Abstract
本发明公开一种用于复合面料的防水复合膜,包括微孔型聚氨酯薄膜、聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜、聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间通过胶粘层粘合;预制聚氨酯浆料由以下组分组成:聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20~25份、甲苯32~35份、丁酮12~15份、热膨胀微球8~9份、1,4一丁二醇1.5~2.5份、聚丙烯酰胺1.2~1.8份、丙烯酸酯0.3~0.5份、有机硅氧烷乳液0.2~0.3份;胶粘层由以下组分组成:聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺12~15份、甲苯4~6份、乙酸乙酯7~9份、热膨胀微球4~6份、桥架剂0.2~0.4份、促进剂0.15~0.25份、硅烷偶联剂1.2~2份。本发明复合微孔薄膜提高了弹性和适应性,具有高强度、不吸水、耐磨性能,同时提高了耐温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于复合面料的防水复合膜,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯面料是一类仿真皮面料,具有真皮的质感,故而又被称为人造革。它不仅结实耐用,而且因人工合成技术成熟价格较为低廉,在服装领域应用广泛。现有技术的PU 面料为单一PU 结构层的面料,由于PU 面料耐水性较差,因而PU 面料的服装一般不可水洗,只能采用干洗,提高了使用成本。PU 面料透气性较差,降低了PU 面料衣服穿着时的舒适度,例如在穿着时出汗无法排出。除此之外,PU 面料的耐磨性较差而表面出现龟裂、脱落的现象。
而聚四氟乙烯薄膜,由于其特殊的微孔结构(呈网状)使其具有微孔型聚氨酯薄膜所不能有的防风防水、透湿性能,优于传统的聚氨酯微孔薄膜,但是其缺点也是显然的,这种材料其弹性基本为零,因此这种薄膜材料无论是在与面料的复合过程中还是在高强度的剧烈运动过程中都不能很好的适应面料拉伸所带来的薄膜损伤,容易造成防水性能和其与面料的粘合性能的下降。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种用于复合面料的防水复合膜,该复合微孔薄膜提高了弹性和适应性,具有高强度、不吸水、耐磨性能,同时提高了耐温性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于复合面料的防水复合膜,包括微孔型聚氨酯薄膜、聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜、聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间通过胶粘层粘合,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜每平方英寸孔洞的数目为85~95亿个,孔洞的平均直径为0.2um~10um;
所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜由预制聚氨酯浆料刮涂于硅油离型纸上并依次在80~150度温度梯度的烘箱烘烤,当达到150度并保温后再降温至常温获得;
所述预制聚氨酯浆料由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 20~25份,
甲苯 32 ~35份,
丁酮 12~15份,
热膨胀微球 8~9份,
1,4一丁二醇 1.5~2.5份,
聚丙烯酰胺 1.2~1.8份,
丙烯酸酯 0.3~0.5份,
有机硅氧烷乳液 0.2~0.3份;
所述胶粘层由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 12~15份,
甲苯(TOL) 4~6份,
乙酸乙酯 7~9份,
热膨胀微球 4~6份,
桥架剂 0.2~0.4份,
促进剂 0.15~0.25份,
硅烷偶联剂 1.2~2份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
作为优选,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜中孔洞的体积占聚四氟乙烯薄膜体积的80~90%。
作为优选,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜和微孔型聚氨酯薄膜之间的质量比为1:6.5~7,厚度比为1:0.3~0.6。
作为优选,所述80~150度温度梯度的烘箱烘烤具体包括以下阶段:
所述第一阶段:在80℃的条件下,且在低速流动的空汽氛围下进行;
第二阶段:在90℃的条件下,且在中速流动的空汽氛围下进行;
第三阶段:在110℃的条件下,且在强速流动的空汽氛围下进行;
第四阶段:在140℃的条件下,且在低速流动的空汽氛围下进行。
作为优选,所述热膨胀微球为akzonobel公司热膨胀微球,其具有弹性的壳内含有异丁烷、丙烷、戊烷等低沸点物质。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1. 本发明用于复合面料的防水复合膜,在可以避免由于微孔型聚四氟乙烯薄膜层吸附空汽中的粉尘、汗液中的盐份、油脂化妆品以及洗涤剂等物质,实现了长时间地保持稳定的防水和排汗汽性能;其次,结合了具有聚氨酯层和聚四氟乙烯薄膜层,在提高对外的阻止雨水性能的同时,有增强了对内排出人体汗汽的性能,使得织物面料具有更佳舒适性能和更广阔的应用范围;再次,由于这种双组份薄膜材料具有大量均匀的孔洞,以及具有亲水拒油的型的微孔聚氨酯树脂层,从而更有利于来自人体水蒸汽的排出,大大降低了残留聚氨酯薄膜层表面的水分含量,从而提高了涂层面料的耐磨性且穿着干爽,最主要的是大大提高了聚四氟乙烯薄膜材料的弹性,使服装衣服在高强运动和极端条件下也具有良好的力学性能。
