Abstract

本发明提供的是一种活性燃料油。为了能够提高燃料油的热能利用率,改善燃烧条件,本发明提出了一种活性燃料油。该燃料油通过在原油中加入水与添加剂,解决燃料油充分燃烧的技术问题。本发明燃料油具有活性,能够充分燃烧,并且减少污染,燃烧值高。适宜作为锅炉或加热炉以及内燃机燃料油应用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是燃料领域的燃料,具体地说是一种活性燃料油。
背景技术
目前所使用的燃料油通常为直接油品,特别是高含碳量和高分子量的渣油以及原油稠油,该种油直接用于燃烧,产生热量,用于加热。由于分子量大,含碳量高。所以燃烧值得不到充分的发挥,不但浪费燃料,也容易产生黑烟,污染空气。
发明内容
为了能够提高燃料油的热能利用率,改善燃烧条件,本发明提出了一种活性燃料油。该燃料油通过在原油中加入水与添加剂,解决燃料油充分燃烧的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
组分中按质量比,原油占50份,水43份,磷酸甘油质5份,碳酸钠1份,碳酸钙1份,在25-60℃条件下经过机械搅拌0.5-1小时,成为成品活性燃料油。
所述磷酸甘油酯采用磷脂酰乙醇胺。
积极效果,本发明燃料油具有活性,能够充分燃烧,并且减少污染,燃烧值高。适宜作为锅炉或加热炉以及内燃机燃料油应用。
具体实施方式
组分中按质量比,原油占50份,水43份,磷酸甘油质5份,碳酸钠1份,碳酸钙1份,在25-60℃条件下经过机械搅拌0.5-1小时,成为成品活性燃料油。
所述磷酸甘油酯采用磷脂酰乙醇胺。
技术原理:
磷酸甘油酯能溶于含少量水的大多数非极性溶剂中,在水中,占极大部分不溶的脂类能形成微团。
磷酸甘油酯在组分中,溶于油脂中使水和油之间产生活化作用和部分乳化作用,有利于油与水的结合,而碳酸钠和碳酸钙则则为碱,与油混合起到使油乳化作用,因而,在组分中能够使水充分在油中分散,形成乳化油,而水在油中能够降低粘稠度,使油充分与氧接触,实现充分燃烧,实现改善燃烧条件的作用,降低不完全燃烧的碳质排放量,产生环保效果。
水参与燃烧,在高温的条件下,发生分解反应,产生氢原子和氧原子,氧原子直接与碳结合使燃料油产生燃烧反应,则氢原子瞬间临时与碳结合,实现碳加氢产生化燃油,而氢化油不但能够降低粘稠度,而且能够使燃料油容易燃烧并放热。油、水、磷质与碳酸盐的混合分散物在与空气接触燃烧是复杂的过程,则活性燃料油能够更好地改善燃烧条件和燃烧效果。
经过实际试验表明,本发明提出的活性燃料油用于烧锅炉,能够节省原油10%以上,作为玻璃熔化炉燃料,节省原料油20%以上,而且燃烧性能好,受到用户的认可和好评。

1.一种活性燃料油,其特征在于:
组分中按质量比,原油占50份,水43份,磷酸甘油质5份,碳酸钠1份,碳酸钙1份,在25-60℃条件下机械搅拌0.5~1小时,成为成品活性燃料油;
所述磷酸甘油酯采用磷脂酰乙醇胺。
