本发明涉及一种聚硅氧烷橡胶的制备,包括:在搅拌釜中,室温条件下称取20000‑40000mPa.s羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷200g,1000mPa.s的二甲基硅油80g,纳米碳酸钙160g,R202白碳黑20g,预混后,通过三辊研磨机混合3遍;三庚酸铋0.2g,双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛0.2g,羟基硅油2g,氮气保护下混合15min,加入正硅酸乙酯16g,γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3g,氮气保护下混合10‑30min。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚硅氧烷橡胶的制备,属于合成化学领域。
背景技术
由于单组分室温硫化硅橡胶抗户外老化性能优异,耐高低温,价格低廉,目前已成为市场上使用的主流产品。但单组分室温硫化硅橡胶是一种靠湿气固化的胶粘剂,固化过程由表及里,固化速度慢;使用单组分室温硫化硅橡胶封装好的光伏组件,由于固化速度慢,通常需要放置4-24小时才能挪动,否则胶会溢出,甚至密封失效。
随着光伏组件市场需求的暴增,生产效率有了更高的要求,边框密封显然成了影响效率的瓶颈。
现有的有机锡催化的双组分硅橡胶抗老化性能不如单组分室温硫化硅橡胶,尤其在湿热条件或高温条件下,性能大幅度下降,甚至出现硫化返原现象,使之失去密封作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚硅氧烷橡胶的制备,技术方案如下:在搅拌釜中,室温条件下称取20000-40000mPa.s羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷200g,1000mPa.s的二甲基硅油80g,纳米碳酸钙160g,R202白碳黑20g,预混后,通过三辊研磨机混合3遍;三庚酸铋0.2g,双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛0.2g,羟基硅油2g,氮气保护下混合15min,加入正硅酸乙酯16g,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3g,氮气保护下混合10-30min。
本发明的有益效果是:室温硫化硅橡胶,固化过程上是整体固化,通过控制固化速度可以满足工艺节拍要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在搅拌釜中,室温条件下称取20000mPa.s羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷200g,1000mPa.s的二甲基硅油80g,纳米碳酸钙160g,R202白碳黑20g,预混后,通过三辊研磨机混合3遍;三庚酸铋0.2g,双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛0.2g,羟基硅油2g,氮气保护下混合15min,加入正硅酸乙酯16g,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3g,氮气保护下混合10min。
实施例2
在搅拌釜中,室温条件下称取40000mPa.s羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷200g,1000mPa.s的二甲基硅油80g,纳米碳酸钙160g,R202白碳黑20g,预混后,通过三辊研磨机混合3遍;三庚酸铋0.2g,双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛0.2g,羟基硅油2g,氮气保护下混合15min,加入正硅酸乙酯16g,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3g,氮气保护下混合30min。

在搅拌釜中,室温条件下称取30000mPa.s羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷200g,1000mPa.s的二甲基硅油80g,纳米碳酸钙160g,R202白碳黑20g,预混后,通过三辊研磨机混合3遍;三庚酸铋0.2g,双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛0.2g,羟基硅油2g,氮气保护下混合15min,加入正硅酸乙酯16g,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3g,氮气保护下混合20min。

1.一种聚硅氧烷橡胶的制备,其特征在于,包括:在搅拌釜中,室温条件下称取20000-40000mPa.s羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷200g,1000mPa.s的二甲基硅油80g,纳米碳酸钙160g,R202白碳黑20g,预混后,通过三辊研磨机混合3遍;三庚酸铋0.2g,双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛0.2g,羟基硅油2g,氮气保护下混合15min,加入正硅酸乙酯16g,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3g,氮气保护下混合10-30min。
