Traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for preventing calf diarrhea and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for preventing calf diarrhea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Calf diarrhea (Calf diarrhea) is a common disease, can occur to calves born for 2 days to 2 months, has the mortality rate of up to 70 percent, is one of the frequently encountered diseases of the current calves, and brings great economic loss to the cattle industry. The main symptom of the disease is diarrhea, the excrement is thin soup or water sample, dehydration and acidosis can occur, and the death rate in the later period is high. The disease takes the digestive tract as a main transmission path, is rapidly transmitted and is easy to cause epidemic. Antibiotic treatment is adopted clinically at home and abroad, but the problems of drug resistance and overproof drug residue of animal products are easily caused, and the health of people and animals and public health and safety are harmed.
Some Chinese medical scholars study the problem of calf diarrhea and develop traditional Chinese medicine compositions with different formulas, thereby greatly reducing the probability of calf diarrhea and avoiding the problems of drug resistance and overproof drug residue. However, in the existing traditional Chinese medicine preparations, some traditional Chinese medicines can cause certain stimulation and damage to the gastrointestinal tract of calves, such as flora disorder, and can also affect the body condition of calves, so that the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is limited to a certain extent. The problem of developing an additive which can prevent diarrhea, protect calf gastrointestinal tract and promote the growth and development of calves is troublesome.

A traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation for preventing calf diarrhea comprises compound microorganisms and a traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 5, roasted malt: 15 parts of hawthorn fruit: medicated leaven 5: 15 of astragalus root: endothelium corneum gigeriae galli 15: 15, dried orange peel: and (5) golden cypress: pomegranate rind 15: and (5) oregano 15.
The compound microorganism comprises lactobacillus bulgaricus, streptococcus thermophilus, bifidobacterium, bacillus subtilis, bacillus cereus and enterococcus faecalis, and the number ratio of viable bacteria of the lactobacillus bulgaricus, the streptococcus thermophilus, the bifidobacterium, the bacillus subtilis, the bacillus cereus and the enterococcus faecalis is 1: 1: 1: 2: 2: 2; the total number of viable bacteria of the compound microorganism is more than or equal to 1 multiplied by 1010cfu/g traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparation is the same as that of the example 1.
Application test
1. Test materials
Animal experiments are carried out in a certain pasture, 180 calves with similar weights and 10 days of birth are selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, namely an experimental group 1-3, a control group 1-2 and a blank control group, each group has 3 repetitions, and each repetition has 10 calves. The test groups 1 to 3 were prepared by adding 2% of the microbial ecological agent and the supplementary feed granules of the traditional Chinese medicine of the examples 1 to 3 to milk, respectively, the control group 1 was prepared by adding the compound microorganism and the supplementary feed granules of the example 1 to milk, the control group 2 was prepared by adding 2% of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the supplementary feed granules of the example 1 to milk, and the blank control group was prepared by only feeding milk and the supplementary feed granules. The addition amount of the supplementary feeding granule is conventional feeding amount, so that calves can feed freely, and less feeding is frequently added.
2. Feeding management
The test period is 50 days, during which the calf can freely take food and drink water. Daily management such as sanitary cleaning, immunity prevention, colony house disinfection and the like is carried out in the experimental process according to the requirements of a pasture.
3. Measurement items and methods
(1) Daily gain. The fasting body weight of the test calf is weighed head by head before feeding in the morning on the 1 st day as the initial body weight, the fasting body weight of the test calf is taken as the final body weight when the test is finished, and the average daily gain is recorded to calculate the daily gain (final weight-initial weight)/days.
(2) The incidence of diarrhea. And calculating the diarrhea incidence of the test calves of different groups in the test period.
4. Results and analysis
Table 1: influence of different additives on daily weight gain and diarrhea rate of calf
Figure BDA0001292534660000081
As can be seen from table 1: the test group and the control group have the function of preventing calf diarrhea, but the effect of the test group is obviously better than that of the control group, and the additive of the test group promotes the absorption of the nutrient substances of animal intestinal tracts to the maximum extent, so that the daily gain of calves is obviously improved.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
