背景技术
在南方天气中，夏天人容易沾染湿气，湿气重容易让人觉得困倦、身体四支沉重、没有食欲、手脚冰冷、皮肤起疹、脸上黏腻不舒服，甚至出现肠胃炎现象，口腔症状比较明显，舌苔白厚。更有甚者引发肩周炎，关节疼等问题。
牛大力，别名猪脚笠、金钟根、山莲藕、倒吊金钟、大力薯。具有补虚润肺，强筋活络的作用。用于治疗腰肌劳损，风湿性关节炎。
土茯苓，为百合科植物光叶菝葜的干燥根茎，具有解毒，除湿，通利关节的功效。

本发明提供一种去湿壮筋汤及其制备方法。
一种去湿壮筋汤，其特征在于，包括以下材料：
牛大力 10-20份
土茯苓 5-15份
杜仲 5-10份
千斤拔 10-20份
五指毛桃 5-10份
骨头 30-50份。
其中，去湿壮筋汤的制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将原材料洗净，并切成块状；
（2）将骨头放入沸水中白焯5-15min，去除血水，腥味；
（3）将牛大力，土茯苓，杜仲，千斤拔，五指毛桃，骨头至于瓦煲中，加入适量的水，大火煲沸后，转小火慢熬2-5h，加入调味料，即可食用。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用牛大力，土茯苓，杜仲，千斤拔，五指毛桃，骨头为原材料。采用多种具有去湿壮筋骨的中草药材与骨头共熬，味道清香，营养丰富，能有效去除人体中的湿气，强筋活络，特别适合南方人饮用，对于具有风湿，肩周炎等关节疼的人长期饮用具有明显的缓解效果。