2. 本发明用于复合面料的防水复合膜,针对与聚四氟乙烯薄膜的特定组合,优化了微孔型聚氨酯薄膜的配方,从而提高了弹性和适应性,同时具有高强度、不吸水、耐磨性能;其次,本发明采用特定粘合剂配方上述溶剂和硅烷偶联剂的选择能够使粘合剂和聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间具有更好的粘合性能,同时提高了耐温性能,耐寒可达-150℃以下,耐热可达+150℃,(ISO 2136标准)耐曲折9000次无裂。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1: 一种用于复合面料的防水复合膜,包括微孔型聚氨酯薄膜1、聚四氟乙烯薄膜2,所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜1、聚四氟乙烯薄膜2之间通过胶粘层3粘合,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜2每平方英寸孔洞4的数目为85~95亿个,孔洞4的平均直径为0.2um~10um;
所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜1由预制聚氨酯浆料刮涂于硅油离型纸上并依次在80~150度温度梯度的烘箱烘烤,当达到150度并保温后再降温至常温获得;
所述预制聚氨酯浆料由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 22份,
甲苯 32份,
丁酮 13份,
热膨胀微球 8.5份,
1,4一丁二醇 1.8份;
聚丙烯酰胺 1.5份;
丙烯酸酯 0.35份,
有机硅氧烷乳液 0.25份。
所述胶粘层3由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 12份,
甲苯(TOL) 5份,
乙酸乙酯 8份,
热膨胀微球 5份,
桥架剂 0.3份,
促进剂 0.2份,
硅烷偶联剂 1.5份。
上述聚四氟乙烯薄膜中孔洞的体积占聚四氟乙烯薄膜体积的80~82%。
上述聚四氟乙烯薄膜2和微孔型聚氨酯薄膜1之间的质量比为1:6.5~7,厚度比为1:0.3~0.6。
上述80~150度温度梯度的烘箱烘烤具体包括以下阶段:
所述第一阶段:在80℃的条件下,且在低速流动的空汽氛围下进行;
第二阶段:在90℃的条件下,且在中速流动的空汽氛围下进行;
第三阶段:在110℃的条件下,且在强速流动的空汽氛围下进行;
第四阶段:在140℃的条件下,且在低速流动的空汽氛围下进行。

所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜1由预制聚氨酯浆料刮涂于硅油离型纸上并依次在80~150度温度梯度的烘箱烘烤,当达到150度并保温后再降温至常温获得;
所述预制聚氨酯浆料由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 25份,
甲苯 35份,
丁酮 15份,
热膨胀微球 9份,
1,4一丁二醇 2.2份;
聚丙烯酰胺 1.8份;
丙烯酸酯 0.4份,
有机硅氧烷乳液 0.3份。
所述胶粘层3由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 15份,
甲苯 6份,
乙酸乙酯 9份,
热膨胀微球 4.5份,
桥架剂 0.25份,
促进剂 0.25份,
硅烷偶联剂 1.8份。
上述聚四氟乙烯薄膜中孔洞的体积占聚四氟乙烯薄膜体积的87~89%。
上述聚四氟乙烯薄膜2和微孔型聚氨酯薄膜1之间的质量比为1:6.5~7,厚度比为1:0.3~0.6。
上述热膨胀微球为akzonobel公司热膨胀微球,其具有弹性的壳内含有异丁烷、丙烷、戊烷等低沸点物质。
本发明具体指标数值如下:
a. 静水压值洗前>12000mmH2O,五次洗涤后>8000mmH2O(洗涤方法ISO 6330,测试方法ISO 811),
b. 透湿量:10000g/m2·24h(JIS 1099 A1),
c. 阻燃性通过(GB8965.2-2009)判定标准为B级,
d. 抗剥离强度(GB11042-89):4N,
e. 耐寒可达-150℃以下,耐热可达+150℃,(ISO 2136标准)耐曲折9000次无裂,
f . 薄膜拉伸率25%,
g . 薄膜回复率96%,
h. 防风性能:完全防风(>10级),
i. 热阻抗 (GB/T 11048-2008 A法):0.1097m²·K/W。
采用上述用于复合面料的防水复合膜时,在可以避免由于微孔型聚四氟乙烯薄膜层吸附空汽中的粉尘、汗液中的盐份、油脂化妆品以及洗涤剂等物质,实现了长时间地保持稳定的防水和排汗汽性能;其次,结合了具有亲水拒油的聚氨酯层和聚四氟乙烯薄膜层,在提高对外的阻止雨水性能的同时,有增强了对内排出人体汗汽的性能,使得织物面料具有更佳舒适性能和更广阔的应用范围;再次,由于这种双组份薄膜材料具有大量均匀的孔洞,以及具有亲水拒油的型的微孔聚氨酯树脂层,从而更有利于来自人体水蒸汽的排出,大大降低了残留聚氨酯薄膜层表面的水分含量,从而提高了涂层面料的耐磨性且穿着干爽,最主要的是大大提高了聚四氟乙烯薄膜材料的弹性,使服装衣服在高强运动和极端条件下也具有良好的力学性能;其次,本发明采用特定粘合剂配方上述溶剂和硅烷偶联剂的选择能够使粘合剂和聚四氟乙烯薄膜之间具有更好的粘合性能,同时提高了耐寒性能,耐寒可达-150℃以下,耐热可达+150℃,(ISO 2136标准)耐曲折9000次无裂。

Claims (1)
1.一种用于复合面料的防水复合膜,其特征在于:包括微孔型聚氨酯薄膜(1)、聚四氟乙烯薄膜(2),所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜(1)、聚四氟乙烯薄膜(2)之间通过胶粘层(3)粘合,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜(2)每平方英寸孔洞(4)的数目为85~95亿个,所述孔洞(4)的平均直径为0.2μ m ~10μ m ;
所述微孔型聚氨酯薄膜(1)由预制聚氨酯浆料刮涂于硅油离型纸上并依次在80~150度温度梯度的烘箱烘烤,当达到150度并保温后再降温至常温获得;
所述预制聚氨酯浆料由以下组分组成:聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20~25份、甲苯32 ~35份、丁酮12~15份、热膨胀微球8~9份、1,4一丁二醇1.5~2.5份、聚丙烯酰胺 1.2~1.8份、丙烯酸酯0.3~0.5份、有机硅氧烷乳液0.2~0.3份;
所述胶粘层(3)由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂 100份,
二甲基甲酰胺 12~15份,
甲苯(TOL) 4~6份,
乙酸乙酯 7~9份,
热膨胀微球 4~6份,
