Abstract

本发明涉及一种不掉漆底板,包括从上至下依次设置的油漆层、塑木板和防滑胶层;所述塑木板内间隔设置两个PET织布;所述塑木板的上下表面均设置有多个倾斜的由金属制成的主防滑凸起,每个所述主防滑凸起的表面设置有多个辅防滑凸起;所述辅防滑凸起无规律设置;所述主防滑凸起和所述辅防滑凸起内嵌在所述油漆层和所述防滑胶层内;所述防滑胶层的地面呈蜂窝状。在地板本体下表面复合防滑胶后,地板就不会在光滑地面上打滑了,且拆装方便;而主、辅防滑凸起的设置,提高油漆层和防滑胶层与塑木板之间的粘合力,不易脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体是指一种不掉漆底板。
背景技术
PVC地板使用非常广泛,比如室内家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、体育场馆、展馆等各种场所。特别是展馆中,地面通常比较光滑,在各个商家在展销产品前,为了保护展馆的地面,通常将PVC地板铺在展馆地面上,现有的PVC地板铺在地面上后容易打滑,人们行走在地板上或搬东西时容易将地板踢起,从而给人们带来不便。为了防止PVC地板打滑,通常的做法是在PVC地板的底面涂一层粘胶剂,将地板与地面粘合住能解决上述问题,但是毕竟展览结束后需要将地板拆除的,这样既增加了拆除的难度,还弄脏了地面,且PVC地板铺在地面上后使得地板与地面之间封住,地板下方空气中的水蒸气容易积累,积累过多后会导致地板翘起来,给人们的行走带来不变。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不用粘胶剂就可以铺设在光滑底面上的地板。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种不掉漆底板,包括从上至下依次设置的油漆层、塑木板和防滑胶层;所述塑木板内间隔设置两个PET织布;所述塑木板的的上下表面均设置有多个倾斜的由金属制成的主防滑凸起,每个所述主防滑凸起的表面设置有多个辅防滑凸起;所述辅防滑凸起无规律设置;所述主防滑凸起和所述辅防滑凸起内嵌在所述油漆层和所述防滑胶层内;所述防滑胶层的地面呈蜂窝状;所述油漆层按重量份计包括:硝化棉50-65份,亚麻油醇酸树脂62-70份,乙酸乙酯10-13份,纳米混合粉2-4份。
本发明的有益效果是:在地板本体下表面复合防滑胶后,地板就不会在光滑地面上打滑了,且拆装方便;而主、辅防滑凸起的设置,提高油漆层和防滑胶层与塑木板之间的粘合力,不易脱落。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述主防滑凸起的垂直高度为1毫米。
进一步,所述辅防滑凸起为不规则的多面体。
进一步,所述油漆层的厚度为1.5㎜。
进一步,所述防滑胶层的厚度为3㎜。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种不掉漆底板,包括从上至下依次设置的油漆层1、塑木板2和防滑胶层3;塑木板2内间隔设置两个PET织布;塑木板2的的上下表面均设置有多个倾斜的由金属制成的主防滑凸起4,每个主防滑凸起4的表面设置有多个辅防滑凸起;辅防滑凸起无规律设置;主防滑凸起4和辅防滑凸起内嵌在油漆层1和防滑胶层3内;防滑胶层3的地面呈蜂窝状。
主防滑凸起4的垂直高度为1毫米。辅防滑凸起为不规则的多面体。
油漆层1的厚度为1.5㎜。防滑胶层3的厚度为3㎜。
油漆层1按重量份计包括:硝化棉50-65份,亚麻油醇酸树脂62-70份,乙酸乙酯10-13份,纳米混合粉2-4份。

1.一种不掉漆底板,其特征在于,包括从上至下依次设置的油漆层(1)、塑木板(2)和防滑胶层(3);所述塑木板(2)内间隔设置两个PET织布;所述塑木板(2)的的上下表面均设置有多个倾斜的由金属制成的主防滑凸起(4),每个所述主防滑凸起(4)的表面设置有多个辅防滑凸起;所述辅防滑凸起无规律设置;所述主防滑凸起(4)和所述辅防滑凸起内嵌在所述油漆层(1)和所述防滑胶层(3)内;所述防滑胶层(3)的地面呈蜂窝状;所述油漆层(1)按重量份计包括:硝化棉50-65份,亚麻油醇酸树脂62-70份,乙酸乙酯10-13份,纳米混合粉2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种不掉漆底板,其特征在于,所述主防滑凸起(4)的垂直高度为1毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种不掉漆底板,其特征在于,所述辅防滑凸起为不规则的多面体。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种不掉漆底板,其特征在于,所述油漆层(1)的厚度为1.5㎜。
