份、绿碳化硅10-20份、95氧化铝造粒料10-20份、预混粉10-20份。
优选的,所述预混粉由40%高岭土、50%煅烧氧化铝粉、10%硅微粉组成。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:黑碳化硅30份、硅树脂12份、绿碳化硅15份、95氧化铝造粒料15份、预混粉15份。
优选的,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为2000-4000转/分,粉碎时间为10min-20min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1000-2000转/分,搅拌时间为5min-10min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1300℃-1500℃,烧制时间为20h-24h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备工艺简单,制得的火口砖强度高、硬度大,使用寿命长;添加的黑碳化硅硬度介于刚玉和金刚石之间,机械强度高于刚玉,性脆而锋利;添加的绿碳化硅具有较好的导热性与半导体特性;另外添加的预混粉能够进一步提高火口砖的硬度和强度。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高强度火口砖,火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅20-40份、硅树脂8-15份、绿碳化硅10-20份、95氧化铝造粒料10-20份、预混粉10-20份;其中,预混粉由40%高岭土、50%煅烧氧化铝粉、10%硅微粉组成。
实施例一:
一种高强度火口砖,火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅20份、硅树脂8份、绿碳化硅10份、95氧化铝造粒料10份、预混粉10份。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为2000转/分,粉碎时间为10min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1000转/分,搅拌时间为5min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1300℃,烧制时间为20h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。

A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为4000转/分,粉碎时间为20min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为2000转/分,搅拌时间为10min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1500℃,烧制时间为24h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。
实施例三:
一种高强度火口砖,火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅25份、硅树脂9份、绿碳化硅12份、95氧化铝造粒料12份、预混粉12份。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为2500转/分,粉碎时间为12min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1200转/分,搅拌时间为6min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1350℃,烧制时间为21h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。
实施例四:
一种高强度火口砖,火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅35份、硅树脂13份、绿碳化硅18份、95氧化铝造粒料18份、预混粉18份。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为3500转/分,粉碎时间为18min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1800转/分,搅拌时间为8min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1450℃,烧制时间为23h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。、
实施例五:
一种高强度火口砖,火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅30份、硅树脂12份、绿碳化硅15份、95氧化铝造粒料15份、预混粉15份。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为3000转/分,粉碎时间为15min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1500转/分,搅拌时间为7min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1400℃,烧制时间为22h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。
本发明制备工艺简单,制得的火口砖强度高、硬度大,使用寿命长;添加的黑碳化硅硬度介于刚玉和金刚石之间,机械强度高于刚玉,性脆而锋利;添加的绿碳化硅具有较好的导热性与半导体特性;另外添加的预混粉能够进一步提高火口砖的硬度和强度。

1.一种高强度火口砖,其特征在于:火口砖组分按重量份数包括黑碳化硅20-40份、硅树脂8-15份、绿碳化硅10-20份、95氧化铝造粒料10-20份、预混粉10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度火口砖,其特征在于:所述预混粉由40%高岭土、50%煅烧氧化铝粉、10%硅微粉组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度火口砖,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:黑碳化硅30份、硅树脂12份、绿碳化硅15份、95氧化铝造粒料15份、预混粉15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度火口砖,其特征在于:其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、95氧化铝造粒料混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为2000-4000转/分,粉碎时间为10min-20min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入硅树脂、预混粉混合,之后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1000-2000转/分,搅拌时间为5min-10min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入火口砖模具中,之后加入压制成型机中压制;
D、之后将压制后的火口砖放入烧制炉中烧制,烧制温度为1300℃-1500℃,烧制时间为20h-24h;
E、将步骤D烧制后的火口砖进行打磨,磨去毛刺;
F、最后进行包装入库。
