本发明涉及食品领域,具体涉及一种玫瑰鲜花养生面及其制作方法。
背景技术
玫瑰花在植物分类学上是一种蔷薇科蔷薇属灌木,除了具有观赏价值外,还有很高的药用价值。玫瑰含挥发油、香茅醇、橙花醇、丁香油酚、苯乙醇,还含有槲皮甙、芳味质、鞣质、蜡质、脂肪油、有机酸、红色素、β-胡萝卜素,氨基酸及多种维生素和微量元素。玫瑰花性味甘,微苦而温。在养生方面最明显的功效为理气解郁、和血散淤,善于舒发肝胆肺脾之郁气,温养心肝血脉,临床上有着广泛的用途。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了弥补现有研究技术的不足,提供了一种玫瑰鲜花养生面的制作方法。
技术方案:一种玫瑰鲜花养生面的制作方法,包括下列步骤:a.采摘;b.清洗;c.杀菌;d.烘干;e.粉碎;f.制作面条。
所述的步骤a为:采摘人工种植的无污染无农药的食用玫瑰花瓣;
所述的步骤b为:将采摘的玫瑰花瓣用水浸泡十分钟后,清洗玫瑰花瓣,洗净后晾干;
所述的步骤c为:将晾干后的玫瑰花瓣用紫外线杀菌消毒五分钟;
所述的步骤d为:将消毒后的玫瑰花瓣放在不锈钢网盘上,堆积厚度为三厘米,随链条运送进入烘房,将烘房温度设置为70℃,烘干时间为3.5h,使得玫瑰花的水份控制在7%10%
所述的步骤e为:将烘干后的玫瑰花瓣冷却后用粉碎机粉碎为细度为400目的玫瑰花粉,待用;
所述的步骤f为:将面粉、玫瑰花粉、水、食用盐充分混合,和面15min,之后放入熟化机熟化15min,最后经过压面机压成型,即成。
作为优选,步骤f中,面粉、玫瑰花粉、水、食用盐按照质量比为500∶40∶84∶3的比例充分混合,和面15min,之后放入熟化机熟化15min,最后经过压面机压成型,即成。
本发明还公开了上述玫瑰鲜花养生面的制作方法所制成的玫瑰鲜花养生面。
有益效果:本发明通过将食用玫瑰花瓣经过处理后制成玫瑰粉,加入面粉中,制成玫瑰鲜花养生面,不含防腐剂添加剂,食用安全放心,且用玫瑰粉制成的面条气味芳香,理气解郁,美容养颜。

实施例1:
一种玫瑰鲜花养生面的制作方法,包括下列步骤:
a.采摘:采摘人工种植的无污染无农药的食用玫瑰花瓣;
b.清洗:将采摘的玫瑰花瓣用水浸泡十分钟后,清洗玫瑰花瓣,洗净后晾干;
c.杀菌:将晾干后的玫瑰花瓣用紫外线杀菌消毒五分钟;
d.烘干:将消毒后的玫瑰花瓣放在不锈钢网盘上,堆积厚度为三厘米,随链条运送进入烘房,将烘房温度设置为70℃,烘干时间为3.5h,使得玫瑰花的水份控制在7%10%
e.粉碎:将烘干后的玫瑰花瓣冷却后用粉碎机粉碎为细度为400目的玫瑰花粉,待用;
f.制作面条:面粉、玫瑰花粉、水、食用盐按照质量比为500∶40∶84∶3的比例充分混合,和面15min,之后放入熟化机熟化15min,最后经过压面机压成型,即成。
本实施例中,玫瑰鲜花养生面所含有的营养物质如下:(以1kg面条为例)
蛋白质:20%;
维生素10%;
单宁5%;
香叶醇5%;
胡萝卜素3%。

1.一种玫瑰鲜花养生面的制作方法,其特征在于:包括下列步骤:a.采摘;b.清洗;c.杀菌;d.烘干;e.粉碎;f.制作面条。
2.如权利要求1所述的玫瑰鲜花养生面的制作方法,其特征在于:
所述的步骤a为:采摘人工种植的无污染无农药的食用玫瑰花瓣;
所述的步骤b为:将采摘的玫瑰花瓣用水浸泡十分钟后,清洗玫瑰花瓣,洗净后晾干;
所述的步骤c为:将晾干后的玫瑰花瓣用紫外线杀菌消毒五分钟;
